Amazing service and quality of work. Brought a stone chipped windshield in on a 2019 Ram on a Thursday at 2pm. They got me in at 3pm and it took no more than ten minutes to complete. Their submission to insurance company was quick and easy. Great first experience!

My windshield was replaced promptly and for a good rate. When I came to get my car, they explained the root of the issue and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left, before I even had to ask any questions. Also, I didn't even think to take my dashcam down before bringing my car in, but it was reinstalled exactly the way I had it with my new windshield. We had a damaged windshield due to a stone chip. I went to Go Glass on Victoria St and was able to get our vehicle in the next day. The guys got our job done before I had to go to work, and cleaned up our vehicle while they were at it! Excellent work and priced very well!

Would not recommend to anyone! Poor quality work. I went to their weber location and not this one but I would suspect you'd get the same quality of work. Went in to replace windsheild and the first time I got back the windsheild was installed crooked, the rear view mirror fell out as I was adjusting it, and they broke the window molding and didnt replace it. When I went back Shawn was great and offered me that they would redo it. The second time they installed it, the moulding around the window is wavey, they didnt replace the moulding they broke but instead used double side tape, and they removed the windsheild washer arm cap and didnt put it back on. By far the worst quality work ive ever seen. Do not go there unless you want poor quality work. I didnt bother going a third time as they may just mess something else up. Im going to take my loses on this

My experience with theses two gentlemen was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring about getting me back home to my office! When I first called and spoke with Dave and told him about my windshield he said Scott would call me back in a few minutes as he was on another call. Well Scott called me back within minutes just like Dave said he would…. I explained everything to Scott, I answered his questions and gave him my information that he needed to order me a new windshield. That was on a Tuesday and he said I can put your new windshield in on Friday January 7/22. I would highly recommend this Go Glass location to all my friends and family! If I ever need any glass repairs done on my vehicle again, I will only return to “Go Glass” on Victoria Street in Kitchener! You guys are the Best!

Feb. 17/22.5 a.m. Piece of ice falls off the roof of our house & smashes the windshield of my car.
That afternoon I call Go Glass for a quote. Quote was a decent price and they said they could get it fixed the next day. My husband got my car to their shop before 5 p.m.
Feb. 18/22. I received a voice message around 12/12: 30 & my car was ready. My husband had it home by 4 p.m.
Very efficient, friendly and accommodating shop. Highly recommend their shop.

I had a small chip on my windshield and they fixed it in jst 20 mins. They also provided a lifetime guarantee on any future chips on the windshield.

I had no idea that this repair was covered within my insurance. They told me that if my insurance is comprehensive then the total cost would be included within the insurance and that is what happened!

I checked with my insurance and they confirmed.

They lost 1 star since they do not have handicapped accessible entrance. They do have a handicapped parking. When asked I was told that the building owners are not keen on handicapped accessible entrance.

The person who helped me was amazing and very clear.

Great price and great service. I got in next day as they needed to order my window and they cleaned out the broken glass leftover in the back. It was everything I could have hoped. Hopefully I won't need to but I would go back for sure next time I have an issue.

All of the staff here is o friendly and helpful. In November my windshield was replaced and they give you free wipers. Because I didn't need new wipers at the time they gave them to take home. Now months later my wiper ripped and I couldn't get the new wiper attachment to fit. I called them and they fixed it both wipers in 5 mins, cleaned my windshield and were all around super efficient and friendly.

I have been here a few times now, I seem to have the worst luck with windshields. I have gotten stone chip repair once or twice and then also gotten the windshield replaced twice. Every time I go there, regardless of who I speak to, they always are very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They always do their best to give you the best experience and fix whatever issue you are having.

I was really impressed with how easy it was to get my windshield fixed. The manager was able to get me in right away and only needed 30 min to get the job done. The best part was that it was no cost to me! They did the paperwork to put it through my insurance and it is warrantied for the lifetime of my windshield. Thanks Go Glass!

Talk about impressive customer service. I can't remember when last I got off a repair call & felt impressed - actually NEVER. Scott from the Victoria Street location was really great from the first call we had. He assured me that they could get quality work done for my broken windshield. Booked the repair time for today at 10AM & expected a call back in 3hrs. Got that call in 2.5hrs. Impressed with SERVICE. Impressed with PRICE. Impressed with with QUALITY. Sorry! I hate giving low ratings. It's not a bad rating per se. It was just a "no answer". I called New Years Eve day when I noticed a crack coming down from the upper left of my windshield. I thot I might whip through, get an idea what needed doing. Had to move it on down the road. The plan to get a plan that is.

WOW. Where do I start? After working a 9hr nightshift, I arrived at my car and discovered my car had been broken into - the front passenger window had been smashed and there was glass everywhere. Obviously I was panicked and emotional. I found Go! Glass by total fluke and called them immediately. I was so happy to just hear a human voice on the other end of the phone. Angelo picked up and was so understanding and empathetic towards my situation - he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help me. He quoted me a price I deemed reasonable (even though I know nothing about cars/how much things cost, and was desperate to replace my window and likely would have paid anything). He offered a solution right away and assured me that my car would be fixed that day! I was even offered a ride home from and back to the shop when my car was done.

Every single employee I spoke to today greeted me with such compassion and kindness. They shared my frustration with the uptick in break-ins and supported me as best they could. My car was ready almost 2hrs early and my ride back to the shop showed up right on time! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. The guys are Go Glass provided excellent service. They are the friendliest, professional and explained everything to be set by step.

I had spoken to my insurance company and they advised since I have a deductible, there is no point putting this stone chip cost on insurance. Go Glass staff with their expert knowledge advised me that TD my insurance always waves a stone chip and will not impact my insurance. So I called TD again got a different agent now who confirmed that stone chip repair was covered under my comprehensive coverage and will not impact my rates. So this repair ended up being no cost to me. Thanks Guys.

I did have a complain, they said the work would take about 30 min’s it was right after lunch, so I was slowly settling in to get into my nap and they woke me within 20 min that the work was done. I was so upset that they woke me up, ha ha great service, knowledgeable staff, very kind and courteous.

Travelling on a road in Kitchener I had a large tree branch fall on my car window while driving. I was extremely lucky that only the windshield was shattered. No accident otherwise and my passenger and I were shook up but otherwise fine. We contacted Go Glass and they had it replaced the next morning. I would definitely come back as they were professional, polite, and quick to assist us. Thank you again for your help, it was greatly appreciated.

Had a crack in the front windshield (my first one ever) and the staff looked at it right away and got booked in asap. Was worried when they said I would need a full replacement of the windshield, but, after doing some research afterwards discovered that they were completely honest (again, my first experience ever having a cracked windshield) and completed the job quickly.
