This place is gross and the person working is equally as gross.stood outside abs waited for 15mins because he showed up late.purolator needs to better vet their agents.

If you can avoid this place as a pick up point, avoid it at all costs. You might never see your package (even if it was delivered - as it happened to me). Purolator and other carriers should stop associating with this pick up point.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm sorry if you have to pick up your missed delivery at this location. This business should be removed as a vendor for any delivery companies currently using them.
My package was sent here from Purolator unfortunately so I had no choice. I rushed to this office to pick up my package but prefaced it as I walked up to the desk that it was under my brother's name but I have valid ID that matches the address on the package and the contents belonged to me. Without looking at the slip, my ID, or the name on the card he quickly dismissed me and told me to come back with my brother's ID.
Some back and forth conversation happened as he continued to make up rules for himself and speaking on behalf of Purolator. I told him what was in the box to prove it was mine and he said "oh since it's _ then I definitely need the recipient to pick it up" (I uncovered this is also untrue when I was talking to Purolator). That's convenient that this rule existed as he was declining me my property. He'd ask me questions to just shut me down after. "Is the last name the same as the one on the package? " "Yes" "I can't give it to you. " "Does the address on the ID match what's on the package? " "Yes" "I still can't give it to you. "
This person who was working was deliberately trying to make things difficult for no reason whatsoever. My phone was dead at the time so I couldn't pull up Purolator's terms and conditions so I did that when I got home.
I went on Purolator's website, as instructed on the card that was left on my door and what the rules were if someone were to pick up a package on someone else's behalf. Purolator: "One piece of acceptable government-issued photo ID indicating residence at
the address to which the item is addressed". I called the store again and asked why he refused to release my package to me if I was authorized to pick it up. To this, he responded that the document was OUT OF DATE. I clarified, this is a document that is CURRENTLY on Purolator's website. He didn't care. He insisted it was out of date and he had the "updated one". I asked where I could find this updated one and he told me to come into the store so he could print it out for me. Of course, I didn't waste my time driving down there. I contacted Purolator directly and asked them if this document was outdated and if there was a new one I'm missing somewhere. To nobody's surprise, it is in fact the most up-to-date document on THEIR website. Not only did this man purposely try to make things harder for me to pick up when it was evident that the package belonged to me, he also decided to lie to customers and speak on behalf of the clients he represents.
I don't even have to mention the fact that this place is unkempt and has zero organization, honestly quite a disgusting place to have your belongings being held. See for yourself from the pictures posted from others.
This is shady business behaviour and I would suggest avoiding this place at all cost if possible. I've never felt like an "authorized dealer" was going to steal my package before until now. I understand that the owner has previously called other reviewers "liars", so he'll likely do the same here. Instead of providing poor service and then trying to discredit what customers have to say about your business then you should maybe spend some time to improve it instead.

It doesn't come up with you search the map for FedEx or Purolator locations, but this place does drop off for both, as well as DHL. It's a pretty old school hole-in-the-wall place, but it gets the job done.

S**t box, fedex needs to stop redirecting packages here. The owner needs to change the hours and stop wasting peoples time.

Do NOT go here! Total criminal enterprise. If you drop a parcel here (for example Amazon, Purolator, FedEX) it will never leave the location. They are just keeping the stuff! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I'm giving this business a six star review! Although, I must say, a small amount of dust was exposed to the box, for the box, that my parcel was shipped in. Additionally, the proprietor did not immediately assume a servile and obsequious manner. Finally, I might add, that due to the unclear manner in which the space is organized; I was forced to have a human interaction with the person working there. I imagine that some patrons would find such an experience as exceedingly trying. Perhaps there is some kind of medication that people can take to help them get through the experience of dropping-off, or picking-up, a parcel. Seven star service for me, made my day.

The guy working in here is such a grumpy person. Was super rude when I was trying to drop a package off. Decided to just take it elsewhere to ship it. Avoid this place if you can help it.

Don't arrive until after 10: 30. Says they open at 9: 30 but owner is regularly, and unapologetically late.

DO NOT go early. Guy was not there as opening hours say. Didn't read other comments until I got here. I recommend calling before you go. Still waiting 18 min after they were supposed to be open.

Dont ask your delivery services to drop off here.

The guy there is really slow, be prepared to waste about an hour of your precious time whenever doing business there. Yes, like the others mentioned, the place is really filthy. I go there because of convenience but after my last shipment and the condescending way I was treated. I will not be doing business there any longer. I do not recommend.

Very unorganized and dirty. The man who owns the place told me my package was not there. I found it myself moments later.

Jerry was very polite to me. The place is a little messy but my package was secure and I wouldn't have a problem with having a package dropped off there again.
