The best walk in experience I've ever had! The lady I spoke with at reception was incredibly kind and empathetic, she made me feel very comfortable. The waiting room itself was pleasant with lots of chairs and a TV to watch. I didn't catch the doctor's name, but he was a kind an efficient gentleman who handled my issue quickly and thoroughly. I was given a prescription, and it was convenient and easy to use the pharmacy connected to the walk in to have it filled. If I need to go to a walk in again in the future, I'll definitely be going here.

We absolutely adore Dr Judy and the staff at Glen Hill Medical clinic! They're very thorough and personable. And Dr Judy has been such a breath of fresh air actually listening to issues I bring up and we're working to get them solved. Highly recommend! Their clinic hours are also very accessible for walk-ins and you don't wait crazy long!

Super rude and unprofessional.
How does one stay in business treating potential customers the way this receptionist treated me.
I received a call on. May 15,2023 at approximately 1: 15 pm to book an allergy test. As I proceeded to tell her that I already booked and had it done on Friday (without warning she slammed the phone down in my ear). At first I thought humm the phone must of slipped out of her hand and fell as it was so loud but I waited a couple mins and didn't get a call back.
I called back to ask "why would someone ever think it was appropriate slam the phone down on me like that" but another lady said she had just sat down at her desk and it wasn't her. I explained what happened and she apologized on the other person's behalf.
My girl was lucky I'm at work. She definitely shouldn't be working in a medical facility if that is the way she's treating clients. Very Disgusting, nasty behavior. I'll be sure to let my doctor know.

This is a great walk in clinic the doctors, nurses and support staff are helpful and friendly. I’m really glad I went to this clinic Dr Judy and Dr Lajos were both empathetic, informative, listened to my concerns and asked questions that I didn’t even realize was necessary to mention so that they can better understand my history and background. Definitely recommend

These reviews aren't kidding! I'm blown away at how kind, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant the entire staff is. They make you feel seen and welcomed from the start. So grateful to have been taken care of and will most definitely be back again. Special thank you to the receptionist Jenn and Dr. Judy for accommodating me.

This clinic was exceptional! I came in and had a lovely conversation with the receptionist and had 0 wait time…. Was brought straight to a room. Dr. Judy was informative and helpful! I was dealing with a bad infection that had worsened. Dr. Judy got me the medication i needed, and even talked about preventative measures to minimize my chance of getting infections! I will absolutely be coming back…. Will not be going to any other clinic again
