Glasshouse Nursery & Garden Centre

5 star plus! I love this store. The presentation and set up is immersive, exciting and full of holiday spirit and inspiration. The product selection is exceptional. On top of that the staff is awesome. Thank you!

Bought a globe. I didn't check it over before I bought it, a piece broke off and take it back and they do nothing! Won't be going back!

I was on a bus trip a couple of days ago and The Glass House was one of our stops. It is a beautiful nursery lots of variety and very well laid out. They also have a variety of gifts and decor that was both reasonable and tasteful. The Betula Boutique that is attached is also a great store to shop in lots of beautiful clothing and jewelry. We also had a tour given by Tina of the greenhouse that was very interesting. She did a great job.

Have known this garden centre and family for many years, great employers, community members and always making sure customer care if FIRST! I was ripped off by earthworks on a soil delivery and the glasshouse buckets were such better soil, and the plants all come with a better warranty. Will ONLY shop here and I am a contractor. I prefer quality over a cheaper and lighter bucket with weeds in it from another garden centre. Thanks so much Dave, Sue, Marlene, Simon, Riley and the whole cashier and yard crew.

Throughly enjoyed the walkabout at the Glasshouse. It was all a bit overwhelming having such incredibly vast array of choices in every single category! Wow, it just kept going and going! The greenery was gorgeous! The bubbling foundations gave such a relaxed vibe throughout the space. This is definitely a one stop shop for everything you need for your home and garden, or for gifts! We will be back!

Pretty much every plant you are looking for. Overwhelming and could spend hours looking at fountains, patio furniture and decor.

We are very grateful for the design and workmanship that went into our backyard rock fountain and surrounding landscaping. Simon and his Glasshouse crew worked diligently while keeping us informed throughout the process. Thank you for adding such beauty to our backyard oasis. We look forward to working with you again.

Wow! That's all I can say. Spent about an hour here today, but I definitely have to come back again (without my hubby lol)

Why go to a crackhouse when you’ve got the glasshouse

(ok jokes aside this place freaking slaps)

Expensive but is enjoyable shopping there unless you want to pre order. Asked a lady if I could preorder creeping thyme for spring and was told they had already ordered their spring plants from the suppliers and they don’t know what would be available. Fair enough. I ask if I could put my name on a list to reserve some. I was told not to bother because they wouldn’t look back to March on the list and since I’m ordering in March I probably won’t get considered. So that means people who order later would get first dibs. That didn’t seem fair. That’s when I decided to find out about suppliers. I called the supplier and ordered everything I wanted. Will be shipping directly. Saved lots of money too. So maybe I should thank them. And maybe Glasshouse should treat all customers like they are important.

The owners and staff are so genuine, kind, and helpful. We strolled in just at closing and didn’t realize. They let us look around and even offered extra help even though we were late! Thank you so much everyone. We will be back!
