Hedy and I bought a dishwasher and refrigerator from Chantelle. The whole experience was easy. Chantelle provided excellent assistance in working with delivery to coordinate the refrigerator arrival to coincide with our desired schedule. She was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure that everything went smoothly. I would certainly contact Chantelle again when I am in the market for a new appliance.

Thank you Jason Ng at the Woodbridge showroom for helping us choose 3 appliances for our new kitchen renovation. We purchased a suite of appliances, 10/10 would recommend working with Johnny Matthews, he went above and beyond from recommending different appliance options based on our needs to setting up delivery & installation. His replies are always prompt over email and an overall pleasant person to work with. He is also very patient, I had a lot of questions about products, he is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer each one.

After getting multiple quotes from different retailers, the package pricing at Goeman's with Johnny was the most competitive.

As soon as we entered GOEMANS, my wife and I knew that we would find all the necessary appliances for our complete kitchen renovation. All equipment was well displayed with a wide variety of brands and prices.
We were received by Vanessa Murray who was very welcoming and had a thorough knowledge of everything concerning the appliances. It didn’t take long for us to make up our minds on what to buy.
Then there was the follow up by both GOEMANS an Vanessa. This was amazing and they patiently changed our dates of delivery for several months.
Delivery and installation was also very well executed.
Really, I would recommend GOEMANS for kitchen renovations. Thank you Vanessa.

I'm a customer to Goemans - Vaughan 10+ years and all of my appliances are bought from them. From day 1, let it be greeting at the store or responses to emails or phone calls have been amazing. Sales are very detailed and aware of market trend and especially other competitors pricing as well which makes it easier for me as we don't need to beat around the bush. They already know. Recently, i bought a gas range and was lucky to deal with Chantelle Hope again after many years. The transition was so easier I didn't even had to visit the store. I told her what I was looking for and within few mins I've got response with full details and pricing and I was really happy that I didn't have to deal with any other store as she exceeded my expectation and made the purchase a pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone this store and particularly ask for Chantelle Hope; if you looking for best deal.

Goemans provides the greatest purchase experience. These are not just words, I really mean it.no sales pressure from the sales associate, answering questions, providing recommendations, communicating via email, allowing to transact the purchase remotely, maintaining regular contact on the order and delivery scheduling, and white glove service on the delivery itself, and finally customer service followup immediately following the delivery and setup. Oh, did I forget to mention competitive pricing! You can't ask for any better! Thank you Vanessa, Goemans team and Delivery experts!

Had to reach out every two weeks to get updates - every time I called the order was delayed by "2 more weeks" for months. They were not proactive in helping me figure out a solution. Item was ordered in August - delivery was communicated as immediate and several months later still not clear when we'll receive our oven. We ordered all appliances for our kitchen and spent 5 figures. For that amount of cash I expected much better customer service.

Update: I reached out to the manager for help with this issue per your response below. They spent 15 minutes detailing all the things they couldn't do to help me and didn't make a single proactive suggestion about how they could resolve the situation. I would love for you to connect internally and tell me what you can do to tangibly help beyond asking me to wait and hope for an additional 6 weeks.

Luxury items and nice displays. My only complaint is that they don't show the sizing on the appliances so you need to dig in them to find the product specs. I'm sure the staff can help but for just looking around without being hovered over, this is a waste of time.

Ordered products 1 year in advance (fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer), paid full amount 3 months prior to delivery, confirmed delivery on Aug 8th, and spoke with manager 1 week prior to delivery. Was told they would not be able to deliver washer dryer. I was very upset but settled on new date (3 months delay) On day of delivery for the balance of the items I was told they couldn’t deliver those either as they didn’t have stock.
Now I’m completely stuck and they could not care any less. I couldn’t even get a new delivery date. Then they blamed us that we never confirmed delivery, which we had proof we did. Didn’t matter, staff were unable to assist in any way until the sales manager could review, 2 days later. 1 call to Canadian appliance super store, repaired this entire day and I was able to get all the appliances (except stove) delivered in tomorrow and stock will arrive 3 days later.

Follow up to response: I appreciate your apology but I’m shocked to see you’re so quick to respond to a bad review but when I call to check what happened to my order I get “you’ll have to call back when your sales rep is in, in 2 days”.

The only reason my review is not a 1 star, is because of my sales rep Chantelle, who despite all the delivery date challenges managed to come out on top and secure my appliance delivery. She is knowledgeable, personable, understanding and empathetic, which made difficult and stressful situation we were placed in initially with delivery dates bearable. Goemans needs to improve with their customer service line, the amount of times they call to collect money, or overall reach out during the day if you don’t pick up the phone.

