I have used the Glass Doctor several times to replace and repair window problems in my house. Maurice, Doug and Jason were always courteous, polite, honest and truthful. They always returned my calls, were on time and charged a fair price. They always provided me with a good honest quality installation done properly.
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

Needed my windshield done and I had used the Glass Doctor for my home glass and they did the same exceptional job with my windshield. Jennifer McLean was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and Matias Balinas did a wonderful job. I can't recommend this company higher. What a great experience from Mitchell and the who team. We have glass railing through out the inside and outside of our house and a number of other glass features. Glass Doctor was professional, on time and on budget. What else can you ask for…. In my view nothing. They delivered.

Jenn made sure I had the correct, flawless piece of glass to install and even looked after contacting my insurance co. She kept me informed at each step of the way and even arranged for a courtesy car so I could carry on with my day while the work was being done. Grant installed the glass and left my truck super clean and gave me instructions to best look after the new windshield over the first few days.

Grant repaired a chip to my windshield. He got started as soon as I pulled into the Glass Doctor and had the job done in 1 hr. I am very happy that Grant was able to see me on very short notice and prevented the crack from spreading. It could have been a costly repair if not for him. He and his co-workers at the front desk were welcoming (to us and our dog), as well as professional. I hope to never get another crack, but if I do, I would definitely return to the Glass Doctor. Grant tells you up front what results you can expect and gives you exactly that for a reasonable price. He knows his stuff. I was so impressed with the new glass replacement and installation for my broken window that I ordered another 12 to be replaced. This was a much better option than replacing perfectly good frames. The team was great to deal with from start to finish with fantastic results. I highly recommend Glass Doctor based on my experience. Update: The other 12 windows which include a sliding glass door have been replaced. Fantastic job! The new windows make such a difference with the temperature stability and sound dampening. The low E glass looks amazing:). Next year we will be updating the glass on the other section of the house.

Going to get a windshield replaced after having a rock cause a crack, they are very easy to work with and they do a great job this will be my second window with them in 10 years and they did a custom shower for a Reno job I did a few years back also clean work, and they are really nice people

We have used the Glass Doctor on 3 occasions to replace broken windows, as we live adjacent to a golf course. The service provided by the Glass Doctor is excellent. One of our windows was just replaced with the removal and installation performed by
Chad. We really appreciated his assistance which went beyond the call of duty. We are pleased with the result and highly recommend the Glass Doctor, and of course Chad.

Glass doctor helped me out when I was in a pinch when I broke a window a day before our home inspection, dropped it off in the morning and it was fixed by the afternoon of the same day, great work and I will use them again when needed.

I’ve called about six different glass shops to find a windshield for a 21 Ford bronco. Everyone saying it’s too new and I’ll have about a six month wait. When I called glass doctor they jumped to it for me found me a windshield and had it in their shop the same day. Amazing service excellent staff.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of having Chris and Mitchell replace the window units in our home. They followed proper protocol and cleaned up everything afterwards. I got a quote and within two weeks the glass shower was installed ahead of schedule which was fantastic. I had Chris and Mitchell do the installation they were very professional. Great quality and very professional company, I would strongly recommend them.

Had our front storm window break on screen door, sent email in asking for help, they responded faster than i could send the email asking for help, they told me what to do and how to get window to them effectively, they were fast in replacing window and was alot less expensive than i had thought it was going to be when it was all said and done

If any of my kids break another window, glass doctor is my go to place, they are very professional and friendly and helped me carry glass out without even being asked by me for help as i was carrying my one son in the car seat which was awesome! Most places i go they just make me figure it out when clearly it may be a struggle for me.

My driver's mirror was knocked off while i was cleaning the snow off.
I called and was told to come over as soon as i could.
They put my mirror back into place and said no charge.

We can't say enough great things about the quality, professionalism and value of the window replacement services we received recently from the Glass Doctor in Barrie. We had 40 glass inserts replaced in our windows yesterday. The team: Chad, Jason and Jeremy were amazing. They did an excellent job in one day.

Wow, what a great company! Everyone at the Glass Doctor of Barrie were a pleasure to deal with, especially Jeremy and Jason. We had 6 windows that were foggy. So, instead of replacing all of the windows in the house, like some of the neighbors have done, we decided to replace just the portion of the window that was foggy. The cost to do this replacement was a tiny fraction of what it would have cost to replace all of the windows.
We will definitely tell our neighbors about this option for their fogged up windows.

I've had the Glass Doctor over the last couple of years do a number of window replacements and they have not disappointed. Their team of Paul and Tyler arrived yesterday and had the work done in no time. We will not hesitate to continue to use their services as needed.

Businesses should all provide 5 star service imo, so I don't generally review '"normal" service / products etc. This review is to commend the way this shop treats issues that may arise from any product or service. They wasted no time resolving an issue several weeks after my initial visit and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with in every way. Much appreciated.

I had scheduled an appt and have waited over 1 month for a glass replacement which was to be installed today (9/19/19) before 1pm. Nobody called! Nobody showed up! I have left msgs with the answering service and have yet to receive a call back! This will be the last time I use the Glass Doctor! #servicesucks!

Called regarding a windshield chip repair, they took me almost immediately. The process took under half an hour and was very affordable. Fast, quality service and friendly staff. Overall great experience.

I had Mitchell Hawthorne from Glass Doctor, Barrie in today to replace a glass shower enclosure that had to be removed when I refinished my bath tub. Mitchell is amazing! He arrived on time, replaced the glass in a professional, timely manner, polished and coated it with a protective material so I won't have any future maintenance issues. Mitchell cleaned up after the job so well I didn't need to do a thing. Thank you, Mitchell - I love my "new" glass shower enclosure and you gave me lots of great ideas for my kitchen glass backsplash! I am a loyal Glass Doctor client for life! My son was driving around in the work truck yesterday and was tagged by a stone.lovely chip in the windshield. Took it over to Glass Doctor and they fixed it right away! My son says who ever was working behind the counter (gentleman with an accent) was AWESOME! Great service all around. In and out in under an hour and no evidence there was ever a chip to begin with can't beat that kind of service.
