First things first, every single employee who helped me out was very nice, quick and helped to ease my anxiety. Secondly, everyone was very informative about the entire process from completing the paperwork at the beginning of my visit to everything I should expect while I was in the MRI. I simply want to thank everyone at the facility and I hope that they have a wonderful day and even though it’s a bit early, Happy Holidays.

I had an incredible experience with GNMI. Not only did they get me in for my scan within 2 weeks of the request from my doctor, but their customer service was excellent. They were friendly, on time and helpful whenever I had questions. I also signed up to access my scan results online and was shocked that I had access to all the images and the full report in under 12 hours from when my scan was completed. This kind of promptness means everything when you’re trying to land on a solid diagnosis so you can begin potential treatment. I can’t thank GNMI enough for everything they do!

Very friendly receptionist and MRI technician. They were very organized and there was hardly any wait, they even had a locker for personal belongings. I love the Pocket Health app for test results too.

We had another amazing experience at GNMI. A super huge shout out to Nicole Milne for the amazing work that she does. From the moment she received my son's referral, she had him in for his MRI 48 hours later! Now that's service! But there's more to it than just that. When I reached out to GMNI about my son's referral, they had not yet received it. Nicole herself reached out to the doctors office to see if she could retrieve it as quickly as possible. She goes absolutely above and beyond. It is so refreshing to see someone so invested in truly helping people. She is so pleasant, accommodating and efficient. When my son showed up for his MRI everything went smoothly. He never even had to wait. In and out in no time! This place is amazing! Thank you to GNMI and especially to Nicole Milne, for everything!

I was called and asked to bring my mother 1 hour early for a ct scan for an apptmt at 12: 40pm. When I asked if I can come a bit later because I have work, they said no. We go there at 11: 30pm and we wait for 1 hour literally just sitting on a chair! It is 12: 30 now and still no one has called her in because they are on lunch break!
PS. The three stars are for the friendly staff who were kind and for booking urgently after a cancelation. The booking agent really messed up my day.

I just had my MRI at the Ajax location. I was quite anxious but Miriam helped me with some deep breathing exercises and some visualizing strategies. And it was fine! Thank you, Miriam!

Fantastic service! Got my MRI 2 months earlier than the hospital! I had text conversations with them to get an eta on my appointment. Staff are extremely friendly despite being extremely busy! Treated each client with respect even the ones who arrived 'after their booked appointment '! (arranged another appointment to keep us on schedule). Would highly recommend!

Third Revision. 2/5 stars, with 2 A+ visits and 1 horrid (still haunting me). A review revisited, redacted (alliteration-ikr). AKA- The Rapacious Plunder of dignity.and an imaging centers slow but steady rehabilitation in trust.

Ok, serious setback for GNMI. I hope it's not traded publicly (short).
If you are sent for an MRI of the head, for diagnostic reasons secondary to balance issues, ataxia, falls, failing memory/ dates, gait issues. Keep away.
If you are self conscious in any way or just sick of being the escaped zoo animal. Keep away.
If you feel that medical facilities are 'safe zones', where worries of injustice and stereotype melt away. You will no longer.

Showed up, wouldn't you know, the day before appt. Marathon it through snow/ice to door. Was I stumbling like hell, trying to keep off the floor, hell yes. Like the other 1825 days during the last 5 years. Add a R torn knee ligament (imaged at that very clinic) and L sciatic pain.

The last place I would ever imagine being treated so poorly is a medical facility.
Within earshot of the other patients and held up in the lobby. Humiliating. Honestly, I thought I was being detained for an offer of assistance or a 'We'll try to fit you in'. Nope, Spanish inquisitor, "Are you drunk.have you been drinking? What drugs are you on? "
Just here for balance issues. Thankfully, I only suffer a physical imbalance. Some manifest mentally.

If you guessed medical guy, gold star. So, yes, I have a few decades of experience and no, I've not observed a public display so overtly damaging, yet exquisitely cosmetic.

So please, step outside to address any misgivings. If it's too cold, you're not too concerned.l

My appointment was rescheduled twice by GNMI, within less than 24hrs of my appointment each time.
When I showed up for my 1030pm appointment, I was bumped for someone who came in late to their appointment. When I finally was called in at 11: 25pm, I was told that because the MRI operator was missing a document from my file, I wouldn't get to have the MRI. If something was missing from my file, it should have been identified when confirming my first appointment, not once I arrive and wait for what is now a twice rescheduled appointment.
What a completely incompetent, poor excuse, for what is considered a healthcare facility.

