Charged me extra taxes, because they mistaken the price and didn't want to return the extra tax. Maybe the manager doesn't know any math lol. The manager told me they don't return tax when you return or exchange the product. But I didn't return or exchange anything, just the employee made a mistake about the price. So, I paid for her mistake. They weren't even sorry about that. I would love to work here if I don't need to take any responsibility when making a mistake

The lady at the counter is really rude. I went in looking for my product and out of now where she starts yelling at me. Went to the counter to check out and she insisted I needed an additional product. Told her I just wanted to check out and told me that “I was being rude”…? Told her in a firm tone “I’m just looking to pay and checkout”. Never again.

I went there today for protein powder the old lady was there and she was really rude she didn’t know how to talk to the customer she was really inexperienced and didn’t know anything about the product when I asked her questions about the product she got MAD at me and told me that you should’ve researched it before You buy and she told me I asked too many questions

I used to come here often for my supplements. I came here the other day to find that Guy no longer works there. The manager seems pushy with the prices and pushes you towards supplements which are in the more expensive end. Prices labeled are not consistent and product knowledge isn't the same with the new team.

Hopeful Guy comes back or goes to another store.

Went into this store one day to decide on a product I wanted to buy and at first my interaction with the employees was very great and seemed helpful. I told the manager Anthony that I was unsure of which product to buy because of the price difference. He ended up convincing me to buy the more expensive one to which I said I would come back during the week to purchase it. I went in a couple days later and purchased the product, I was not told by the cashier (an older woman) or by Anthony that the product was final sale. If I was told that I would not have purchased an $800 product that I could not return or exchange. I ended up having the return the product since the person I bought it for wanted the cheaper one instead. When I walked in today the same woman who sold it to me was there and immediatly said no when we asked if they had the smaller one (even though they did have it) she proceeded to tell me it was final sale so I couldn't return or exchange even though no one told me that and there was no sign indicating that, even the recipt said I could return it. I asked her why she did not tell me that it was final sale and she said that Anthony told her that he told me it was final sale which he didn't, and regardless she should have told me anyway. Apparently Anthony had described to her exactly how I looked like knowing I was coming back to purchase the product (very weird in my opinion). After serveral minutes of being on the phone with customer service we were finally able to return the product and I got my money back thankfully. I truly believe that they tried to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young girl buying something expensive in order to sell this product. I was still planning on buying the cheaper version of the product from there but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do want to send my appreciation to the younger gentleman (whose name I believe is Mankirat) who was there who was very kind and understanding of the circumstances and genuienly wanted to help me. However, Anthony and the older women need to get their things in order and learn what customer service is and communication.

The lady was so nice, especially since it was the first day of reopening and she was busy but took time to help.

Poor customer service! Returning something and said I'm wasting their time when they’re not trying to make an effort to fix the technical or whatever problem there is

Terrible customer service. They won't even make the effort to troubleshoot their own computers to fix a transaction.

Guy is very helpful, very experienced with many many years at this location. He is always looking out for your best interest and is very knowledgeable. Always helps out with sales and deals. Ask for Guy when you go in, much better experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

I entered the store on May 24th at lunch time, just to browse around and kill some time on my lunch break. The store attendant, an Asian lady in her 40s-50s literally hovered over me, constantly staring at me and followed me around the store as if she assumed I was there to steal something. It was very off-putting, and made me quite uncomfortable. When I questioned her about it, she was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge any of my complaints. As a gold member and someone who has shopped at GNC for over 10 years in both the United States and Canada, never have I been treated so disrespectfully in a retail establishment.
