Really depends on who you get make sure your communication is clear with what you want. If you have never had your nails done before and ask for information on the different techniques be prepared to trial and error.

Incredible service she did my chrome nails so beautifully and was so quick and efficient I’m in love with my nails and they have lots of gems options

Carly is amazing! She is so creative and thoughtful with her work, its so great to collaborate on nail designs! The space is clean and welcoming, so so impressive! The longest a BioGel manicure has ever lasted on myself, 3.5 weeks!

Was very disappointed with this salon after a 4.8 rating. The space is not as cleaning as other salons I’ve visited, my shellac manicure has bumps in it and it really felt like they were just trying to get colour on and get me out.

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Zoe is the best. Perfect manicures and pedicures every time. She takes her time to make sure your hands are toes are perfect! Ask for Zoe and you’ll never need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend the Jelly Pedicure.

Have gone here before and had a great experience with Mimi. Tried a different nail tech twice as Mimi was not available and I did not like my nails. Booked an appointment on Tuesday for this coming Saturday with Mimi. Just got a call saying Mimi is off that day and I have to reschedule my appointment.
They cancelled and hung up on me mid sentence. DO NOT GO HERE

I did not say I would not pay, I asked what would happen and if there would be a discount if a different nail tech messed up my nails and required extra time to fix it. I was simply asking questions when you cut me off saying “we will cancel appointment” and then hung up the phone before I could say anything else.

The issue is, I booked the appointment Tuesday and added a friend to come with my the next day. On Wednesday they confirmed on the phone if I still wanted my appointment with Mimi and I said yes. So I was trying to understand where the mix up came from when it was confirmed twice that my appointment would be with Mimi.

If you had called on Wednesday or mentioned that she would not be available when I called then I could have found time Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to go but instead AFTER the appointment was confirmed twice with Mimi I get a call the next day saying cancelled without even having my concerns heard.

I have had to come back twice to get my nails fixed after getting them done by a different nail technician.

Please learn to hear your customer out and understand what they are asking before cutting them off.

I've been taken care of by four different technicians so far and have had exceptional experiences every time. Skilled, creative, and with great attention to detail. Love this place!

Recently moved to the area and looking for a new salon. The reviews were 4.8 and I thought wow fantastic. When I called, I explained that I am a little overdue, and that I was looking for a really good technician reading the reviews everyone raved about Zoe and Helen and I asked for either one I got Helen. Happened to be the worst pedicure I ever got I explicitly expressed that I was overdue for a pedicure and that it’s very important for me that my skin is clean and cuticles all removed. I wish I knew how to insert photos…my heels are cracked and rough…she didn’t even scrub! So annoyed

Amazing neighbourhood salon. I had Mimi for a gel manicure and removal and it’s one of the best manicures I’ve ever had! She was super attentive and helpful. My manicure has lasted longer than any other toronto salon manicure- thank you Mimi!

I came across the salon through an ad on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I am super pleased with my set! The girls who did my pedicure and acrylic set were superb. The girl who did my pedicure was really gentle and made sure I was comfortable and liked how everything looked. The one who did my nails was really attentive and the shape I chose was one she hadn’t done before, but she still did it for me and did an amazing job. I definitely will be returning ‍️ thank you ladies!

I Love it here! I’m extremely picky about my nails and they do an amazing job every time with biogel. Their shaping is always consistent and amazing and if I ever have a correction they’ll happily fix it for me. One of my biggest things is I hate thick gel overlays and they do an amazing job keeping the nails thin but sturdy. I’m super tough on my nails and they will last me 3-4 weeks. They’re also amazing at nail art and can always do anything I ask them to and they work very quick and efficiently but take time to make sure the nails are perfection!

I been to Glossix twice and since my first set of nails I’ve been in love! All the nail artists are super talented and super sweet. I do 10 hour trips for they’re amazing work i highly recommend going to this salon!

I've been coming to Glossix since August and their service is nothing less than perfection. Every time I come, Anna is my go to. I've never seen anyone perfect my nails the way she does. She does an amazing job every single time. I don't think I'm going to be going anywhere else for a very long time.

I've had my share of bad nail places but not here. One of the best places I have been to so far. All of the employees at Glossix Nail are awesome. Always willing to help and fit you in for an appointment when needed especially last minute. Everyone is friendly, kind and respectful. The business itself is clean, bright, warm and has a comfortable atmosphere. My new and forever place. Keep up the great work!

I use to go all the way to Woodbridge for my nails! Removal is a big thing for me. First place that uses a plastic tool tip (most places use metal) to remove my dip, saved my nails from thinning out! Great service, I’ve become a regular! Love you guys!

I’m a huge fan of Zoe’s work! She’s detail-oriented, attentive and very professional. I’ve had my nails done at Glossix three times in the last 2 months, and they’re perfect each time.

I would recommend! The service is amazing. Helen is great when it comes to her work. Every single set I wanted so far and design came out complete the way I wanted. Overall everything is a 10/10

I cant rave enough about what a pampering experience this was! Emily did my nails (for my birthday). She showed so much attention to detail and took her time in creating what I envisioned. I did a jelly pedicure service as well which was so fun & my feet feel soft & love the French + shaping.

Side note: love the massage chairs + calming music playlist

Truly a great experience and worth trying out at least once. Will become my regular nail spot!

Excellent service, and I got the exact design I asked for. They close at 8 but they continued to give me service until 8: 40 which I really appreciated as I requested to get an arm wax was after I arrived for my nail appointment.

I recently moved close by to Glossix and was looking for a new nail salon to go to and I am so happy I found them! The staff are extremely friendly, the salon is always clean and tidy and is very relaxing. I always get a long acrylic set and I leave with perfectly shaped nails that always receive many compliments! They take their time and never fail to deliver on designs. Any of the staff are great to book with as they are all extremely talented and professional!

I never write reviews, but this place is worth it. I'm almost hesitant to shout them out because it will be that much harder to get an appt! Amazing techs, accessible + clean location and super easy online booking - rare for nail salons. They're also friendly and accommodating re: repairs if needed. I'm in love with my nails every time I leave. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved my experience at this place, it’s a 5 minute walk from me and will definitely be a returning customer, so glad to have found this location. I got a bio gel refill with pink ombré and it looks perfect, reasonable prices and great attention to detail

Best nail salon in Toronto!
They always take the time to get my nails exactly how I want them and are so quick, I can get a perfect acrylic refill within 45 minutes! On top of that they have very fair prices considering the great service.

I just moved to Toronto and I’ve been worrying that I wouldn’t find a good nail tech but now that i found glossix i worry no more they are the best!

I went there today after reading all of the reviews. The lady that work on my nails listened and followed my requests. She was quick and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted! I’m definitely coming back!
