We stopped in at Goemans because of their reputation. The minute we walked into the store Steve greeted us and through his product knowledge guided us in choosing the appliances that suited our needs. When it came to price Steve didn’t mess around. He further advised on what we needed for a proper install and assured us his team would do a good job. We left to see if we could duplicate the same confidence he instilled elsewhere, with no luck. We were able to get a touch better of a price which he was more than willing to match. The deal was cinched. The whole team stayed on top of the deliver time. The installers took the old machines away, installed the new ones in a flash. Now we sit with the manuals learning all about our appliances. We highly recommend Goemans Mississauga.

We changed recently from an electric range to gas. Under the excellent guidance of Mrs Nidhal Ali, we were able choose an appropriate appliance. She explained and arranged the installation process, and her knowledge and experience was obvious. All the while respecting our needs and time constraints, I must say that Goeman's provide a seamless process. Delivery and installation were made by courteous and conscientious professionals, and we were kept in the loop through every stage of the process. On the whole, it was a very positive experience, and I would not hesitate in recommending Goeman's Appliances in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the Goemans Appliance experience. My 10-year old washer developed a leak so I needed a replacement quickly. The customer service was outstanding from the initial contact, to the removal of the old washer and dryer, and the installation of the new appliances. Each employee handled the necessary and sometimes challenging tasks in an excellent, efficient and positive manner. I live in a highrise condominium and all the condo rules had to be followed as well. I highly recommend Goemans Appliance.

Our sales rep Margarida Simoes was very professional, knowledgeable about the various washing machine available and her recommendations were welcome.
She explained the entire purchase process, and the delivery process.
This was a pleasant experience from the start to end.
Equally happy that the washing machine was in stock on the Saturday when we visited and we were able to have it delivered in a couple of days the following Tuesday.
The deliver team contacted us to let us know when they would be arriving …another pleasant experience.

This is our second big purchase of the entire home appliances kit (Fridge, Stove, washer Dryer, Dishwasher and convection microwave) from Goemans. I call the first (about experience 6 years ago) great, but this time was absolutely INCREDIBLE…our buying process was the best. We thought to start with Goemans for your shopping adventure, supply chain was still unstable, luckily we met with this gentleman: Emad Abi Habib and that’s it. He made our live just as easy as anyone could ever think, he is a very honest, transparent, product savvy and customer oriented. His advise was very helpful. As for pricing, it was very competitive, we did not bother shopping around. He certainly went beyond and above. For a new built it was very challenging, specially with the closing date keep changing for the last 12 month, Emad made sure to retain our product and sold order sequence. Emad followed up throughout the process, he ensured the delivery was on due time. We were hassle free. I highly recommend Goemans and mostly Emad, he is an exceptional person. Forever grateful. Thank you

We purchased a GE Cafe fridge, stove and dishwasher. The items were delivered on August 28th, 2022. The fridge door came dented and the freezer door mounting screws are bent in such a way that I am unable to install the freezer handle. The fridge cost over $5000. I have tried to deal with them politely and professionally. I would not recommend this store. It took them approximately 7 months and over 15 calls and emails to have the issue rectified. Their customer service is awful. Stay away.

Do not purchase an extended warranty from Goemans. They farm the work out to an organization called Comerco, which dispatches various companies to handle service requests. First of all it is all but impossible to reach Comerco by phone. You can't even leave a message. You are told to make a service request online. I made online requests for two appliances at the same time. After a week with no response I followed up with Goemans customer service. They have also created service requests for my appliances. I have received a phone call from some appliance repair company asking to reschedule an appointment the next day for the first appliance. This was a surprise to me as nobody had contacted me to set that appointment. It's 12 days now and I am still waiting for service on the first appliance, and have heard nothing about service for the second appliance. Save yourself the grief.
Update: Service request made October 4. Today is Dec. 31. My appliance still has not been serviced. Judge for yourself

Dealt with Emad who was very helpful and efficient. He helped set up the pick up at the warehouse and also with setting up the contact with the electrician.
The electrician unfortunately used too long a screw and it went through a little bit throughly bedroom wall. Asked Emad for help and he redirected me. The electrician came very promptly and corrected the problem!
Overall very happy with the service especially with Emad!