Overall: delivery guys were good and on time, sales person by far my favourite and fantastic, even the manager (at the end of a highly charged conversation) was good. We are in an environment of supply chain issues, delivery delays (which I totally get), which should indicate to customer service line to not overpromise things they cant deliver on.

We have had the WORST experience Ever! I rate this 0 stars! We went to the Vaughan location and dealt with Lisa.she is a liar and only hungry for commission. She doesn’t care about her customers. We sent over 40k and sadly she’s doesn’t deserve that commission.

We moved into Our new home in May 2022. I was emailing with Lisa since January 2022 in regards to our appliances to make sure we had everything when we moved it. She told us yes and forced us to pay in full to get everything on time is what she said to us.you pay now you won’t have a delay issue.: (

In fact nothing was in when I spoke to a higher authority Rob. Store manger. 2 weeks before we moved in. It’s a new home so we had nothing.having 3 children and not having appliances was the utmost stress I have ever felt.: (

They did nothing about this and we are still waiting… it’s been over 2 months… and forced to pay multiple deliver fees for their errors.still waiting on our appliances we don’t have them all still!

The salesman, Bukhtawer, was very professional and helpful. I bought a GE stove which was delivered two days later. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were great. (I had bought appliances from another company and twice, the delivery men tried to shake me down for more money for things I'd already paid for.) The only problem this time was that I had to disconnect my old gas stove. Bukhtawer told me it was easy, but it certainly was not. It took me two hours to disconnect the appliance, and I almost couldn't do it. My wrenches were too small, and finally I had to use a hammer and whack the hose at the stove end until it loosened. I'm a single senior in my 70s and found this very hard to do. However, the rest of the experience was really good and I will definitely buy from Goemans again.

Service at Goemans in Vaughn stinks. Service is 0 out of 5. It took 8 months to exchange my fridge door after repeated phone calls. At the end the wrong fridge door was delivered. I recommend for the new customers not to waste their time with this negligent customer service people at the store.

Bought a Samsung washer here in September 2020 as a Mother’s Day gift. Technician just informed me that the drum needs to be replaced and that in his 12 years NEVER has he seen a drum repair in an appliance that is a year and a half old. As he suspects, the washer was defective and Jason Ng apologized that there was nothing he could do because I did not buy extend warranty. Maybe if this company actually sold appliances that were not defective I wouldn’t need an extended warranty on an appliance that is a year old. DO NOT shop here.

Poor customer service and no accountability.

I ordered a patio heater in August from the Vaughn location and with supply chain delays took delivery in late November…. When it was too cold to use a patio heater. I left it in the box until this weekend when I need to use a patio heater and tried to assemble it realizing the critical the reflector shield was never delivered. It likely was in a second box.

I've been given the run around by Goemans, being told to take this up with the manufacturer. I called them and they indicated that Goemans should be contacting them but in the end Goemans delivered it and the issue is on their end.

Finally in my last call the Goemans customer service agent indicated they can't help me given that I missed the 48 hour window to inform them of the missing piece and to order the parts online at reliable parts.ca. The 48 hour window to report is not stated on thier invoice. I understands this for a damaged appliance butin this case its simply a missing piece.

I currently have a $800 useless patio heater right now.

I’m not sure why I need to be at fault.

Called Rob about defective device on arrival, but they will not refund or exchange and pushed us to talk to manufacturer. We were unhappy with this resolution and Rob told us that we are refusing service and will no longer be able to assist. Very inappropriate response. Beware

I wish I had better things to say about my experience. The initial experience with my salesperson was a positive one but it has only gone downhill since then (even with the sales person). The after delivery care when you have issues is atrocious. I received my new appliance at the beginning of December and have one small issue with it that continues to be unresolved despite weeks of being passed between customer service at Goemans and customer service at the appliance manufacturer. My initial experience with the salesperson is also tarnished based on how they have continually deflected back to the customer service centre and refused to assist in getting the issue resolved.

I have to commend Mike, the salesman, customer service staff and the delivery staff for the great care and service they have given me. Through any delivery delays they always notified and updated me in advance. They were flexible and whatever I needed they would try to make it happen. And, to top it off, their prices were great. Definitely buy from them again.

