First time visit for a massage therapy session with gisenia. Incredibly thorough, professional and effective. My lower back pain that was omniprezent for months has now dissipated in one session.
Location and staff are amazing and the style and cleanliness second to none.

I had my first visit with Dr. Osoba today. He was very detailed in obtaining the history surrounding my knee pain and was very thorough in his initial assessment. Dr. Osoba is very personable and friendly as well. Made me feel very comfortable. After my first session was completed, I felt an immediate reduction in the pain level I was experiencing in my knee in comparison to when I first came in. I would highly recommend Dr. Osoba.

Dr. Bogdan Osoba's chiropractic services were not only effective but also incredibly efficient. His approach was undeniably professional and centered around addressing my specific concerns. I genuinely valued his expertise and guidance throughout the sessions. Dr. Igor conducted my initial assessment. He was very friendly and is knowledgeable and the assessment was very thorough. He completed my first treatment which immediately eased my symptoms. My next two visits were with Dr. Nicole. I have been completely symptom free and I only wish I came sooner. I highly recommend this place if you need a chiropractor and acupuncture as well.

This place is great because they also have an RMT and naturopath. I saw Dr. Ma on Friday. It was my first time seeing a naturopath. He was so knowledgeable and I learned a lot. You can read his qualifications on the website. He is the real deal. I appreciate that he doesn’t push supplements. He asked me questions about my health and family history and gave me lots of information. I feel empowered to make healthier choices. I definitely recommend him!

With my first pregnancy I have experienced a horrible water retention and it continued for months postpartum as well. During my second pregnancy I have been using Icoone treatments starting from my second trimester and it was a lifesaver. No water retention, no swollen feet. I can not express how grateful I am to Liliia for my treatments. The results were phenomenal. I did the treatments during my pregnancy and postpartum, not only it helped me with water retention but it also helped me recover and tighten my skin in no time.

I also saw a chiropractor in my third trimester and he performed a treatment with kin tape. It really released the pressure of my back and my hips as it was helping to hold up the belly. Also it helped with burning of a stretching skin. I had kin tape in my last 3 weeks of pregnancy as I developed diastasis (it was an unbearable pain unless I had the kin tape to hold it) it released the pain and helped me get through the toughest weeks of pregnancy.

I Would highly recommend these treatments for anyone who is expecting a little miracle.

I have been coming to GMG Health and Wellness for over a year now, I my last visit I had Tiffany so far in my opinion she's the best. The staff are always friendly, I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

I had an appointment with Dr. Igor Gongalskyy today. He took the time to thoroughly go over my issues to determine what to focus on. He explained my imaging results, relieved concerns and treated my SI joint and hips with acupuncture, ultrasound and massage. He also recommended appropriate exercises to deal with my knee osteoarthritis.

I never had chiropractic before because I was scared of adjustment but he did a great job on adjustment and acupuncture! Very recommended

GMG Health and Wellness is a nice and welcoming place.they have talented staff who can speak French as well as English.

The overall experience I received from Gisenia was great. She made my experience very comfortable and relaxing. Definitely would be coming back for my massages from now on! Happy client.

Receptionist was decent and she talked calmly and answered my questions, concerns and guided well.

But, my RMT session was a waste of time as it was a 45 minute session but the massager talked for around 15 mins and she should have asked me questions before and was expecting a 45 minute actual massage session which I paid for not the talks and all, also got a way better massage at couple other places around in Mississauga.

Not Recommend, Time Wasting.

Dr Gongalskyy is very professional, reassuring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services. His service is exceptional. Walked in with intense back pains and came out feeling like a brand new woman.

Miracle Doctor! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Igor! I suffered from a lower spinal back issue for the past four and a half years. I am in my early fifties but my body felt older. I lived with pain daily, taking prescription medication and just trying to get through my day. I’ve been to several Physio and Chiropractors hoping to get some relief but I never did, the pain was still there. This year I decided I have to find a Dr.that understands what I am going through and will focus on my specific issue and will give me the treatment that is specifically for me and not just a general treatment that everyone else gets because everyone’s body is different even though they may have the same issue. Dr. Igor did just that. He treated me for my specific issue and I immediately felt the difference! I walked hunched over a bit for years but today I am walking upright and I feel like my younger self! I am still sometimes surprised because I never thought I would walk upright again or live without pain! I could not sleep for years because of this pain but now I am sleeping the entire night without pain! Dr. Igor is the Miracle Doctor! If anyone is suffering in pain and you need your life back, you have to visit Dr. Igor! I also have to mention the beautiful facility! His clinic is spacious, very clean and also has a calming effect. You walk in and it gives you a sense of calm from your busy day. Dr. Igor made me feel so welcomed and he takes an interest in his patients, by keeping in touch either by phone or email, making sure you are feeling better! This type of treatment is rare! I am happy and healthy because of Dr. Igor and highly recommend his clinic!

Found out about this new clinic close to where I live and was impressed by the reviews. As I was suffering from back spasms with history of Sciatica, visited the clinic after making the appointment and was attended to by Dr. Bohdan Osoba. Was very impressed by his knowledge and input on what he thought was ailing me, and the treatment he administered. All in all, a delightfully nice experience with the clinic. Will definitely send my wife over as she too suffers from back issues to get it addressed. Glad to know that I now have a one stop shop for a Chiropractor.

Dr. Igor and his crew are an amazing set of people. I really appreciate the experience they have (most of there were elite athletes), and the integrated care. I see Dr. Igor and then and then a massage therapist/physio for what ever I need help the most with.

I was sceptical going to this place, because never used alternative medicine before, but these guys know that they are doing.

Just want to give a quick Review for Dr. Bohdan Osoba. I have noticed I am developing upper back pain, on and off. He took a look, did a few adjustments and recommended back posture exercises with life changing advice that have removed the pain almost instantly. I would say that he is very knowledgeable at what he does, and would recommend him!

Front desk was very welcoming, explained the process in detail to me. Chiropractor Dr. Igor was very professional and assured me that after a few visits I will feel much better. I'm looking forward to my next visit. My husband is also a patient at this clinic ️

Hello, I'm a 46 year old male that has abused his body from work. I'm a welder. I've been to many Chiropractors to seek relief but they just didn't really listen to my complaints. Always a guick adjustment and never really hit that deep adjustment. Well I'm here to tell you that this is the place for you! I highly recommend this place if you really want to be fixed correctly. I went to the GMC Chiropractor clinic today. It was a great experience for me with Dr. Bohdan as he did a great work. He is having great skills and having great knowledge for everything. He fixed my neck and shoulders and now I am feeling relaxed. This is the best place to visit if anyone is having any injuries.