We have been dealing with Goeman's Appliances for over 20 years and have always been more than satisfied with the entire process from the sales to delivery to after sale's service. We have bought a lot of appliances (kitchen & laundry) for ourselves (4 different homes) and for our rental properties. No matter what we purchased High end (Miele, Wolf, Sub Zero) to mid end (Maytag) we have always been treated with the same professional friendly sales & service. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Sales professional Steve Doherty who has guided us into making the right decision for what we require not what he wants to sell. His knowledge and expertise of each and every product is amazing and always works in our favour. Highly recommend Goeman for all your indoor and outdoor appliance needs.

I enjoyed my shopping experience for a new clothes washer. Painless. Delivered in 2 days. Removal of the offending washer, delivery and installation of the new washer was all on one call with one crew. Steve Dorsay stick-handled the sale and co-ordination of delivery. It worked out well.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My appliances were purchased in April, I still don’t have everything, some things arrived damaged. The sales rep books and cancels installation appointments at their leisure, I’m still in this awful transaction since APRIL. Will complete a thorough review if I ever get my appliances installed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save your money and sanity and buy anywhere else. I’ve spent 1/8th of the money on appliances at chain stores in the past and received way better service, matter of fact I received the items I ordered! This is the result of poor recruitment, stop hiring people who don’t care. This has nothing to do with COVID, labour or manufacturer shortages. Just sheer laziness! Will share the details of my experience soon when I’m not mentally drained from dealing with these people and getting the run around.

Worked with a nice and helpful sales representative but this place is no good. Bought a stove and was promised a delivery date. I received no emails, no calls, nothing. It's past 2 days.

Be ready to be put on hold for hours when you call to inquire.

I just want to add on that it's so unprofessional to not be followed up on and be unavailable 2 days in a row when they've taken your money and the promised delivery, which is now 4 days late, is not made yet. This is almost thievery.

Update: I don't know what it is with this company. It's been a whole week of me trying to schedule a pick up for something they told me is ready. Why can't I just pick it up? How does somebody making picking up an item so hard?

Went in on Wednesday evening to purchase a new washing machine. We were told it was in stock and we arranged for delivery on the following Tuesday. We paid for it in full. Friday morning I receive a call saying that it is not in stock and we will have to wait until they get more. So.either the sales rep lied to us or the person who called today is lying. Either way, it is lousy service.

They made me pay months in advance, then bullied me into accepting delivery before we were ready, stating if I did not within the next few days they would sell products I waited a year for. One item was damaged and they would not replace it. They told me I had to deal with the manufacturer. This was the worst customer experience ever - they have no integrity.

Delivered $4,000 non-working fridge! Reported within 24hrs and no one ever got back. Nor second time. Salesman had to get involved but no one cares - we are now 20 days without a fridge.and no one is calling back to take this and give us a working one. This is a breach of basic contract, total failure in customer service. I spent 20k at this store and this is my experience as a return customer!

Goemans is useless. Just buy directly from the brand. Ordered a Miele oven in Jan 2022. Delivery was to be in April. End of May we discover Miele hadn’t processed order because they were waiting for full payment. Goemans said it wasn’t their problem. They have provided zero support or follow up. Why are they even in business? It will take almost a full year just to get a wall oven now.

The worst! We went in to buy a specific group of appliances and were told a similar group was available and our choice was not. We purchased the recommended appliances, paid a deposit, and were called shortly thereafter for the balance of the payment to schedule delivery. We paid the full amount immediately, and were called a week later to tell us 1 of the appliances was not available. It has now been 6 months! And the other appliance is still not in. We are never called about it, though we call them, are given updates that are never achieved. And we're told we have to pay additional delivery costs because the appliances have been split up. Just flat out huslters. THE WORST RETAILER ANYWHERE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Brutal experience. Through a mistake of goemans/tasco they sent me to their extended warranty company who authorized a purchase and reimbursement of a temporary bar fridge while I was out of my fridge. It took three months for the repair and now no one will reimburse me even though I have a letter saying they would. What kind of company does that?

I was looking around for a Napoleon barbeque and stumbled across Geomans Appliances. After chatting with one of their knowledgeable and friendly Reps (Tianna Sears) I decided to buy the Napoleon Prestige 500. This was my first encounter with the company.
My Napoleon Prestige 500 barbeque arrived around 8am on Friday, I had ordered it on the Monday with assembly. The guys that delivered it were fantastic and they brought it through my townhouse to the backyard. I was so impressed with how the assembly was done and the detail of wrapping it up in shrink wrap, taking that extra step to look after their customers as if this was their own item being delivered.
My overall experience with this company has been outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for that “old school, family owned” attention to detail service that you just don’t find anymore. Thank you Goemans!