If I could give them a zero on customer service I would. The experience started off well. My sales associate was helpful and attentive. I ordered high end, costly appliances to replace my existing kitchen during a renovation in June 2021. After paying in full and waiting 5 months for my $10,000.00 Jennair range to arrive, for which I also had to pay extra fees for delivery, inspection, and installation I received a range that had a broken hinge that popped off only after the door was fully opened, was dirty inside and was missing a rack. The door actually fell off and landed on my leg. The installer was aware that the range was defective, but he installed it anyway and did not make me aware of the defects before he left (in particular the broken hinge and missing rack). When I contacted the store, they basically washed their hands and told me they couldn't help me and that I had to contact their client services. After going back and forth with client services they eventually informed me that the manufacturer said the range was not eligible for exchange, and they would only do a repair. The repair could not be scheduled until December 23,2021 which would now be a one month wait. I did not accept this and reached out to the manufacturer myself. To my astonishment, I was told the exact opposite. The manufacturer actually expressed concern and worked quickly to rectify the situation ​after my explanation. The manufacturer said they were shocked by my experience and agreed to provide an exact exchange for a brand new range within a week. To add insult to injury, Goemans called me on the same day I spoke to the manufacturer to tell me that the manufacturer would not exchange the appliance. Obviously, I was extremely upset as I had to do all the legwork to successfully resolve the situation. Goemans did nothing to assist me after they had my payment in full and treated my complaint as frivolous. Client services here was horrible and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never shop here again, and I will never recommend this store to anyone. If you want to spend a lot of money to be treated like this, then shop here.

Stay away from Goemans. They are not serious and reliable. I had to cancel my order because the salesman did not care to schedule the delivery. Meantime, I dismantled my old appliances for pick up trusting that the delivery was on track. I was left without fridge, stove and dishwasher. The salesman said that I was supposed to schedule the delivery, really? Do not buy appliances at Goemans.

Goemans staff were very helpful from choosing products to delivery. My salesman, Nick was knowledgeable, courteous and provided good advice and options. The delivery men were the best. They were respectful of my home, they planned their path carefully so as not to damage anything and were very polite. They had to remove the spring on my front door. It was screwed back in and they left. I noticed after they left that my door wasn't closing properly, so I called them. They didn't hesitate to turn back their truck and fix it! That made me very happy!

In June 2020 our fridge suddenly died so we went into Goemans purchased a Kitchen Aid Fridge and Gas range and left thinking this was a really positive experience. Because of COVID we were told everything was backordered and we were aware and expected that it will take a couple of months to get our appliances. So we paid in full and waited. (in the interim we bought a bar fridge but later learned that Goemans has a loaner fridge program - our salesperson never told us). Beginning of September we were told our range was ready for delivery. A week later it was delivered and installed the following day. This is the start of our nightmare. The installer had issues getting power to the range and told us it was because of our electrical outlet. He got power to the unit by using an extension cord to another outlet. Shortly after her left we noticed the power on the range went off and then hours later back on. This happened several times before we could get an electrician out to check our outlet thinking the problem was on our end. Turns out the range electrical connection seemed to be the issue. We made our first call to customer service just days after installation and are told a repair man will be out in 48-72hrs. Great. Call #2 to customer service was made after no repair man materialized. We were told that Goemans would "escalate" the issue with Kitchen Aid and we should expect a call back in 24hrs. Several days later, we have still not heard from customer service so we call back - Call #3. This time we are told Kitchen Aid will exchange the unit within 5-7 days. One week later we still have a range that doesn't work and no idea when we will see a fridge. NOONE has called us back from customer service but we got 3 text messages asking us to confirm is our issue was resolved. In desperation, we called the Vaughan Goemans store and was told the fridge is on backorder until late MARCH. The salesperson we talked at least tried to be helpful and recommended selecting another product line with a shorter wait time. She seemed to understand that with 2 kids having no fridge and range is a bit more than an inconvenience. So we reluctantly went into the store because at this point we have 2 broken appliances and no idea when we will get either of them. Tried to explain our situation to the sales lady who cut us off repeatedly, asked questions she would have had the answers to if she was listening and seemed annoyed with having to help us. All of our questions were met with I don't know or maybe. She even went as far as saying that we should just wait because Kitchen Aid was "giving" me a exchange on the range. Kitchen Aid did not "give" me anything. I PAID for it! We are deeply regretting purchasing from Goemans and paying in full. After our initial showroom visit, customer service has been a nightmare and clearly does not care, because all you get is a run around. All we want is a straight honest answers and someone from Goemans (we don't care who) to actually help us. Really a disappointing experience that didn't have to be this way. I would NOT recommend purchasing any appliance in the future from Goemans. COVID delays/interruptions are unavoidable but non existent customer service is not.

