We have worked extensively with Go Pro Restoration over the last two years. It has been a pleasure to partner with them in order to get jobs completed in a thorough and efficient manner. Kristjan and George are experts in restoration and Jodi keeps the administration running smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Krisjan at GoPro did an amazing job, he helped us fix up my mother-in-law‘s house that had suffered damage over time. The customer service, and the amount of attention that he gave was amazing and we are so happy with the amount of work that they did, and in the time that they were able to do it.really can’t think them enough and would recommend them to anybody

Go Pro = NO Pro
Absolutely terrible. I had to pay the full cost of $10,000 and the job is not complete!
I had water damage and needed my dining room ceiling and bathroom floor redone.
In terms of the bathroom, they had to redo the flooring three times because it wasn't done properly the first time, and now, it is still unfinished and I had to pay them in full.
After the first time, they promised to "send their best" staff to do the job properly. It still hasn't been done properly and the entire bathroom has been left in chaos, not even with a toilet. See photos of how they have left my bathroom.
This is a company I would not recommend to anyone, ever, for any type of work. My husband passed away three months ago and the owner claimed that he was a "longtime good friend" of my late husband. The owner and his staff have since taken the full cost of $10,000 and left me with an unfinished bathroom, without even a running toilet. This went on for five months, since January.
I've been seriously ripped off. Now I need to go out to find and pay someone else that I've already paid them for to finish the job that they didn't finish! Not only did they not finish the job, there's more damage now than there was before they started the job.
AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS! Go Pro is a NO PRO!

The worst customer service!
A tree fell on my house during the 2022 derecho leaving a lot of damage to my house. I decided to go with this company for repairs and what a mistake that was. I was strung along for weeks and had to constantly call or email to see where we were at and eventually winter hit and the work had to be postponed till spring. Fast forward to spring - I talked to the owner and the work was "going to start when the weather was more consistent" I called and emailed a couple more times and was told I would be contacted with a date (I even called one more time after this). It's now the middle of May and I have heard nothing. Its safe to say its an unorganized mess over there, they are incapable of following up, it took multiple site visits for them to come up with a quote and you're lucky if the respond to an email.
I do not recommend using this company. I was able to lock down another company for half the price I was quoted and they are actually going to start the work in under a month
