IT'S REAL! You know that feeling when you enter an establishment and you feel like you've entered a kinder gentler place? Well, this is the place.
Buying a car is stressful. This is my 6th. I have been researching all year and not looking forward to it after years of slick sales pitches and pressure tactics.
But I found my unicorn at Glenleven. A pre-owned Honda, basically new.
Ricardo, Daniel, Ron, Stephanie and all the other staff bring a lovely nostalgic small town feel to the whole process. Everything was above board, genuine and straightforward, up front, fair. I'm very happy for people to make money at their business, I just don't want to feel taken. And I didn't. Solid car, solid deal.

Recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Glenleven. First time dealing with this dealership; friendly staff, nice layout, and very upfront about everything. They gave me the best price for my trade-in, and they were the only ones offering the Jeep I wanted with the top package available. Was able to get everything completed within the week, allowing me to get away and enjoy a solid fishing trip. Thanks for your help!

This dealership does not allow customers to have the cars inspected by an independent mechanic, even though I offered to pay for the inspection at a dealership. In 25 years of buying second hand cars, I have never heard of such a policy.

Google does not enable message threading, so below is my response to the response of the dealership written below this review:

First, while I recognize that you stand behind the quality of your pre-owned vehicles, such willful ignorance of the conflict of interest in having the person who sells the vehicle also be the person who inspects the vehicle does not instill confidence.

Second: Although I appreciate that I can bring along a mechanic to the dealership, from a practical perspective, this is not how mechanics typically operate, and pragmatically, this limits the ability to conduct a thorough review of a vehicle because it is not on a lift and it is not practical to carry the tools and instrumentation necessary for an inspection.

Third, notably absent from the response is the provision of any sort of rationale for WHY Glenleven has this absurd policy in place. Yes, you are free to have this policy, no one is arguing otherwise, but what I am arguing is the merit of such a policy. Why would a dealership who has confidence in their vehicles not allow independent appraisal of their vehicles? How would Glenleven feel if a customer reported a policy of not allowing a bank to conduct a credit check for the dealership when purchasing a vehicle?

Fourth, I visited a different dealership later the same day to test drive another car with identical features. It turns out that several of the functions of the car I was looking at at Glenleven were in fact not working properly. Potential customers of Glenleven - please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership.

Purchased a 2018 Rubicon July 6th 2021 from Ricardo @ Glenleven Chrysler! This Jeep is absolutely incredible and the only place to carry such an incredible vehicle is Glenleven Chrysler. I'm located in Ottawa and about 4.5hrs from this dealership. Out of the many dealerships and Rubicons available this Jeep had the lowest price, lowest mileage and cleanest appearance!

I was shopping at 11pm after a long day at work and I immediately got a response from Ricardo. Within the next day (which was his day off I later found out) he had made arrangements for me to receive all the information possible on this vehicle. Ricardo then proceeded to answer all of my questions within minutes of me communicating through email and phone calls as needed. Incredibly responsive and I felt like he cared about my interests rather than making the sale which was refreshing from a few negative experiences I had had locally. The financing representative Stephanie was very helpful and was able to explain everything very clear and I had felt confident I was making a good purchase. The transaction was seamless and within two days of committing to the vehicle I was on a train down to Oakville where (you guessed it! Ricardo was there to pick my wife and I up at the train station!)

We were offered refreshments while the paperwork was being filled and the rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Within a few minutes we were on our way back home and they even filled the tank for us!

My take-aways were:
-I wasn't pressured into buying the vehicle
-The prices were the lowest across the province and there was no need to haggle pricing
-warranty left over from the vehicle was sufficient and their extended warranty was a no brainer
-Vehicle was better than the photos on their site represented
-Vehicle was clean and ready when we arrived
-Care was taken to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase

Huge thank you to Ricardo and all of the staff at Glenleven that made our purchase memorable. Dealerships typically don't have great reviews and pushy salesman, and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had to date buying a vehicle.

