Daniel was great when I came to him for help with designing/buying an engagement ring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through the different criteria for diamonds. Definitely my new go to jeweller!

This place is amazing. I had been shopping around for a while for an engagement ring for my fiance. I contacted them through Instagram and they were very quick to help me and very patient with me through the whole process. A year had gone by and 1 of the stones on the band of the ring had fallen out. I again contacted through Instagram and again they were very patient and accommodating to fix the ring and at no cost! I've dealt with both lena and Daniel. Great customer service. Will 100 percent be back in the future.

I have purchased my wife's wedding ring here and Lina was very helpful and knowledgeable with guiding me through picking the perfect ring for my wife. Was referred to Glitz by my esthetician after countless attempts to get my mother’s chain fixed. Here is the problem it’s not gold just a piece of costume. But all it needed was to be put together by a loop. After trying many jewellery stores Glitz in one minute popped a loop back on tightened it with tweezers and on top didn’t even want a penny as they said it was just a loop to be tightened. Just wow!

I ended up with two gorgeous layering necklaces in gold. That were really well priced. Couldn’t be happier.

I personally will never step foot in this place again. They have jewelry with prices on their Instagram page but when you ask for the same item their prices have doubled in price. So if you want to spend extra money and get ripped off then this is the place for you! I prefer to give my business to more reputable jewelry stores that have been around longer and don’t talk down to their customers.

I have only a few pieces I purchased from Glitz, but need I tell you that the quality of their pieces and customer service is beyond exceptional. Lina, on several occasions has helped me with my purchases and even helped me customize 2 necklaces one night, even after the store was closed. Lina is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted when I told her. It’s rare to find a good jewellery store; especially for me… I’m very picky! Again today, I was looking for a specific necklace, I messaged Glitz on Instagram and received a reply within minutes; only to find that they had exactly what I was looking for.