I have never posted a review but Goeman's service has been such a disaster that I need to warn others to stay away. I purchased a full suite of kitchen appliances back in March, and they took months to deliver without any updates. I had to hound them to finally get them to deliver it in August. They then delivered a moldy, used dishwasher not in original packaging and are refusing to take it back and give me a refund. Don't shop at Goeman's or you might end up with a $1700 moldy dishwasher sitting in the middle of your house and Goeman's refusing to address your concerns.

Found a Miele on sale. Floor model
Peter the salesperson quickly approached asking when we need it by and went on to explain how there are no dishwashers in the world blah blah
I said I was happy to take this floor model, he argued they can’t sell floor model and I pointed to the sign inside saying it was available
He did not know since the sign was inside the unit
We proceeded to checkout and they would not take cash or debit because blah blah I didn’t feel the answer was sensible
After some trouble with his computer etc he asked if we could come back in a while and pick it up. He would call
He did. We came back.still they would not take cash or debit. Wasted time
Went to purchase one at the Home Depot meanwhile Peter called saying they could now do it
Too late. He rudely hung up.
Peter’s approach, since the first moment we walked in, was like there was no deal to be made and he persisted in that line of thinking putting up every possible roadblock.
He succeeded.
No deal was made
No reason to go back there again

I am recurring customer and It’s always a great experience buying appliances at Goemans. Nick, the salesperson, as usual, he was amazing. Also, Goemans has a very competitive price. Second time dealing with Goemans. First experience in 2018 was so great we did not think twice about using them for our kitchen appliances. Big mistake.ended up being the most frustrating ordeal with any company we've experienced.

Some of the keypoints that lead to this rating.

- Customer service from sales rep (Judith) was subpar. She was knowledgeable about the appliances, but she failed to deliver on any customer service once the deposit was received. All interactions had to be initiated by myself, payment, delivery scheduling.etc.

-Our new Fridge was delayed 6 months.no problem, we understood that due to shortages in supply chain this could happen. I called in every month to get an estimated arrival. Only to realize they had my fridge sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks without calling me to schedule delivery. If I had not done my monthly call, who knows how long it would of sat there.

- Brand new rangehood was missing install hardware.called goemans within 24hrs to let them know. 3 days later I get a response saying they will order it and expect it to take 6 weeks.
Unacceptable. They had more units in stock, but refused to give me the install hardware from there or to replace my delivered unit with another unit in stock. This ridiculous setback caused a 2 month delay for a simple fix that could of been resolved my goemans.not the manufacturer. The box had been opened prior to delivery so it was not sealed.

- The only great experience from this was the delivery team. These guys are great. Only reason why the 2 stars exist.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the experience my husband and my self have experienced this week and today. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and NO ONE. THE EXCUSE OF COVID is unacceptable when customer service and common sense are being neglected.

I have been told that customer service will call me tomorrow. At that point if things change I will change my review for now. I am absolutely advising family and friends to NOT choose Goemans as they are not clairvoyant with their customers and they are using COVID as an excuse for poor customer service. YOU DID NOT NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT INSTILLATION WAS EXTRA. INSTEAD YOU LED US TO BELIEVE THAT IT WAS INCLUDED.

From the start our experience with Mike (Salesperson) was an absolute pleasure. He was extremely helpful and provided detailed information about the appliance we were looking for. We purchased 3 major appliances late last year, and they were delivered on March 9th due to some Covid related delays. I was very impressed with our Sales Associate, Mike Albanese who was very professional and helpful in making our appliance choices as well as quickly getting back to us when we had questions during the payment and delivery process. I must admit I was surprised how often customer service initiated calls to let us know of any changes in the expected delivery dates. The actual men delivering the appliances were quick, but careful in uncrating and bringing in appliances into my kitchen without touching any walls. The overall experience to-date has been extremely positive. I look forward to installing and start using my new gas range, refrigerator and dish washer.

It is so nice to deal with honest and friendly salespeople. We had to replace our fridge and with the lockdown we were not able to visit the store in person but our salesperson, Jason Ng, kept in touch with us constantly to help us pick the right fridge for us. As soon as the lockdown was lifted he ensured that we were one of his first appointments so we could view some of the models in person. He is a top notch salesperson and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

I had the privilege of working with Jason, one of the best salesman I have come across in a long time! I was looking for a Gorenje Washing Machine, and after being told one story from another with different companies, I decided to call the Vaughan store and had the honour of dealing with Jason! On Tuesday I told him what I was looking for, and what I wanted, he went out of his way to find it for me in less than 24 hours. THAT EXPLAINS how and what customer service is! Tomorrow I am picking up my Washing Machine thanks to Jason and his express work. During the Covid and the lockdown, he made this experience a breeze! He was friendly, responsive, and swift from the first initial call I made. I as well got a great deal! All in all a wonderful man, knows what he is doing and truly cares about his customers. Thank you so much Jason for making this experience so easy and smooth. I truly am thankful for all you did. Called Goemans and was so lucky to get someone on the phone (Chantelle Hope) who sounded nice and down to earth, I had so many questions and she took the time to answer them all.