You try and book am appointment that best suits your schedule and time and what do they do is someone books a time that inconveniences your a time that you do not want an appointment as some individuals do not have access to a personal vehicle and rely on public transit that stops running at 10: 40 pm how do they expect some individuals to get to an appointment say for 12 am and do not have the money to pay for a taxi or uber

Had a wonderful experience with GNMI. Staffs were really nice. Very patient and considerate. It was my first time to undergo MRI and they made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I have.

This place is amazing. They get you in and you are seen at the allotted time, no delays. The screening forms are online so it’s easy to get to and fill prior to the appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Received a call to schedule my appointment in Mississauga even though I live in Durham. The person I spoke with booked me in for one body part even though there were 2 body parts on the requisition. Right before entering the machine the technician told me she can only scan my back and I'd have to come back a second time for my hip due to a billing issue. The front desk clarified that the person that called didn't schedule me in for both body parts. Although staff were pleasant, they took no responsibility for their own error. Making someone come back a second time for something that could be done in one appointment is unfair especially when their appointments are at midnight.

Absolute worst service i have experienced here in a while. Was told to obtain my recent scan imaging i would have to request them from pocket health. Did so after being on hold for over 2 hours. Week has gone by and no imaging uploaded. Spent a total of 5 hours on hold for another phone rep. Made a request to have the images burnt to disk. Was told to pick up at location in 24h. 28 hours later i am sitting in the waiting room for them to burn the disk, as it wasnt ready. This place is poorly run and very disorganized.

I wish I could give them no stars because that's what they deserve. There is a white large lady in the front staff, receptionist; she's awful. She has no regard for patients and doesn't even look at you when she talks to you. My husband had an MRI done there, he got his results 3 WEEKS AFTER he had emergent surgery for his back. They're useless and don't help

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Nicole M.when booking an MRI for my son. Nicole was wonderful. What a refreshing personality! She was very professional, caring and kind. She was determined to get my son an MRI as soon as possible. After having a phone call with her, our next conversations were through email. There was no waiting on my end. Nicole responded to my emails within minutes, each time. So efficient!
I am so impressed with Nicole and GNMI. Thank you for taking care of my son so quickly and for making us feel like our health matters. GNMI is the place to go!

I had the most wonderful experience with Cheryl Beckett. My father needed an urgent CT scan for his cancer diagnosis. She did everything in her power to see if we could get him in ASAP. And she did. Unfortunately before his appt he was rushed to emergency (was in hospital for a month) and died jut few days ago. But during that month she reached out several times to see how we were doing. She was so caring and was such blessing to have been able to connect with someone so sensitive and caring during my fathers last journey. Thank you again Cheryl. You are an angel and gift from above. Extremely rude to my wife on the phone, refused to release my results to the hospital I had to go to because I was in so much pain. Currently re doing the mri at western because they will not share my imaging done over a week ago. They insist their specialist do it within 5-10 additional business days. I'm unable to walk or stand, unable to manage pain and knowing this they told me I was low priority and would do nothing for me. Waste of my time and an mri.

Their one good thing I can think of was a very good staff member, he did an excellent job helping me scan.

Lack of instructions for MRI test. I had no idea what an mri is and was pretty scary to hear the same beep like a car alarm repeatedly for the first 5 min of my test.no instruction at all were given while I was inside the machine for 20min.

I was fortunate enough to get an appointment at GNMI in Ajax for an MRI. I am claustrophobic so was very apprehensive about having the MRI but Rose the wonderful lady at Reception could see how shaken I was and talked me thru the process so I started feeling more at ease. Then Alan, the Technician came to bring me to the MRI machine and he was wonderful. Spoke softly and explained everything that would happen. When I went into the room where the machine was, Alan and the other Technician offered to give me an eye mask and it calmed me completely knowing I couldn't accidentally open my eyes inside the machine. The whole process was AMAZING and I can't THANK all the staff enough for everything they did to turn a very frightening procedure (for me) into a reasonably bearable one. I hope anyone who needs an MRI is fortunate enough to have it at the GNMI Ajax location! From - Donna Dougherty

