I bought a new home from Glenview on 2020, their customer service team is great, helped me a lot for my house fixes and guided me for the propery maintenance. I really like Erin, Derrick and Rigo.

The house was delivered in poor conditions, a lot of problems. The site management leaders seems not doing their job, contractors walked on hard wood floor directly without any protection. They haven't fixed the PDI problems even 6 months after closing.

Sales team 5 stars, Stefan 5 stars, Rigo 5 stars, warranty managers and technicians all 5 stars. However, quality of the house 1 star. The worst craftsman ship I've seen. The good thing is we haven't had any problems with Glenview coming to fix things and they have been great at communicating with us and scheduling repairs. The house itself though is not worth the price with the quality they give it to you. Endless deficiencies everywhere you look.

They made it so bad.things like walls, kitchen island are not straight and misaligned. I am emailing and calling them from last 1 year and they keep on ignoring the work that needs to be done to fix.
Worst customer support after you get the house. No one comes in person who has power to make decisions or understand the issue. They will try to manipulate you to avoid fixing the problem.

My experience with the sales team has been fantastic - Jamie is incredibly knowledge and super helpful.
However, the closing process and everything after was (and still is) an absolute nightmare. I was given a rushed closing date - the day before when visiting for the PDI, the house was dirty, unpainted, no plumbing, entrance way tile still undone, front bathroom undone, major defect on the stairs, to name a few. There are a lot of defects to the house. It seems like the work was rushed and poorly done. Everything is either chipped, dented, cracked or scratched. One window doesn't close properly, another frame is broken. Bathroom light broken. Tile not cut properly. Countertop in the bathroom doesn't fit (too small). Cupboards not aligned. This is not a quality build. When pointing out these issues (some prior to closing), they didn't care to have it fixed then, I was told to include it in my 30 day Tarion form. I have over 50 items for this form.
Also, the house was left dirty, stains on the carpet, paint on the carpet, grout stuck on tiles, construction dust on the hardwood. I had asked several times for cleaning to be done and Glenview would tell me that cleaning was already done.
Overall, disappointing and stressful experience.

I am the person who buy the house in the Flagstaff. The quality of house is pretty bad. There are many issues that have not fixed in 30 day’s form. And I will apply many new issue in one year form. I would not recommend this builder. That will be a big mistake if you buy it.

My family was looking to buy new home and the sales reps Jamie and Minna were great and helpful but when I went to the barrhaven neighbourhood and spoke to people living there already, they warned me not to buy from Glenview. They are liars and won't fix anything after you move in. Always do your research first!

I had no problems with the sales team but dealing with the warranty concerns such as house defects for a fairly new home has been a horrible experience. They won't take accountability for any of the problems. And these are all problems that were rooted from hurried and poorly done work.

I have heard many great things about Glenview Homes. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the building process. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

Today I went to gkenview to meet with the designer. Because our English is not good enough to communicate, it is a big problem. I also encountered the help of the designer Selina, she can speak Chinese, and she patiently helped me explain every content. I have given me great advice on the design. I am really happy. It makes me feel very kind, and I can still feel warm and kind in a foreign country. I am very grateful to Selina for the help provided to me. I think many Chinese are in the house. Shanghai Metropolitan Government needs to be able to speak Chinese like Selina, to help us, thank you very much Selina.

I went to a lot of different builder sites and met several sales representatives, I have to say Jamie for sure knows his stuff. We asked a crazy amount of questions about the floor plans, different models, standard features and even about the upgrades available all of which he knew so much about. More than most sales reps who would e to pull out a book/borchure to verify details. We are big fans of the Madison Model for sure as Glenview does deliver a superior product for sure! Looking forward to our new home!

Owner from one of their developments on Ryland st. Overall quality of the house is not too bad but was expecting much more from this builder. Closing date delays and changed in December. Work order delays due to Covid-19. Many issues but the developer seems nice and responsive.
