It was a waste of time to go to the clinic because they don't accept debit or credit cards, only cash.

This is a very bad medical office. The receptionist lost my health card, no apology was given, then try to blame it on me. After she called me into the room, a dirty room from previous patient. I sat there for 10 minutes. Then the doctor came in, no hello nothing, he said wow, lets go to another room. I explain to him what had happen, no apology, he didn't even introduced himself.
These people no nothing about infection control or customer service. All they care about is money.

I had a terribly infected finger yesterday. It was after hours but Dr. Ayub and reception had not yet left. But once they seen the shape of my finger, they not only completely relieved the pain, I had antibiotics into me within 10 minutes thanks to the pharmacy next door.

What I really appreciate is that Dr Ayub was doing paper work, ready to go home after a long day, yet he took his time and showed a tremendous amount of care rectifying the situation. Which as we know, is rare these days.

I showed up at 8: 45 am and waited outside for a walk-in (opens at 9am).
The receptionist came in and opened the door at 9: 15 am. Only after asking her when the doc would be in the office did she say 10: 15 am. She gave no reason for this. I found it very disrespectful and left.

Because I could not get an appointment with my mom's physician (very difficult to get appointments!), we tried the Glenashton Medical Clinic on the day of. I called and reception said that there was not a long wait. My mom was seen by Dr. Nasir Ayub within 20 minutes of arrival. He was very caring of my mom's concerns and sent her for xrays. We got the xrays same day, and Dr. Ayub actually took the time to call me to provide the results and offer to help my mom any time if she should require it. He was amazing. Thanks so much

No sense of timing, they give you an appointment at a certain time, then when you get there, they say its first come first serve

Then why do they bother even booking an appointment?

Even after booking you they treat you as a walk in patient
I saw several people coming after me taken in before me

When I said I was waiting for more than an hour after my appointed time, I have taken leave from my work place.

I was told, this is the way it is, you need to budget unlimited time, there is no actual appointment, it’s who ever shows up first gets in first!

An absolute horror Show. I will never go here again. I implore anyone who needs walk-in medical treatment to seek another clinic, unless you like being treated like garbage then this is the place for you!

I would not give this place even a 1 star review if i had any other option.
So the first time i visited i was told my appointment was changed without being informed.
Next week i had to wait over 30 minutes, on inquiring the receptionist said if you want to make Dr saba your family dr dont do that she always takes too long there’s someone waiting for 2 hours before you aince morning.
I left without seeing the doctor.
The receptionist is very rude and they dont have value for anyone’s time.
If the dr is not capable of taking new patients they should tell that on the phone rather then making people visit& telling them that their doctors are late.

Dr.tasneem is hands down a wonderful doctor. I only go when Dr Tasneem is working. The reason I am giving three stars is because once I was desperate and went when Dr.alam was working, oh my gosh, I have a sick child in my arms and he was rude and obnoxious! He has no bedside manners and he made me leave in tears. He insulted me and said my child is the way he is because of me. He doesn’t even know anything about me so how can he make such a big judgement. I left the clinch and went to another walk in clinic by superstore, they gave my child antibiotics.

I called to ask if my blood test results came in and I was given tons of attitude over the phone, not really sure why? When I called the woman out on her attitude she lost it on me, and said Im the one giving her attitude when all I had said to start was "hello can I please check if my test results are in? " Absolutely unprofessional, and she kept raising her voice at me even when I called her unprofessional. Somehow they didnt have any of my information in their computer. Something mental going on at this clinic, I will say the doctor I saw was a very nice sweet woman. I think its just the front desk people that have issues.

I feel like this place is a front. They act like fake medical workers and cant figure out a simple sinus infection. Dont waste your time.

Dr Tasneem and Dr Alam both treat me as there patient. They are the best in the GTA
People seeking Drugs may not like em, but if you are there patients and know you, they will do anything to help u. They are best in GTA

I wish I could give this place a 0 star, although it is a shame because Dr Alam is wonderful, but Zia at the front desk, whom says he is the manager, has got to have the most disgusting customer service I have EVER experienced.
This man should absolutely have no dealings in any form of customer service, I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life, let alone in a doctors office where you would think they would be more sensitive. Zia is the reason Dr. Alam will be losing me as a patient.

This is the worse walk in clinic I have ever been in. Dr. Tasneem was rude and rushed me out of the room. He was not helpful. My wife had the same experience a week ago. I wouldn’t trust anyone who has said positive things about this place or this doctor. When one has health concerns a doctor should not be rushing you. You should feel comforted and listened to and you should leave the office feeling a sense of relief. I had to INSIST that he address my concerns regarding my test results. He had a foot out of the door before I could finish my question. It was not busy. Their was no reason for his abropt and careless service. Be warned. Chose another clinic. My rating would be zero stars but to write a review I need to choose a star. STAY AWAY.

Very bad experience with Dr Tasneem, he has no idea how to treat patients.he mis understood my case and asked me to do completed wrong blood test. When I went to reception, lady told me that it's s8mple human error. This is not the way to answer patient what is instead of blood test, he has priscribe me wrong medicine. Never ever recommend Dr Tasneem. If you care about your health, if you care about your family's wellbeing stay away from this place.most of their doctors were qualified overseas and some of them barely speaks fluent English.