Best MRI ever had ️I decided to express my feelings right now, just had my MRI for an abdomen at GMNI Ajax location. Since I am claustrophobic and got tension diarrhea all the time before MRI. So, was having it today too but believe me today I didn't feel any anxiety, stress and tension and all credit goes to their team, George, Choline and Lana? They all are angels on earth. George and Choline are technologists and Lana at the front desk. Trust me, their professionalism, patience, mannerism, respect to every single patient and last but not the least beautiful smiles on their faces️ All are the great combo to feel any person felt awesome and great. When George said done, literally I was about to cry by saying thanks to them for treating me in such a professional way and handled with care overall and specially because of my medical issue (claustrophobia). The people who has this issue can easily understand my point of view and feeling though.
Thank you so much Gmni team (Lana, Choline and George) at Ajax, Ontario location. Stay blessed guys
Clinic is very clean, great, wide and illuminate sitting area while you are waiting. Highly recommended this place for all tests and scans for everyone. Best of luck guys

Highly unprofessional and worst imaging center i have experienced.
They are so busy they don’t take ur call for long periods of waiting when u finally go through to talk they say its the wrong location all the time, thats the number it says on the referral!
Also when the patch theough it drops, literally dropped 5 times before even confirming

After that they said they never received the referral from my doctor when the doc has faxed it already and i have proof they did,
Told them i need it urgently because of back pain its been 2 weeks and not been able to get in touch for a simply booking!
Bot sure why so many good reviews are bought from, but u can try calling n book with them n let everyone know about your experience.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff at GNMI MRI & CT at the Ajax location. Beginning with the receptionist from the time I walked in and followed by Rose the attendant. She explained the process in detail and her manner was beyond reproach. The technician Adina was just as impressive. She took the time to once again go over the process and explained every step of my MRI scan. The process was flawless. After completing the forms online when you showed up for your appointment there was basically little or no wait time involved. The process was smooth and flawless. This for certain is the best run medical center I have encountered lately. Keep up the good work!

Love the new remodeling. Far location but very easy to get there. 6 minutes away from the Ajax Go station. They're wait time is not long like the hospital in the city. Great customer service. The technicians are so kind and understand getting an MRI can be challenging! I would recommend this place to friends and family member. Thank you for seeing me so quickly and sending the report less then 24 hour to my family doctor.

Great experience at this lab! I was quite anxious about the CT scan due to some sad circumstances with the recent loss of my mom. Rose was wonderful! She listened to me, answered all my questions and put me at ease. Thank you Rose! Juan (?) was my technician who was equally wonderful and compassionate. So thank you both for being on the frontlines and making sure people are still being cared for in these unprecedented times!

I most highly recommend this location. And I don't often even bother to write reviews on anything.

The team and clinicians are amazing and treat patients like people not a number.

Special thanks to Rose Hwan (John) and Michelle. I am so impressed with your clinic I won't be going to hospitals for this sort of imaging in future. And this from someone who grew up in a family of medical professionals and has worked in and around healthcare throughout my career and and OHA supporter.

The difference in service and treatment is night and day. You will be glad you chose the great team and stress free environment at this clinic.

Too many clinics, doctors and hospitals have forgotten patients are people and beyond that customers and the ones paying their salaries - all could learn from the great team at this Ajax GNMI MRI & CT Clinic.

Wasted my time showing up to a non-existing appointment that was changed without my knowledge. This was at fault of the staff and their system accidentally being reset (which has nothing to do with me as the patient or any other patient that has been affected by the error on their end). Apparently they had called me 15 days ago to be exact; they did not get a response from me via phone call, there was no email sent, and never followed up again within the 15 DAYS of my upcoming appointment (absolutely ridiculous). As an ex receptionist you are to do FOLLOW UP calls especially when you do not reach a patient to inform them of such an important matter. Terrible reception for this, extremely disappointed and annoyed as anyone would be showing up to a non-existing appointment. I took half day at work to attend this appointment just to be turned away at the door. Coming from a customer service background I can definitely say that this was very poor communication on their end. It is very unfortunate that I had such an experience here.

GNMI in Ajax was a very good experience. Everyone there, the receptionist and technologists, were polite, friendly and patient to explain and help me through every step of the process and procedure.
There was total attention and care taken for Covid 19 safety and cleaning when I was there.
Even though my appointment was later in the day when things can start to really run behind schedule for medical facilities, my treatment was closely on time and non rushed.

Very accommodating to protocol and regulations as to the current situation.
My technician, Aida, not sure of the spelling of her name, was absolutely compassionate and professional with her entire procedural treatment.
Very knowledgeable and kind.
I did not have any anxiety nor fear.
Couldn’t have ask for better.
Kudos to her and compliments to all the other staff I encountered on my visit.
They are all great assets to your company.
This was my second visit/treatment to the Ajax site.

Went for a CT scan and was very impressed with the excellent and prompt service. The staff are very kind professional and understanding and do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Overall an A+ experience.

