Global USS has been amazing to deal with. They stepped in to help my TDSB school with a new sound system for our cafetorium after we spent months trying to work with other vendors unsuccessfully. Ram & John came out very quickly for a site visit after my initial inquiry and were very thorough in their assessment of the space and of our needs. They were very receptive to my feedback, and went through several revisions of the original plan to fit our exact needs, installation requirements, and budget. They have made this process very enjoyable, and I look forward to future dealings with them.

One of their delivery drivers was driving infront of my car. Back cargo door was open and the cargo was hanging out (picture posted). In the event the cargo was to fall out of the delivery van, it could have killed someone.
