Unfortunately, this Company provide delivery services for Home Depot. Do not do business that would make you deal with this Company. They are unprofessional, unreliable and “trick” customers when signing delivery documents. Stay away from them. Also their customer service is atrocious and rude

This is regarding the safety and well-being of drivers working at DLC4 undergoing Logistics in London. The Manager and both the dispatchers do not care about the safety of the drivers. I started working here a few months and the experience has been terrible. This is a part-time job for me. The company is not following any safety standards, which can hurt the drivers. All the trucks under Go Logistics are not safe and most of them do not have enough lifting equipment as it is necessary to carry weights to customers. This is a serious issue. Also, they have many vans that need air-bag service. I personally made it to the attention of the manager and both the dispatchers about it and they did not care. They keep sending the same van again and again. What if some collision happens and the airbag does not work? These people do not care about the safety of the drivers and only about their profit.
Also, while I was working the normal delivery time was 9 AM to 7 PM. But the drivers could never make it on time. They gave so many packages that experienced drivers could not even finish on time. This is known to the Amazon also. In such cases, the dispatchers at Go Logistics log out of the Amazon Flex app before the driver reaches back to the destination. I tried to question the Manager and said I cannot just log out of the app because I am still working and it is a serious safety concern, then the manager behaved rudely and logged out by himself. This has happened to me three times during my time there and lot many times for other drivers as well.
Another substandard behavior from the Manager and dispatchers is regarding the fueling of the vans. One time I filled 89-grade fuel instead of 87-grade fuel and the credit card of the gas station did not work. The dispatchers told me to pay for it by myself and that they will reimburse it later, but they never did. They used to reimburse this, but the Manager said the new Finance department is not capable of doing it. We even brought this matter to the Regional Manager, but they did not care either. There were at least 10-15 issues like this, and they never paid. Maybe that is the way Go Logistics makes a profit. This is at least a mistake from the driver we can say but there was a time when the gas card was not working, and this will only be known when the first driver fills the gas, in such cases also the dispatcher asks the driver to pay and they send a message in the group saying the money won't be given back. This is such shameless behavior from the Go logistics team in DLC4.
One time I had a small accident at home, and I still had to go to work because if I call it in, they won’t call me for work anymore. So, I went to work and after finishing all my stops they asked me to do a rescue. I told them I had this problem, and I was in real pain. So, I did not do the rescue and came back to the station. I even showed the dispatcher the injuries that I had. He told me the manager asked to suspend me for a while for this. After this day did not call me for work for almost 7 days. They will call everyone to work if they are busy, otherwise, they just kick around employees. So if anyone is planning to work for Go Logistics, keep all things in mind. It is better to keep this as a final option. They just torture the drivers.

Your drivers are CONSTANTLY speeding through our subdivision. I'm not talking 5-10kph either, these drivers are flying. A few times a week I see and hear one of your Ford Transit vans at full throttle down our road (it's pretty obvious as we live on a quiet street). Today I watched multiple people scramble to avoid hitting one of your drivers who decided to make an illegal U-turn without using turn signals or any regard for right of way on a busy road in the middle of the day. Colleagues, friends, neighbours all mention similar experiences and, judging by other reviews, this doesn't seem to be isolated to our city. The bottom line is that you guys have an issue with driver safety. Enough people are talking about this that Go Logistics as a company HAS to be aware of this problem. Shame on you for allowing this to continue. Get your house in order before one of your drivers kills someone.

I witnessed a Go Logistics vehicle driving through a residential neighborhood doing about 80 kilometers per hour on June 17,2023 at 11: 35am. There is no method to file a driving complaint therefore the review process will hopefully get someone’s attention. When you’re operating a rolling billboard, you should not be driving in the manner that this driver was. Very dangerous.

Not happy. Had one of your employees deliver on behalf of Canada post, we have multiple cameras around our house. Although no car was in the driveway someone was home anticipating this package. Not only did the delivery driver not use the front door but only made it to the back gate before they decided it was easier to just leave a notice without ANY attempt to make the delivery. Very frustrated with this blatant laziness and poor service. Would give zero stars if possible and will also be following up with Canada post.

Encountered one of the delivery drivers today in van 065. He was extremely rude and impatient while waiting for the intercom at a building entrance. I had already clicked the intercom twice waiting for security to let me in. He couldn’t even wait a minute and got out of his car and said click the button et can’t wait here all day. If you’re going to be rude at least do it in an unmarked van, you represent the company you work for.