Incredible service with wonderful employees.
From the front desk to the testing room, I felt heard and respected. Everyone was extremely kind and understanding of my concerns. Every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable. I'm very thankful to the team at GNMI - especially the radiologist who took the time to reassure me.

I've been twice and both times were excellent. I never wait long and I'm have Agoraphobia and claustrophobic. However they were kind and help full and done really quickly. I'm so glad it's a clinc and not the hospital

Highly recommend. The protocols put in place due to Covid is beyond expectation. I was very pleased with how clean, diligent the place was. Diesha at the front was so friendly, prompt and took extra precautions making sure it was sanitized & safe. Very professional & hard worker! Treated my son amazing!

I had an appointment booked nov 27th at 1130pm in Ajax. I arrived completed paperwork and then was refused my MRI. The technician indicated that the paperwork from my dr indicated that I had a brain anerusysm clip, and my paperwork i completed said coiling. I do not have a clip, I do have coils. They refused to do my scan even after showing them my surgical report. I called my doctor this morning and the referral form DID NOT indicate a clip and it DID indicate it was brain anerusysm coiling. I am now left having to wait for an appointment at the hospital because I do not trust these technicians. They also were very unprofessional, stating do you really want to take a chance in our older machine with just the technicians, our machines are not like the ones at the hospital, our machine even broke last week and it needed to be fixed. It almost sounded like they just didn't want to work and complete my scan to help figure out whats wrong with me. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. If they can't read a referral form correctly, God help me what could have happened during my scan.

Had a CT scan done here. Everyone was very professional and wore masks and kept socially distanced. Tons of parking and open for very long hours. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t go here! Since Oxford was bought out by this new company there respect for patient care has gone with it. IF YOU ARE Anaphylaxis to send stay away from here as well. They DO NOT adhere to their own sent free policy. When you try and tell them hey this is full of perfume I’m reacting to it, you will get told by management to bad go somewhere else.

Welcome to the worst customer support and front desk staff. They will put you on hold for so long trlling you to get your details and at the end aak you whats your name. Again and again. No coutesy. They will not tell you their name even if you ask again and again. Will not call you back if they say so. Happened to me today (Ajax), and has happened to me is the past as well. Zero stars from me for the front desk.

I had a pleasant appointment at this location. Radiologist was very attentive and friendly. I didn’t experience a long wait as other reviews mentioned. The interior of the office is outdated, I would suggest to do a refresh:)

I got my Mri done during the Covid situation, but prior to my visit I felt very very apprehensive about a possible exposure to the virus by visiting such a place. I was beyond pleased to see their safety protocols, and also to witness thorough disinfecting measures by the staff, for the well being of each visitor.
Hats off to all such front line workers, who put their well being at risk, just so they could continue to help us needing medical attention. Thank you Coleen and Disha (and all the rest of the staff, at the Ajax location) for your exceptional services, for your patience, and your kind behaviour to help our comfort!

The staff at GNMI in both Mississauga and Ajax are amazing, and extremely helpful. I have had several MRI's done at both locations and they have been exceptionally helpful and considerate of all my situations and needs. I would especially like to state that "Michelle and Rayan" at the Ajax location, helped me on SEVERAL occasions, expedite my MRI's and really went the extra mile to do this for me, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Love you guys. Thanks

This is place was horrible today! They ask you to come in 30mins before your appointment to fill out 2 mins worth of paperwork. I get there and the receptionist is so disorganized, 5 people behind the counter. I wanted 2 hours, then another 30mins in the change room where the tech came out to tell me it'll be another 20mins. I voiced my concerns, then she went behind the door and loudly bashed me. Extremely unprofessional, no apologies were given. I will definitely tell my doc not to refer people to this place anymore. If you have been referred, ask for a different place! Do yourself a favour

The staff here is very unprofessional. It took them 1.5 hrs to do a MRI that would normally take 15min. Imagine being in a MRI machine for that long! I would avoid this place going further!

I would give them 0 stars if i could. They take forever to book an appointment, they took my money for the ct scan and didn't give me an appointment. I waited 4 months and kept calling and every time they just told me to wait and someone will call this week, this week, this week to schedule an appointment. This went on for 4 months when i finally got a hold of someone and they told me they lost my information. Unprofessional! Then after my ct scan, i'm still waiting to get all of the pictures.it's been almost 2 months. The specialist can't operate until they know exactly where they need to operate. Meanwhile I'm here in so much pain and need a surgery and they keep telling me to wait. I don't wish this pain on any of them but this is ridiculous. Worst service ever and it wasn't even free.