My son and I were on our way to a a dealer in Mississauga to look at a 2011 Jeep Cherokee Limited and he pulled into Glenleven Chrysler to look at a 2013 we saw advertised. There it was in all of its glory, a beautiful ride with my name on it. After a few minutes the sales associate came out and asked if we wanted to test drive it. With no hesitation, off we went. Upon arriving back at the dealership I was convinced I wanted this vehicle, even though it was more than $6k higher than the one we already put a deposit on. After discussing the pros and cons of spending more than I wanted I knew I wanted to buy it on the spot. However, someone had put in an offer contingent on financing and I would have to wait until Monday morning to see if their deal went through. Well unfortunately the other people lost the deal and I won. Sorry for their loss, but things happen. I placed an deposit on it and they followed through with an exquisitely detailed, belly full of gas Jeep. Both Ricardo Tourinho and Daniel Hylton were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The worst experience my friend ever had

Bought a new car. The car broke down 3 times in 1 month. Car stopped on the middle of the road while driving. Talked with the employee. They have zero concern about the customer safety. One time stopped on a highway creating huge traffic.

Very poor customer service. The only solution that they provide is they can service the car when it breakdown again on the middle of the road.

Be aware

Don’t fall for the sweet smile they have when you go to buy a car. Because after you buy it they don’t even ask you to have a seat when you go to talk to them.

TJ helped get me into a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara High Altitude and he was THE BEST. Very knowledgable, kind, helpful and just overall provided a very high level of service. I've gone through the car buying gauntlet too many times and have a large number of pleasant and unpleasant experiences for reference and comparison. I've dealt with the dealerships who are just trying to make an honest living and many of the sterotypical car dealers who charge you "hidden" fees, charge weird markups when you decide to buy, try to upsell you services you don't need or act in a deceptive fashion.

This dealership is now in a 1st place tie for my most pleasant car buying experience. Honesty end to end, everything was clear, the sticker price you see? That's what I paid plus tax. That's it.

Ricardo worked to make this happen. He got all the info I need before I showed up, and when I showed up with my trade-in, they paid what they promised. No weird gimmicks where they pretend they're valuing your car, then low-ball you.

Daniel: this dude was super straight-forward, pleasant and obviously trying to be helpful to the customer. He gets back to you very quickly. You're not left waiting and waiting for days; you'll wait less than an hour.

Stephanie: went through the whole finance program quickly and was very clear and easy to understand. There was no pushy extra service sales tactics; just the services explained as they are and the benefits to you as a customer.

Trust in my opinion is the most important factor when making a large purchase decision. I will be happy to deal with this dealership in the future as I feel I am in honest hands and will DEFINITELY recommend them to friends and family.