Don't use this service. They are unreliable, incompetent and have poor customer service. Our first experience with them was when they delivered a washer and dryer unit with a huge damage. We didn't accept the item and cancelled it and ordered another one from Home Depot. Go Logistics supposed to deliver today. Yesterday I called them three times if the delivery is confirmed. They said it is confirmed. My husband took a day off from work so he can be at home during the delivery. Just got a call that the delivery has been cancelled and the way message was conveyed to us was in a very arrogant way. My husband has no benefits and he is no work no pay. They don't seem to care anyways. - UPDATE: I GOT A CALL FROM THE COMPANY AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW THAT THE DELIVERY WILL HAPPEN TODAY. THE DELIVERY FOLKS CAME TODAY WITH THE WASHER AND DRYER BUT THEY CAN"T BRING IT TO OUR BASEMENT SINCE THEY NEED ADDITIONAL TWO MORE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD HAVE PLANNED IN A MORE EFFICIENT WAY.

So, it would be nice if they attempted to knock more than once.if say someone was in the bathroom or waiting for their kid to wake up from their snooze or if someone was in the back and didn't hear any knocking or whatever. I myself waited near the front door while my baby slept and I didn't hear any knocking at all! Now I can't get my delivery until tomorrow afternoon when I was HOME during his attempted delivery.

Great customer service! The sales rep Sherry was very helpful and explained the delivery process very well. I got my new refrigerator, electric stove and microwave, the delivery was on time, and the driver called 30 minutes before to confirm. They moved all my stuff to the basement as I requested. Its good to know there are companies that still value and provide great customer service.

If your Home Depot order is coming through Go Logistics, be wary. I was told on more than one occasion that my order would be delivered, only to then be told they didn't even have the appliance! Then I was given another delivery date, only for the appliance not to even make it onto a truck that day. Trying to call for an update isn't much better, and overall it's been a really disappointing service. I'm still waiting for the appliance too - for over a month and a half. At this point I'm not even confident it will show up at all.

UPDATE 1 October 2021: The unit is still not here. Go Logistics are again claiming not to know where the replacement is.

We witnessed a GoLogistis van miss the neighbors driveway, slide onto our lawn and then proceed to destroy our front lawn. To our surprise the driver sped off and did not report the damage. All captured on video. When the Gologisitcs office was contacted they were very slow to acknowledge fault and seemed more interested in us providing them with proof of which driver it was caused the damage. Horrible customer service, this company needs to be more responsible for their actions.

This is a joke of a company, very disorganized. No wonder why customers complain. I used to work for them last month. They buy brand new trucks but when something needs to be fixed they give the truck to the next driver. Half of the time there is no owner ship or insurance card in the truck. If we get pulled over they told us to call dispatch. This is Canada we have rules. And they are really.rude to drivers so no wonder why they haven't been in Business long.

Honestly a huge disappointment
We had to reschedule a deliver 3 times and each time a representative said something that contradicts the next. How are they able to recieve shipments and then not have it in the system?
It was such a letdown for the offer home depot has for a home delivery service. At this point, it would be more efficient to rent a truck and pick up the appliance myself from the store

I ordered an appliance from Home Depot and it has been a challenging and unpleasant experience. However, after a month of attempting to coordinate a delivery; the appliance arrived today. The delivery team from Go Logistics Inc, Roger and his teammate were absolutely fantastic. They arrived within my specific delivery window, they were friendly, professional and was very proficient in removing the current unit and replacing the new unit.

After years of support and thousands of dollars spent thru Amazon, for some reason Go logistics was given a delivery contract. WORST COMPANY EVER. Can't read SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERY and then blames covid for their incompetent drivers. It really isn't that difficult to understand? They deliberately had 2 orders stolen/or did they even bother deliveringfrom my porch. Which I might add is 1 foot from the sidewalk and 3 feet from a main street. And their customer service supervisors are a joke

Worst delivery service every. Just witnessed a go logistics driver throw all the packages out the back of the van, then pick them up and leave outside the building. TRUCK NUMBER 109 Will be complaining to Amazon to get intelcom back! ALSO witnessed on many occasions parking in the handicapped spots to do delivery's DISGUSTING. Just to add they do not care where they deliver to, are amazon pkg got dropped at the wrong address. Met the driver in are building and he had no clue where he left it. Also they are supposed to delivery to each unit as there is a posting stating this, as to many pkg are being stolen! He said he doesn't get paid to do that. Told the amazon rep that you should only use Itelcom as they email and tell you when they are coming also deliver to your door hopefully they can get rid of this awful company.