I purchased a combo washer/dryer laundry centre. The entire purchase experience was excellent, from dealing with the knowledgeable sales rep to the professional install service. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START!
We purchased a fridge from Goemans Mississauga.
The sales associate told us that it would be delivered Tuesday.then after we paid and we about to leave, the sales associate said that we actually had to call to book a delivery appointment.we called from the parking lot and we were told that we would be called back shortly with a delivery date.
3 days later no call back.when we finally got a hold of someone, they scheduled the delivery for 4 days after that.

Finally the fridge was delivered.
1.it was damaged
2.it was broken and made a HORRIBLE noise that was so loud you can't speak over it.we called to complain and we were told that we needed to wait for them to consult with the manufacturer.
So we wait. 5 days.we call back and we are told we have to wait 9 business days to hear back!?
We don't have a working fridge, are you kidding me?

We wait the 9 business days and are now being told that the fridge is discontinued and they can't replace it, so we will need to choose another one. BUT. We have to go into the store, get a refund, and then repurchase a new fridge. How much do you want to bet that the new one is going to cost more and we're going to have to pay another $75.00 for delivery.

The situation is still not resolved and WE STILL DON'T HAVE A WORKING FRIDGE!
We purchased the fridge the first week of January.

As I said, I do NOT recommend Goemans.
Buy your appliances literally ANYWHERE else.

Goemans has a great looking showroom with lots of appliances on display.

However, they do not stand behind what they sell. We bought multiple appliances from them seven years ago, and the $7000 range has never worked properly for long after each repair. First it was the manufacturer (GE Monogram) who made repairs, then it was the extended warranty provider from Goemans. Each repair lasted for weeks to months, but no longer. The Goemans extended warranty service was particularly bad, except when it came to trying to get us to extend it further - when it came to selling to us, they were eager! If the same diligence was shown to actually do a repair, this review would not need to be written.
The unit is still not working consistently - it never has.
We recently reached out to Goemans for advice on how to get a competent repair service to fix the unit, at out cost, and were surprised at the lack of response from Goemans - it took multiple attempts to get even the courtesy of a reply.
Today, I received a call from Goemans, and the message was basically (1) It is not our problem, (2) You are no longer under warranty (3) Check with GE (4) We will not let you talk to a manager about your experience with our extended warranty provider - our management team does not communicate with customers.
We are now former customers. We no longer recommend Goemans. They are good at selling, but the quality of the experience stops there.

If someone from Goemans who is in a position of responsibility or authority would like more information, we remain open to yet again provide you with data on our experience. But please.don't have another junior person call to say that it is not your problem.

Nice showroom though.:)

We ordered a dishwasher online in late May to be delivered on June 15. The auto-generated email said it was on back order and it might not be ready for June 15. When I called to find out what that meant, they told me it was estimating Aug 27 on their end. We never heard from Goemans as the date approached. I had to call and every time they gave an extended estimate. I understand that there are world-wide supply issues, but my frustration is with the total lack of communication.

I called every month or so. In early November, the person on the phone said that their computer was showing as "available". They then made plans for delivery and installation. If I hadn't of called, I am not confident that I would have ever received what we ordered. They did not contact us once in 5.5 months to give us an update.

When the installers came to install the unit, I was informed that the installation of the cabinetry board would be an extra $260 (even though we bought a product that needs a cabinetry board installed). It was a very frustrating end to a very frustrating 5.5 month long customer service experience.

Almost 2 years ago we down sized and I was told the current appliances were better that what I bought previously - so I sold all my Samsung appliances? Worst mistake - today I have placed an order for fridge, stove, dishwasher and mircowave over stove ️️️️️ Can’t wait for them to come home

Edit to do a follow up: sort off glad we purchased extended warranty as problem since day 1 of ice maker had constant issues. Now main board died, freezer wasn’t freezing, fridge froze everything. Since Sept ice maker just got fixed. Freezer seems to be working now? But main board still out, fridge beeps almost 24/7 we can’t do anything as we have no visual to the main board. At least $500 worth of food frozen solid in fridge that they can’t do anything about. Only if if was thawed from the freezer They say you would get $100 back. Per policy. So then what is policy on fridge freezing? Was told no policy, suggested they better make one. While comerco is doing the service I would never purchase an extended warranty. Just keep normal warranty and you will get better service with a local trusted service person. So don’t purchase anything’s from Goemans or Goemans companies as clearly they do not care about customer service. I even left a message for the store manager and nothing.

