I had to change my previous review. They rush and don't listen to what you want.

I paid $70 for biogel and each nail looks different and bubbly. So very disappointed.

Reasonable price and quality clean work. It was my first time at the nail salon today and it won't be the last. The place is clean, nail technicians are good at what they do and will provide a good service for a reasonable price.

This is my second time coming here and they so such an amazing job! They are so welcoming and make you feel super comfortable. Everyone is so kind and I will definitely be coming back here!

This was our second time visiting this nail salon. The first time we were charged one price and the second time we were charged a lot more - 150% for exactly the same nails. Just like the other reviews, if you go here you must agree on a price before sitting down. They will make up a number and you can’t do anything about it. It’s disappointing because we thought we had found a nail salon that we could trust to do a good job and charge consistently for it. Won’t be back!

I hate to even leave a one star because I have been coming here for 7 years. I’ll start with the fact that I miss Helen and Summer but besides that the customer service has gone down hill and today I got my nails done and I hate them. I asked for square on natural nails shellac polish and they were filed way to short to the point where all the nails are different shapes. I had a crack on my nail that could be fixed with just cutting it down but instead I was charged $5 extra to “fix” the nail. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back again and I hope you all are able to resolve the issues that have been currently happening.

Worst nail salon ever they removed my bio gel nails using drill, they should’ve used the acetone and proper nail removing liquid but they didn’t also they’re so in hurry that they hurt my cuticles and nearby skin using the drill, they also damaged my nails and now they’re not growing also my skin under the nails is showing out and it hurts a lot. I would never go back again nor I would recommend to anyone.

Very disappointing. Could have done a better job myself and in fact, I had to fix it up when I got home. The water was so cold then she burnt my foot with scalding water. Should have left then.
My nails were cut so short on two toes they hurt to walk. Should have left.
My heals feel like a cheese grader after her handy work.
Bottom line it's my own fault for not following my gut and leaving.
This is the first time in my life I wanted to NOT leave a tip. Couldn't bring myself to do it but should have.
Save yourself and do ANYWHERE else.

I started going here a few months ago and have never been disappointed in their work! Great work on my nails, as well as my pedicure. I'll keep going back!

Horrible experience with Annie. She was giving me so much attitude, she cut me twice while shaping my nails. Her work is horrible, i was so unhappy with my nails. I’ve been to this salon 3-4 times but after my last experience with Annie and her rude comments and disrespectful attitude, I will not be coming back here again.

Always happy with their services. And the best thing about the place is that, they respect the value of time and unlike other places always maintain appointments on time.

For sure, one of the worst experiences I had ever had, the place is dirty, so unorganised, they cannot tell no to anyone so people come at the same time and then there is no staff and they have to rush people. I am shocked by any positive review for this place

I always get an amazing service from Summer, my daughters love going there as well. Recently I take my husband for a pedicure and he was very happy. All staff are welcoming and Helen always greet you by your name

Helen gave me a beautiful design she knows all her clients names which is awesome and it makes us feels good when she acknowledge us.

I did mani and pedi shellac with Lynn. She was great. I’m so particular about my nails shape and she did it perfectly. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back

They seem popular for more fancy nailwork, Almost all the other customers were getting that done, so check them out if that's what you're looking for.

Poor customer service. Nail tech was rough and unattentive. I got cut when she was exfoliating my legs with the grater thing. Overall was an unpleasant experience.would not recommend

Ladies were very nice and accommodating. Did a very thorough job on our pedicures and manicures. I got gel tips since my real nails were short and was really happy with the design they did, and they gave my mum the classic French she wanted on her natural nails.

Love them! My girl Kelly did me right and got me ready for vacation even gave me tips on how to care for my nails and keep them healthy ️

This was my first time for nail art so i was anxious as to who will do it and if they would understand what i wanted, but Summer exactly understood what i wanted. She is great at her work. She even asked me and improvised the design and it was perfect just the way i wanted. Pricing is also good. Highly recommend SUMMER to every1.

Been going to this salon for years, and have never been disappointed! Can’t say enough good things. All the girls here are wonderful at their job. Recently started seeing “Kay”. Her work is amazing, and she’s great at gorgeous nails. They really care about you here and it shows.

My go-to place always! Everyone does a neat job, thoroughly professional but at the same time they care a lot about their clients. I like their attention to detail in even the smallest factors as nail corners. The colour selection is also vast and so is design selection. Would highly recommend this place.

So glad Gloss Nails is back open! Helen was welcoming and friendly as always! Jojo did my pedi and full bio-gel set. She was very patient as I changed my mind about the shape and then meticulously worked at making each finger perfect. Happy to become a regular customer again!

I'm a regular at this salon and every visit is welcoming and timely. They do a great job meeting client expectations and going above and beyond.

Just went today for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. I didn't get the name of the lady who did it for me but she did an amazing job! This is the only place i would go to

I've been coming here for a few years and have 3 specific ladies that I request to do my manicures and full set. They are super friendly, always remember me, always ask about my 10yr old who occasionally comes with me for manicures and nail painting. If during my appointment I change my mind about anything or feel like something isn't isn't I want all I do is let them know and they are more than willing to redo, fix or figure out another plan. I've never had a bad experience here. I was so happy when they reopend after the lock down not only because I miss my nails but because they are proactive in keeping covid at bay. They always fit me into their schedule even if it's last minute. 100% my go to place for Manis and full set.

By far my favourite place to get my nails done! Not only are the staff super nice, but they are also fast and skilled at what they do, and can always understand what you want.
Sometimes you may have to wait if you're doing a walk-in, but the staff, work, and prices are worth it.

I hadn't had a pedi in ages nor have I been maintaining my feet. (covid slump). Gloss nails fit me in same day, Quinn did an amazing job of turning my dry, scaly feet into beautiful polished gems. I wish I took a before pic to show the difference. I'll DEFINITELY be back!

This has been my favourite nail salon & spa for YEARS! They are so professional and friendly and Tina and Helen are absolutely amazing! During my manicure/pedicure, Tina pays very good attention to detail and will go back if she notices something that is off. When requesting a specific nail shape, Tina knows exactly how to get the perfect shape and makes great recommendations regarding the right shape on the length of the nails. Waxing service is also very quick, clean and easy. Very clean salon and will always recommend Gloss Nails!

Tina did a great job on my nails. I am just hoping that theyll last i will repost a review in a couple of weeks if they do or not