Did some one line shopping and then to the store and saw Chantelle, could not ask for a better sales person. You know how you go into a store and you feel like your getting a stroke job? Not here, Chantelle really took her time and again answered all our questions with real answers, not ones some sales people pull out of.

Zero pressure to buy, no B. S. It's really really hard to find a salesperson who actually cares about the customer and not just the sale. We hope she continues to do appliance sales as we have found a "connection" If you want bling bling go somewhere else, if you want total honesty go see Chantelle at Goemans at the Vaughan location. Best possible review I can give.

Gerald Eagletower is fantastic to work with. This man found me in the clearance section and sorted me out with what I needed, when I came in the store looking for discounted scratch dented product. He sold something new in a box, but discontinued. Next home, I will be back for more. God bless!

I have been working with Chantelle Hope and couldn’t recommend her enough. She helped us understand the pros and cons of different models and was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products on the market. Between putting down the deposit on models and the final delivery we have had a number of changes to our order and she has been very responsive and quick in addressing these changes. The price and support from Goeman’s has been better than any other store I have been to and I will definitely be coming to her as a first point of contact for any future needs.

The delivery guys Teri and Kyle were absolutely exceptional. Their customer service skills are on point, they were punctual, and very careful while delivering my appliances. They went above and beyond to even shovel my walkway and porch. Thank you Teri and Kyle!

My Wife and I just bought a house and shopping for appliances was a bit of a nightmare until my Wife suggested going to Goemans. Going there was the best decision! Chantelle Hope, the Sales Pro, was candid and very honest.we felt completely confident in our purchases. We're now brand loyal (Goemans) because of her. To be honest the whole staff was f@ckin' awesome including the warehouse guy Corey. They're not pushy and never act like scuzzy salespeople.
The complementary coffee is badass too; it's nice having espresso while you shop

Bought 4 appliances couple weeks ago. My wife and I and later with my daughter felt no pressure or pushed or bothered by any sales person. We will shop again at your store and of course Gerald E.was great and will look for him again.

Purchased a fireplace here at the end of summer to put in my mantel, only started using as it's the season. It makes a constant clicking noise. Contacted several departments at Goeman's and they won't help. Sent me directly to Amantii stating they no longer carry the brand. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT - Good customer service doesn't end after taking someone's money.

***UPDATE***

Goeman's Appliance (Yes this is the correct retailer I'm talking about) sent me instructions on how to "repair the fireplace myself". I HAVE NEVER EVER FIXED A FIREPLACE IN MY LIFE NOR WILL I START. Be warned if you buy ANYTHING from here, do not expect ANYTHING after they take your money. For me, customer service is equally important to the product and therefore I have to say I will never go back if this is how they treat their customers.

We walked in Goemans to learn what appliances we want for our new house. We were lucky to have Chantelle Hope working with us for 3 hours. (Goemans has a lot of high end appliances!)
We looked at every fridge, range, cooktop, microwave. We have learned a lot from Chantelle and decided to buy all the appliances at Goemans Vaughan. Why to waste our time somewhere else? Not every store has such a sales professional like Chantelle - patient, knowledgeable, friendly.

Terrible experience with Goemans. Previously had a defective GE Profile stove from Goeman's that lasted two years. Then the oven drawer quit working. After 4 months of repairmen trying to fix it with 6 visits the Warranty company agreed to replace it. I picked another stove which was delivered on 19 October 2019. The delivery men simply put it in, didn't properly install it and left. Turns out it does not work at all. Gives message that the "oven is mis-wired". Worrisome to say the least. Now again I have to chase Goeman's to rectify the situation. The salesman told me I had to talk to Customer Service that he could not help me! It is now 21 October and no one responds at Customer Service and no response to my email.
To date, they take the position this is my problem!

My Wife and I moved into our house in October of 2018 and the appliances we purchased with the help of Mike Albanese made our kitchen look fantastic. Our guests can't help but be in our kitchen

Walked in looking to buy a fridge. Nice showroom and great selection for all price ranges. Customer service / sales could have been a little more friendlier and asked us if we needed anything, but otherwise no complaints.