Worst delivery experience of my life:
- July 7: Ordered a portable dishwasher from Home Depot
- July 17: Finally delivered. Delivery person rolls it casually down a half foot drop without slowing down and left before I had a chance to look at it. Unit was damaged with the bottom of the door crumpled inward, blocking the door from opening properly.
- July 17: Ordered a replacement from Home Depot customer service. Was told GO Logistics would contact me within 5 - 7 business days
- July 28: Still no contact. Home Depot CS rep says that GE confirmed the unit was delivered to the shipper on the 23rd.
- July 28: Contact Go Logistics myself. They claim to have no deliveries in for my order number and have no idea what I'm talking about.
- July 29: Call back to Home Depot CS and they tell me they'll initiate a warehouse search for the lost unit with GO and I should hear back in 3 - 5 business days
- Aug 5: Get an email from Home Depot saying they're just now starting the warehouse search and to wait yet again 3 - 5 business days.
- Aug 14: Still absolutely no contact from GO. Even the Home Depot rep says they've been trying to call GO all day and are not getting any answer despite the company being open that day. Rep recommends cancelling the replacement order and ordering a new one to speed up the process. I do so and the first replacement is declared lost in transit.
- Aug 17: GO emails me to say the new delivery is scheduled for Aug 19.
- Aug 17: 6 hours later I get another email from GO saying the delivery has been cancelled because they can't find the unit in the warehouse.
- Aug 19: A GO delivery truck shows up at my house anyway but does not have my unit. The drivers are as confused as I am what's going on.
- Aug 19: I contact Home Depot again and they say the delivery has been rescheduled for Aug 24. GO has not told me this.
- Aug 20 (Today) : A month and a half later I still don't have a dishwasher and the broken one has been sitting in my living room for a month. I still have no idea if the replacement will actually show up next week or not.

They had my washer from Home Depot on their truck but as the grumpy crew said that they could not take my old washer out, I let them take it back. Big mistake, 3 weeks later they still are "looking into" where it could be. Phoned them about 10 times, had to repeat the whole story every time, they always promised to get back to me but never did. Lovely people on the phone but, overall, useless. I have cancelled the order and bought the same washer at Best Buy - they promise delivery in 3 days.

The employees are GO Logistics are the most despicable customer service agents I have ever interacted with. I ordered a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and, stove. They delivered the fridge damaged, they lost the microwave. They only delivered the stove and dishwasher. They have given me several false dates for the delivery of the replacement fridge and have hung up on me several times. I ordered my appliances on July 2,2021, I still have no fridge or dishwasher to date. Apparently they will deliver the replacement tomorrow, only time will tell.

August 30 the microwave and fridge were delivered, the delivery guy refused to remove the doors from the fridge and thus couldn't bring it in. I got a call on August 31,2021 that the fridge would be delivered again between 12-4: 30 on sept 1,2021, this time my contractor would remove the door. Got another call August 31 saying that the fridge is lost again!

3 days waiting for them to come for pickup, every day calling, and they not showing up, the customer service answer is that is human who working there and not machine, so 3 days delay on just a pick up its totally normal! Just stay away from them, save time and money

Delivered Washer at my house. As per Homdepot they suppose to install it but delivery staff forgot to take off Shipping roads from behind the washer. When we initiated wash the machine shook vigorously and hit the wall at front. Upon reviewing the manual we found that shipping rids ⁰must had to be removed before turing ON. I had to squeezed behind the machine in order to remove them. Dnt understand why they do not trained people. I am going open claim with homdepot not sure if shipping rods damages it inside. Removing shipping rods and make it workable is a part of Installation. (The delivery men carry huge weight bringing new machine and taking back old machine. I highly appreciate it but Logistics company needed ensure people are trained for installation or atleast guide owners to install itself instead getting the product damaged)

Great delivery staff and customer service staff. Very friendly and professional. Could use some minor improvements on their communication (e.g, if an order gets cancelled to call and notify the customer the day before). Their hands are tied with the actual stock of the product if the retailer does not get it to their warehouse in time.

They asked if I had a clean driving record and licence. I said yes. They said too bad - most of our drivers have bad records, and some dont even have a licence.

They asked if I had a criminal record. I said no. They said too bad, most of our drivers have past DUI's or MVAs.

They asked if I use my cell while driving. I said no. They said too bad - our drivers need to multi-task and focus on their phone instead of driving.

They asked if I use my turn signals always. I said yes. They said too bad - our drivers never use them.

They asked if I can read mobile navigation. I said yes. They said too bad - our drivers like to guess and leave the packages at wrong houses
