Tips for your appointment with the Amazing Dr. Glazer:
1. This is Canadian Health care (not private health care) we are all waiting to be seen by one of the best specialists in the country. Please be patient, Do not get upset that you have to wait. 2. Do not continue asking the staff if it’s your turn. Today I noticed that the front desk staff was continuously interrupted with the same question… yet they continued to be gracious and friendly. 3. Do bring a book or snack or both and if you’re accompanying your elderly parents, prep for their comfort too. Be proactive. 4. Finally, once it’s your turn don’t go in and complain that it took you 3 hours to see him. ****Many specialists refuse patients because they can, because they are over worked and there are not enough doctors in Canada, let alone specialists. ****** Dr. Glazer tries to accommodate everyone. We do not want him to burn out and retire prematurely. Side note: I waited a year for an appointment and 3.5 hrs in his office and when I walked in (today) I was grateful and gave him a big smile. If you are reading this, I wish you good health and don’t forget you’re in incredible hands. Blessing!

Okay, so it was my first meeting with Dr. Stephen Glazer this afternoon. The office was busy and I had a long wait but that didn’t matter. When it was my turn to meet with him I had a great experience. He is friendly and very thorough; he let me speak and responded to me without being condescending. I loved his office, he has a lot of plants which I am a huge fan of! I would recommend Dr. Glazer and his staff, they were friendly even though they were busy.

Dr. Glazer is amazing! He listens to your concerns and he is extremely proactive regarding your health.
The wait time has gotten better and his front desk staff has changed over the last little while, they are very pleasant!
The location is very easy to get to, located off of Martin Grove.
Lots of seating in the waiting room, it's clean and parking is free!

Dr. Glazer is exceptional. He is brilliant - intellectual, knows what he saying, warm and exceptionally caring. Yes, there will be delays in the appointment - bring a book with you, or if you are workaholic like me, take your work laptop with you. Be patient and kind - he is doing god's work. P. S. Yaz, is the most fabulous person! Thank you for being so amazing!

The worst time management. Why do I have to wait more than an hour for my appointment. The office opens at 9 I have 945 appt. Why am i still waiting at 11?
