I will let you make your own determination of their business ethics. They advertised a part on facebook marketplace for $80. When I called to see if it was still available, I was told that the price was now $120. When I asked why, I was told that the $80 was a Covid price. It has been quite a while since we have been in Covid lockdown. If I am looking for another part, I know who I will not call.

Don't know about the service but the person I had conversation on phone gives idea what level of service they provide

The guys here went all out for me. I placed an order for a wrx 5 speed swap off their website and they delivered it themselves two days after the order was placed on a Saturday! Im located in Quebec so it was great getting it so quickly from the Toronto area. The transmission, diff, axles were all in perfect condition and exactly what I saw and ordered on the site. My wrx has been running amazing since the swap got installed. These guys are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bought a front end, wanted payment before I even looked at it. And won't accept a return even though online says will accept returns within 30 days. Do not shop here would not recommend to anyone

I have now attached a picture of the returns policy. Show me where it states its just engines and transmissions. You also didn't tell me that it was final sale at time of purchase and on top of all that, you did not give me a receipt.
I am well into the car scene around here and I'm going to make sure everyone knows to take their business elsewhere.

Falsly lists products, then claims "everyone else does it" when pointed out. Filed a PayPal claim when they refused to help, then they claimed they would send me a return label and refund me if I canceled the dispute. After I canceled the dispute they claimed they wouldn't send me a return label and that I had to send it back first. After I sent it back they refused to issue me a refund unless I changed my feedback (which I said I'd do after I got a refunsd).

Run, not walk, RUN far away from this seller and their shady business practices. You may get lucky and get what you paid for, but if there's any mistake, do not expect them to fix it.

I ordered a JDM Altezza L-Tuned TRD front clip, rear trunk lid, side skirts and rear taillights for my Lexus IS300. They did an excellent job with packaging and coordinating the shipment from Canada to my house in Austin, Texas. They provide friendly and professional customer service and I received everything within 2 weeks of placing the order. I highly recommend them if you are looking for parts for your JDM build!

Terrible Customer Service when something is defective even with warranty. Purchased set of used springs/struts, not able to test them but bought them based on owner's advise he wouldn't sell defective items or would be taken care of. Change of tune when I called, not willing to replace part even with me offering to pay a little more to buy 2 other replacement struts when he didn't have the exact one I could purchase to replace. He aggressively directed me to return them all for a refund. Unfortunately all are on my car. 3 work fine, 1 strut bad. Lost a future customer. I would hesitate to buy anything from there unless you can attest to the quality beforehand. As struts/springs not tested, you could be in for the same. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on previous reviews and was told the owner/manager could be difficult, I found out the hard way that he is. Unfortunate. Buyer Beware, the warranty is useless when it comes to whats most important during a tough time like COVID, money more important that customers. Extremely short sighted. Best of Luck to you all. There are other JDM places to buy. The owner can reply what he wants, and yes, always two sides to a story, but there is one when it comes to the truth unfortunately. Inflexible when it comes to a defective product. Sad.

I purchased a JDM GC8 Front end conversion from them in May for my 99 Impreza WRX. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. Their website is really easy to navigate with many photos of what you are purchasing from different angles and it was insanely easy to purchase from. The individual that I dealt with was very polite and easy going. They packaged the front conversion very well and it arrived really quickly from Toronto to California! Great service. Got an STI Nose cut, priced, ordered, paid on Friday and delivered to my door the next morning. Exactly as pictured and described.

At first it felt shady, my opinion changed after buying my 1JZGTE from these guys, they have very very competitive prices, i paid them cash at the warehouse and they literally delivered my engine to my house the next day for free. A week past and I tried starting the motor for the first time and it fired up without hesitation. I'll definitely be back for parts, hopefully GlobalJDM sticks around and continues to keep the Japanese car scene alive here

I have to say, the Father and son team at Global JDM are top notch guys. When I made the sale they were very helpful guys, allowing me to come ahead and check out the parts a day before and even on the day of pick up helped me out a lot. However i made a mistake with the part and it did not work with my car.
However they were very kind and helped me return it and gave me a full return.

I have to say guys, I definatly trust you guys and appreciate your effort to keep the JDM scene espically the Subaru Scene alive.

Ordered an LSD from a Japanese NB Miata, had the part delivered to my work for $950.00 with axles. That part was great. However my 1994 Miata (NA8) ended up actually having a previous model (NA6) differential and driveshaft. I was confused at first so I gave Global JDM a call just to verify that everything parts related was correct. So I called and asked what Miata the diff came out of for sure only to be responded with very short and defensive answers. No help at all. They spoke as if I thought they were ripping me off and I wanted a full return when all I was looking for was a quick answer. I understand they most likely have to deal with rude buyers looking to return parts they abused or purchased wrong but I was neither of those in that situation. I did end up figuring out the issue was that the car had an NA6 diff and therefore needed a driveshaft but it wouldve been favourable had the company I spent almost a $1000 with would have put just a little bit of effort into clarifying something for me. I sell parts for a living so I'm no stranger to this business but I was slightly disappointed with their customer service post sale. However, had my car have had the correct differential and driveshaft in it from the get-go I would have had nothing but positive things to say. In short, parts are great, customer service.not so much.

Called in a few weeks back looking to get an EJ205 for my 2010 WRX. Person who I spoke to on the phone was quick and easy to work with. Same day I went there to pick up my EJ205, they gave me an awesome price with warranty and provided proof of compression test! Doesn't get better than that. Engine runs great now and i definitely will not be pushing this engine to the limits lol. I highly recommend to come here and I will be stopping by soon to pick up some more parts.

An honest friendly and reliable source of sought after and hard to find parts. I purchased subaru parts and they were happy to help me match the part to my car. I found them way more knowledgable than anybody else I'd spoken to in regards to finding what I needed. I will happily call again the next time in searching for parts.

Very nice owner and son, good people they always try their best to find exactly what you need. Would deffinetly recommend their business over any other jdm shop in the GTA I've been too.

John at Global did a great job of getting my engine delivered to the garage on the agreed-upon time. He really worked through all my questions and went above and beyond with making sure I get the right parts that will fit my car. Me and my mechanic are on day 3 of getting the engine prepared and everything looks good so far. Ill update this when its running, but so far I can say for sure: . GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE FOR COMPRESSION TESTING VIDEO - this helped me decide on my choice of engine and ON TIME DELIVERY. This is a big deal for me and a lot of money, and it was nice that John did take the time to explain, and didn't rush the purchase or any of my questions.