Gomans cannot be trusted go somewhere else for you appliances. We purchased $17000 worth of appliances from the St Catharines store. The staff there are lovely but that's where the love ends. Their distribution centre keeps telling us the appliances are on their way but then silence. They have lied to us over and over again and now months later we still are missing items with no date for delivery. They always blame it on manufacturers ETA for delivery, but our stove for instance has been in stock a couple of times but still nothing and is now 'back ordered'. On top off that our fridgidaire all fridge stopped working after only a couple of weeks. We called customer service, it's now been 4 days and despite multiple calls and going into the store there has been no action. Goemans cannot be trusted go somewhere else for you appliances.

Our overall experience with Goemans was very smooth. Steve D was great to deal with while purchasing and coordinating and appliance delivery went without issues. Appliances took almost 8 months to come in, but that’s not Goemans fault.

Awful delivery scheduling. We ordered a range in Feburary, and yet to receive it (July as of writing), We got notification last week that it arrived, and arranged for delivery. However just got latest notification that their stock ran out again and it will until August for next available stock.

I'm not sure how they honor reservations for orders, as we clearly confirmed it twice that they had stock, and was assured of delivery schedule. I think they must have sold the stock from under us to someone else. Really disappointed with their service.

We have purchased from Goemans years ago and knew this was the one stop spot to get all things appliance. Unfortunately our rep from years ago wasn't there and bumps started to follow. Once deciding on the item we wanted and confirming our new address and delivery date we thought all would run smoothly. The day prior to the delivery the delivery company called to confirm the address and time - and it was to our old address that we had moved from 3 years prior. When calling Goemans to change the address and correct their error they suggested we call the delivery company back and do this ourselves - when we said no and asked that they do this it took multiple people to get involved to adjust this. Delivery company came and installed the new washing machine - only to find pools of water and dirt from their shoes all over my floor - they apologized and said I'd have a clean up job. Not overly impressed considering 5 years ago purchasing washers and dryers from Home Depot was much more white glove service then an elevated brand like Goemans.
Hoping this is a one time experience and would still try again and recommend as we know they can and do offer more!

We had to replace a double Miele oven, which served us well over some 30 years, but trying to find out if replacements are available was very disappointing dealing with Miele, an agent in NEW Jersey USA was more helpful the my Canadian rep, it took 3 days to get a reply, went to GOEMANS MISS. And the agent Emad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and solved my problem on the spot and decided to go with the manufacturer of AEG, their sales manager RAY happened to be there and a rather difficult problem was solved to my satisfaction.but when it came to their shipping department it was a different colour of a horse, for several days they notified us to be ready lined up the trades only to find out the ovens where out of stock yet found out after an aggravated afternoon there was no shortage. They need a shake-up in the shipping and delivery services, and it appears one hand has no clue what the other does.thanks to the agent
Emad the matter got solved within an hr, and thanks to him we are back on, track.for the misinformation coming from staff of their shipping division I’ll have a negative star, because it was most disappointing to be reminded to pay for my appliances which was done at the order. I had a great experience at Goeman’s Mississauga this past week. The salesman helped me to find a replacement washer quickly and had it delivered in less than a week which was excellent. I would say the payment process was a bit slow going through their systems as it took us 25 minutes to pay before leaving. The delivery team was polite and professional. Goeman’s messaging system kept us informed of the delivery on the way as well. A great customer service experience as o received a follow up call shortly after the delivery too.

I am very happy with the service I got from Steve Dorsay at Goeman's. I placed an order on Thursday in great desperation when I learned that a dryer I had ordered from another vendor was back-ordered until mid-August. The new dryer arrived on Saturday morning and the old dryer was taken away and the new dryer all set up and ready to go by 8: 00am. Can't ask for better service than that.

Great sales and knowledge from sales (James), but the issue I am at is with the warranty department. I've given up and will just deal with an appliance that doesn't work. Although the issue is small, we paid a lot of money for the warranty of everything. James himself has tried to help, but the admin / warranty side is not helpful. I would not shop at Goeman's again and ensure people are aware.

