Good location, close to Pearson airport.

The room was clean and quiet.

Great hotel- Hotel is undergoing some renovations, looking forward to staying there again.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly happy bunch. Great place to stay. Renovations are being done at present but the service and hospitality was second to none.

Nice location, not far from Pearson airport and a few minutes walk away from Versailles Convention Centre.
The breakfast is opened from 7: 30 to 9: 30, the food is fine.
The room is comfortable and big but it's not soundproof. There were a group of very noisy young people during our stay and in the other room, someone put loud music at 7am.

I stayed at this lovely newly renovated hotel this Thursday night and I must say best western your killin it! I was greeted by the lovely front desk agent Jolly upon my arrival. He offered us a complimentary suite. He was very friendly and kind. The customer service I received by him was excellent. The hotel offers a wonderful full buffet hot breakfast. Everything was delicious! The hotel room bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were brand new modern designs with a spacious standing shower. I must say this hotel definitely deserves a 5 star! I’m very happy with my stay at GLo Best Western. Thank you for the wonderful service you provided during my stay:)

What an excellent Welcome then great spacious Rooms and it's fine Decor. Today When I went to the Reception for some Photo Copies request the lady named Amrat accepted my request with a nice smile and did by job with a very friendly spirit. Overall The Service Was Above Average. Thanks Glo Best Western and thanks lady staff.

Was under renovation but that did not impact us for a one night stay.
They allowed us to use the lobby after the wedding reception we attended - no impact on the other guests this way.
Friendly staff - well appointed rooms - fair continental breakfast.

The hotel room has a Strang smell once tou enter thr room it hits you but after a while either the person gets use to it or it goes away

Great new hotel. Great service. Looks good, hard hood but found a few things that need to be reactivated. They have light switches that seem not to do anything. Also there are no AC plugs near the bed. Have to move furniture to get to plug.
