Gluzman Contractors

I have to give Jay and his crew full credit for the wonderful work that was delivered in the full demolition and remodeling of our basement. I've worked with a number of contractors, but Gluzman definitely has been the best to work with by far. I know I can be difficult at times, but Jay and crew took the time to listen and made changes where needed and provided sound advice to ensure the job was done properly.

Thanks for making this a great experience. Six stars if I could.

June. 7.2023 Jay Gluzman lost the case in court and did not pay the deposit and compensation according to the Judge order. Unprofessional, irresponsible contractor (middleman).

Had a terrible experience with this company. Very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. Don't deserve even One star. The most shocking and painful experience I've ever had which led to a lawsuit. Irresponsable and incompetent constructor. Doesn't obey judge rule and not pays compensation.

I worked with Jay for 2 projects. A Bathroom remodel, and building a new deck and a fence.

Eugene and his crew completed two projects for me. They replaced my rain gutters, and then also installed my fence for me. Eugene was very professional, helpful, and the fence gate they designed for me was beautiful. He completed all agreed upon work as quickly as possible, even though there were obstacles throughout these covid times. Great quality work for a great value.

Jay and his crew (Vladimir was excellent) created a beautiful basement apartment for us starting last July, 2019 and going until early October 2019. This was a big, complex project. We started with a cement basement without plumbing rough-ins and ended up with a gorgeous, modern, luxurious basement apartment with beautiful lighting, a fully tiled bathroom, full kitchen including range hood and dishwasher and stunning back splash, as well as a laundry room with stacking washer/dryer. The most difficult part of the project was creating the legally required fire separation to create a legal secondary unit - this required extra drywall and insulation on all walls connected to our house and the ceiling. It was a really big project and there were headaches, but almost a year later I can say without a doubt that this was a quality build, and it truly has a decorator, luxury look and feel. Jay directed his crew to do extras like adding extra insulation in the ceiling and we made some small design adjustments along the way as the overall apartment came together. We were able to secure excellent tenants because people were lining up to rent this gorgeous space from us! Thank you Jay and guys!
