I went back to the store to exchange to black stainless and Emil and Jerry were very helpful. I wish there were more black stainless in size that I needed. My cutout wasnt high enough for other refrigerators, of I would of exchanged to a higher end fridge and pay the difference. Thanks again to London Goemans.

If I could give a zero for stars I would. Big company that doesn’t care about the customer. Will do nothing to assist you or make it easy for you. Purchased two sets of washer and dryers. We were renovating so one set wasn’t installed until a year after (stored in box). First time running the dryer and it has a major malfunction. All we got from Customer service was “we are sorry” “we understand your frustrations” “but there is nothing we can do”.

So much for buying a top of the line set of equipment. Last time we buy from this company.

Parker the salesman was knew the products was great. The delivery came in the time frame, and called after to make sure I was satisfied.well run team

We had a very positive experience with Suzanne. She helped us choose 3 appliances and was knowledgeable about the products, features and warranties. She was quite friendly and made us feel comfortable.

I am very pleased with my purchase at your store. However dealing with the person that makes delivery times and dates was very frustrating. Email was sent with the wrong date then the message about when delivery was to take place was messed up. You need to hire a better company to set up your appointments. As for set up and instal people they were very good. Would I deal with Goemans again. The answer yes but not sure if I would want to have dealings with the booking times of delivery etc. This needs improvement for the good of the company. Other than that the company was a pleasant surprise.

Robert was very helpful and personable. He offered all the extras, but didn't pressure me if I said no. Delivery was hassle free on my end and the stove works great! I would definitely use Goemans again in the future.

I have some physical limitations so I decided to call around as we were looking for a very specific freezerless fridge and matching appliances. I got Mavis Gray on the phone and she was beyond helpful, after calling other competitors there was no comparison and off we went to Goemans to meet with Mavis. This woman went far above & beyond as far as a sales person goes. She answered every question we had and more. She got us very fair deals on all 3 appliances we purchased that day. Pleasant & yet so professional. We have been married for 46 yrs and when we walked out I said this is the 1st time I don't feel as though we have been lied to or bullied into purchasing something we didn't want. Mavis gave us the BEST customer service we could have ever hoped for. Unfortunately we had an issue upon delivery and to be honest the folks we had to deal with it became a real source of frustration. One phone call to Mavis and we had a delivery date for a new refrigerator. This woman is an absolute asset and positive example for how Goemans would choose to be represented. Initially I thought of Goemans as a high end appliance store beyond my price point. I needed a new washer a little over a year ago. Out of frustration that most stores no longer carry inventory in house and needing a machine ASAP. I decided to go in and have a look. I was pleasantly surprised that they had inventory at all price points. The salesman I was speaking with after finding out what I was in the market for, asked if I would be interested in a floor model. We went out back and he exactly what I wanted and at a really good discount. Recently I was in the market for a new BBQ after shopping online I headed to Goemans clearance area and got the deal of a lifetime on the exact model I had picked out online! This is my new favorite appliance store.

Spent 20k and the communication ends.
Delivery, financing, replacement parts all a struggle.
Not a repeat.

Purchased an island rangehood this week. We were pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and expertise of our salesperson. Emil Parker was able to answer all of our questions and find the right appliance for us for a good price. There was no pressure to purchase. He advised us to take our time, research, and confirm that it was the right appliance for us and our home.

Excellent associate, Amy Brownlee and would certainly return to speak with her if another of my appliances bites the dust! Disappointment of merchandise only due to not having it in the colour I wanted with door opening to the direction I ordered. Other than that everything was fine.

Mavis did a great job helping us to select our appliances. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the team at Goemans.

John was very friendly and helpful as we selected our new fridge. Within a couple of minutes he knew what we looking for and he compared and demonstrated the features and sizes of our top choices versus our old fridge. Our final selection has worked out very well.
