Glenridge Animal Hospital

All they are out for is o ly money. When fiancé is real bad at the moment. They jack up the prices and don't care if you have the money or not. Dr was good. The young lady with the Dr was great but the last lady she wanted me to give up my baby to the animal cops. She had no feelings towards me or my baby. Very un satisfied at the place. I hope the rest of the staff is not like this one. So upset at this animal hospital. I will not come back.

This veterinary clinic is truly the best in the business in my opinion. The way they care for their patients is unmatched. They have been very thorough and kind at every visit I have had with my current and past fur babies. You can tell that everyone in the building has a true love and passion for helping animals and educating their families. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Special shoutout to Sheri who is truly an angel among us! Thank you for all that you do!

Pricing is great and vets were good too, but the clinic is unreliable and admin staff is unprofessional. I'd like to speak to Dr Kristen Ness and I have not received a reply to my email sent March 20 or a call back yet. I don't think the doctors are aware of how poorly the staff is running their office and declining service to customers for no real good reason. Very unfortunate. Super happy with the entire process for my large older dog to have a dental done. Very thorough exam before the appointment and always willing to answer any questions I had.

They were also understanding of my dogs reactivity and helped ensure that his visit would be less stressful for him and the staff.

They even called the next day to make sure he was doing great - and he is!

Best vet we’ve ever been to. Been going to them for years now and have nothing but good things to say.

A very professional and competent group of individuals who contacted me twice after my dog's surgery. They are caring, thoughtful and not only pet oriented but people oriented too.

You guys are great! The combination of caring thoughtful vets and helpful, listening front desk team make your practice the place we want to take our dogs. We know they're in good hands!

All the technicians were really nice and treated my kitty Bello with the most love. You can tell that everyone there will truly care and provide you with the support you need for your animal. Their staff looked forward to seeing him during each appointment, and i'm sure Bello would say the same! Lol

As someone who is new to the area. Everyone at glendidge does an amazing job at taking care of both of my pets. With great advice I know my pets are in great hands!

Highly recommend Glenridge Animal Hospital. Our dog had an infection in his paws and our original vet wasn't able to take us. I call Glenridge and they fit us in that day without even being a patient. Our dog is typically horrible at the vet, very scared and uncooperative. The vet and staff we super understanding and we came up with a plan that kept our dog calm and looked after. They took their time with him, we didn't feel rushed, and they were so nice. These people really care about animals. No vet has ever done that before, and the visit went extremely well because of this! They even called us a few days later to check in on him. Massive shoutout to the receptionist who got all his paperwork and information before we arrived, and to Dr. Kirsten Ness and Andrea for being so patient and kind to us and our dog! Thank you so much!

We have now switched vets and are patients at Glenridge Animal Hospital.

Great care when I was worried about my puppy. Made me feel comfortable when I asked questions and called to see how we were doing.

I was not at glenridge animal hospital with a pet. I was there with a dead bat which they had agreed to send to the university of Guelph for analysis. Thanks for doing that service Glenridge. It sets you apart.

We are beyond thankful for Dr. Kirsten Ness and her entire staff. My experience with this vet clinic was wonderful. They obviously love animals, but they were also supportive and kind with us as well, explaining everything in detail. They went above and beyond to help us and our border collie Morvo absolutely loves them!

Todays visit at Glenridge was definitely a sad one. I had made the tough decision to put my fur baby to rest.
The entire team has been so kind and compassionate through the entire process. Sherry was so understanding when I called 2 days ago, then multiple calls after and when I came in today. All the technicians and the Doctor were so sweet and I felt they really took their time with us.

This Animal Hospital in my opinion is one of the best Veterinarian Hospitals in Niagara. Dr Kirsten Ness is a rock star. She is caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Her staff has carried her giving nature foreword which you as a customer will appreciate. When they care about your animal as much as you do you will leave with a sense of satisfaction that money cannot buy. Thank you to Dr. Ness and the staff for saving our dog.

Great by friendly staff upon arrival, by far the best animal hospital! Our litter off puppies are always in good hands.