I ve never met a manager that rude in my entire life.i wanted to buy cash a Jeep grand Cherokee L for my wife and kids and the manager keep asking the same question again and again: who will be driving the car who will be buying the car. OMG i Couldn't t believe his behaviour and attitude.
After going back and forth with him I just told him Sir I am not the one driving the car I told you many times it is for the wife and kids. I am driving a brand new Mercedes I like germans make and guess what was his answer to that: Yes there is lots of homeless around too.that is exactly what he said. Let me begin by telling you how amazing the staff are here. My brother and I got stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire and didn’t know what to do. Called a bunch of places and no one would come out to help us. We called this dealership to see if they could help and they sent 2 technicians out to help us. Never in my life would I have thought that a dealership would just send someone to replace a flat for a stranger with no purchase history with them. Customer service was fantastic. This dealership is very competitive and eager to earn business trying to match or beat the price of nearest competitor. Young and enthusiastic Sales person Nicolas was very good and gave details about all possible options based on budget. Dan worked very deligently to arrive at best rate. However, something is not right and not a complete attention is given to the deal in terms of paper work leaving me in an awkward situation after months of buying car. Finally, went for my first service here hoping to get a better experience this time, but not. Service advisor was courteous however in his own busy world. Got first oil change and full detail. Surprised to see not so good detailing experience by the dealer himself. Trunk was not vaccumed or cleaned at all. Streaks of cleaning solution and droplets visible everywhere.on the dash, seats, window and vents. A permanent Scratch on windshield.tried going back in to let the service rep know but he seems busy and doesn’t want to get feedback on FULL detailing. Damage done and I know dealership won’t take responsibility of anything.no time and energy to go through explanation and waiting for them to take more time investigate and then possibly do nothing. Had a good experience buying accessories with Miguel.however overall bad experience and probably not going back to this dealership. My husband returned yesterday from purchasing a beautiful 2018 370Z at Glenleven Chrysler. We live a 14 hour drive away so having a helpful, knowledgeable sales person to correspond with made our purchase stress free. Joseph went out of his way to calm our concerns about buying far from home. Joseph was more than accommodating when My husband flew in to Toronto by picking him up at the airport and saving the worry about travel to the dealership. Every thing about the 370Z was bang on to his description. I was concerned about any possible prior damage from the previous owner of the vehicle but as Joseph had stated the car was in mint condition! The purchase was so quick and easy and my husband was out of there in record time. As my husband had a couple of days driving ahead of him, Joseph went out of his way and contacted my husband to ensure that he made it home safe and sound. Nice to know that once you leave the dealership that they still care enough that you made it home safe! What can I say…customer service beyond belief! I am from Thunder Bay Ontario and when I called in to inquire about the Nissan 370Z I was greeted by Joseph (Cousin Joey). Because of the long distance, Joseph decided to give me a personal walk around of the vehicle showing me the up close and personal pictures of the car. We negotiated an amazing price and I made the arrangements to fly down to Pearson Airport. I arrived at 8: 00am with Joseph already waiting for me with a fresh Tim Horton’s coffee! We got back to the dealership where I saw the car inside the detail bay freshly waxed and ready for my test drive. The car looked brand new! After the test drive, I decided to go forward with the deal and that I would be driving it home that day. Joseph sent the licensing to get done ASAP and I was ready to go within the hour. Joseph set up the Bluetooth and also set the GPS for me so all I had to do was drive! I was very excited to purchase my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from them! Everything seemed great during the purchase however when we went to go pick it up it seemed to go downhill from there. There were so many things that went wrong during pick up- not to mention it took an hour and a half for them to get the car put together for us. With his help I was able to determine that there are extra accessories (Mopar) I can order in from the parts counter to customize the Jeep to my exact liking. 11/10 would recommend/come back.

I Purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer on April 27th. I was very pleased with the Salesperson Jibran Khan, There was no high pressure sales tactics that you see at other Dealers. The whole process was very pleasant and enjoyable. The only blemish to the whole transaction is the vehicle came with 4 Snow Tires, They were to be bagged and ready for pickup along with the Suv.

They were not but J promised to have them delivered the next day. The tires arrived and were not bagged and were dumped in my Garage by a employee. I notifed J and he asked if I wanted the bags dropped off, This should have been done prior to delivery.

When I picked up the Suv it was very nicely detailed and cleaned but the vehicle was recieved with less then a 1/4 tank of Gas. I wasnt expecting a full tank but going right to a Gas Station was not on my priority list. All in the experience was Good just these two minor issues to tarnish the deal.

I just bought a 2018 jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The experience was by far the best I have ever had when it has came to buying a car. I dealt with Daniel Hylton, he was truthful and courteous on all fronts when buying my car, in fact, all the employees with whom I dealt with were very nice and welcoming. The process went with out a hitch from start to the end.
I would definitely recommend them for buying a new or used vehicle.

I had the pleasure of working with Tiju (Abraham) on our new Jeep Grand Cherokee a sales consultant that is very much down to earth, not too aggressive as most Car dealership sales personnel. Tiju was extremely helpful and more over extremely patient with all our questions, concerns and request. The dealership itself got a very nice selection of vehicle that are not to be found in any other store. The Sales manager is great too and very fair and polite when it comes to customer service. I'd efficiently be shopping there again when time comes and recommend it to friends and family

Recently traded in a Jeep Wrangler for a Challenger Scat Pack from Glenleven Chrysler. I knew what I wanted when I went there and Tiju was able to assist me with everything I needed. Great salesman, very easy going and fun to talk with. Everyone wants that Destroyer grey and I don’t blame them, she looks mean.
