Glen Echo Nurseries

I recently had a disappointing experience at Glen Echo Nurseries. I've been frequenting for over four years. Despite receiving a quote of $110 for a tree, I was charged $160. When I had to turn the car around after realizing the mistake and pointing out the discrepancy, the woman at the cash register initially insisted on $120 without apologizing for the $160 charge, showing a lack of accountability. After calling to her coworker to confirm the quote as apparently it wasnt correct, the woman did not remember us even though we spoke not even 10 minutes ago, and said to just charge us $110. This departure from their usual service left me disheartened, as a loyal customer expecting a more respectful resolution. I believe accountability is crucial in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