I'm hearing terribly service from the KW location with absolute lack of support, follow-up, etc. Delays beyond 6 months post-sale where eta's were originally much sooner with clear deadlines communicated. I understand Covid/Supply chain delays in ever sense, I work in supply chain, but it sounds like KW has no idea how to communicate or work through a challenge with their clients. Do not shop at KW Goeman's especially. Stay Away

Our dryer was dying. We needed to replace both the dryer and the washer. My wife and I were very reluctant to make such a major purchase during a lockdown / pandemic, but really had no choice. We contacted Emad Abi-Habib at the Mississauga Goemans Store. He had helped us purchase our kitchen appliances a few years ago when we were renovating the kitchen. He was very helpful in explaining the various makes and options available. He was also able to get very competitive price and arrange prompt delivery for our new LG washer / dryer. The delivery team was very good. They arrived very close to their estimated time. They were very courteous and careful in ensuring that our new appliances were delivered intact and undamaged.

We are very happy with our purchase experience at Goemans and will go back for any of our future appliance needs.

I'm giving them a 1 star for the free coffee they offer. These crooks and liars should not be in this business.
Spent upwards of $15000 at this store on new appliances 1 month ago and it's been the worst purchase experience I've been through. First off, the appliances were delivered later than the promised date. The fridge was delivered even later than that. They sent someone to take measurements to ensure the appliances they suggest/we purchaee would fit within the current cabinetry/kitchen setup. The day before the fridge was delivered they asked for the electrical outlet be moved- which I had done by hiring an after hours electrician who did it for $200. Then the day of the fridge install they tell us the plug was fine where it was. BUT now the cabin doors do not fit on the new fridge- which they took responsibility for. They wasted my time by asking for a quote to make new cabin doors- they didn't like the quote so they looked into ordering a kit that would allow my cabin doors to fit at their expense. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. When I got firm in my latest correspondence to them they act like they're doing me a favour by satisfying their end of the deal.
What a ridiculous group of sales people/customer service!

update to this saga May 3/19:
so they contact me may 2 to try to please me, stating the kit arrived and they will install it by May 3 the latest, today is may 3- no one shows up, they call to reschedule for May 9- these people are unbelievable.

Mississauga location stuff was really friendly and very helpful! Thank you all! Especially Timo.

At Woodbine & 7 location I felt like I walked in at a wrong time. Turning your back and walking away right after you answer my question IMO is not a proper way to treat a customer who willing to spend a couple of thousand dollars in your store.

Overall I loved doing business with Gomans so far.
Will see how the delivery will be performed.

Horrible company, totally irresponsible and arrogant.
They get your money upfront but don't deliver your merchandise and give you the runaround.
I will never buy anything from them and don't recommend them to anyone else.

I have used this store for all of our new appliance purchases for our home. It was the worst part about selling and moving, we had to leave everything behind. But we use the same trusty sales person with every purchase. The staff are so knowledgeable! They have all of the answers to my MANY questions, and if they don't have it right away, they find out and get back to me. My whole family uses this store, because big box stores just don't compare for the info, and if there are any issues. Great staff to deliver and set up and remove. No issues on walls despite a very tight stair well at the old house. I always strongly recommend this store for anyone looking, friends, family, and just people like yourself with questions.

Went to Geoman Appliance looking for a stove-James assisted me, he is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and took the time to help me with my decision. I had a good experience.

The showroom is amazing, with an extensive selection of appliances to appeal to all buyers.

Our sales rep Carl was awesome! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us and make us feel comfortable with the product we were purchasing.

We would highly recommend Goeman’s to both family and friends.

Great experience from beginning to end! Competive pricing plus no tax today was a bonus. We purchased 4 GE appliances with the assistance of the GE Rep on sight to help with our many quedtions and to find us exactly what we were looking for. Goeman's Customer service was top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The service is great. The delivery schedule is very accommodating since I have changed my delivery date 6 times due to many unforeseen construction setbacks.

I chose to shop at Goeman's store in Mississauga after looking at kitchen appliances on its website and finding an excellent variety with some great sales. My sales associate, Sharon, was wonderfully knowledgeable about product lines and put together a comprehensive comparison of two brands that I liked. There was respectful communication without an aggressive sales pitch. Setting up a flexible delivery and installation date to go with my upcoming kitchen reno was also appreciated. A great experience!

Almost 2 years ago we down sized and I was told the current appliances were better that what I bought previously - so I sold all my Samsung appliances? Worst mistake - today I have placed an order for fridge, stove, dishwasher and mircowave over stove ️️️️️ Can’t wait for them to come home

Excellent personnel who came to setup our equipment. They had a great knowledge and very helpful. They answered all questions in a polite manner. I will recommend Goemans Appliance to all my friends and family members.
