With all due respect I don't know how a 1 star rating showed up attached to my name. I wouldn't rate a company until I've actually dealt with them.
Christopher did indeed reply to my email this week and our interaction was positive. I would definitely leave a 5 star for Christopher but not so much for you.
Seeing as you really jumped to a negative conclusion and I wouldn't want be employed by you I'll leave the rating as is.

We had the pleasure of using Global Alliance Worldwide on our Wedding day. Alex Sarris, was our driver and he did a phenomenal job with driving us around, as well as, with being punctual and mindful of our pick up and drop off times. The limo was very clean and roomy, which was amazing because we had a lot of people on board. We highly recommend this service for your special day or any other special event. Tried to book a ride to the airport but was informed that they "had to charge a 12 hr minimum" at the cost of $1939 (probably didn't even include tax) for a suburban!? He explained that TIFF was starting up and this was the reason for their "requirement". I don't care that they want to gouge people because of TIFF and feel ok with that. This is a disgusting practice and I'll never use them again.

Driver wasn’t where he was supposed to be. When I finally hunted him down he was on his phone and I had to knock on his window. It was a huge hassle and when I told him I’d been waiting and searching for 15 minutes he never apologized. Ugh.

They took care of our customers while traveling in Toronto. Great service, happy to call them again next time.

The driver was magical - navigating through traffic like it was a breeze.

Edit. Just wanted to give a little update. Booked global for 545am pick up and couldn't be happier. Booking process is seemless and our driver Rommel was at the house 10 min before the promised pick up time. You guys took one thing off our minds as we had a full day of travel after being dropped off at the airport.

This company deserved a five star review for its employees, MIO, JAMES, BRUCE, BOBBY, ALEX and ARUM just to mention few of the Chauffeur that were with us, punctuality, clean cars, well dress and amazing manners! Office team is also super patient and always on point!
