Glendale Secondary School

Decent school, fun classes (especially art), many bad teachers and some good ones, and very annoying students who can either never learn to simply walk and pay attention in the halls or not crowd at the front of the school at the end of the day. It's a challenge to make it to class on time with people blocking, crowding and flooding the halls, yet the teachers are always yapping at everyone "Get to class! Come on guys get to class". What do you think I'm doing like god damn I'm going to class. Most of the teachers I have had are usually always talking and barely give enough time to do the work but expect it to be completed in a matter of days. Some of the teachers are amazing, however, specifically the Arts or English teachers who are always super enthusiastic and polite. Careers and Geography/History teachers never know how to respect your opinions or feelings on all sorts of matters such as doing things in front of the class. In my Grade 9 year, Geography was already a boring subject but was made even more unbearable by my teacher who expected some crazy level work from a bunch of 13 or 14 year olds and had a reputation of saying "Uh. " or "Uhm. " after every 2 words.

Called to see about my son's classes because I do not rely on technology as some do i do not use the portal. She really pissed me off how egnorant her attitude was and the way she spoke to me funny she didn't give a name because ide be making a complante

It was depressing! They never did anything fun. Every day was the same. NO activities NOTHING! My old school was way better cause the school allowed cool stuff like bake sales or little Halloween parties in the gym. The teacher I had were good tho. I enjoyed the art classes, but I always enjoy any art class. I think the school would be way better if they did things that would put some life in the school.it's boring. I thought art schools were suppose to be filled with expression and LIFE!

I loved going to Glendale. And when my friend andjelo was there a very "sharp" student helped him make the "cut" to get into college!

Everywhere has an annoying teacher and nice teacher, but at least, according to the teacher I have met, they are all kind and nice (I realised some of them were nice until the end of a semester.)

The guidance department goes over and above to help the children that are in need.
Couldn’t ask for a better staff.

The staff in this school are not responsible. Bully happens very often at different secret conners in the school. Not a good place for kids to learn.
