Customer service if awful. I got a fridge delivered couple weeks ago at the time of delivery I didn’t see the damaged they did to my stairs. I called as soon as they left when I walk down thwestairs and saw the damaged. I sent pictures. I was basically accused of lying and making this up cause they said they didn’t do it. I just got my stairs refinished the day before and they cause $1000 damaged as per the quote which they denied. This is unacceptable and the company should be accountable for the damages.

These guys have the worst customer service. I bought their extended warranty plan and just after 2 year of use, my dishwasher started having problems. On June 11th, I placed a claim to have my dishwasher fixed and it has been almost 4 months now and it's still not fixed. They outsource their after market services to an external source (Standard Appliance) and you are expected to coordinate everything in between. Seems like they have a very poor communication between the two. I've made many attempts trying to communicate with both parties and I have had no success. Goemans has their customer services email which they don't even look at, let alone ever respond back. The only way to get in touch with them is maybe via phone call after 1 hr of wait that too during business hours.
Very unprofessional Goemans. I will never bring my business back here again and I will make sure I keep my friends and family to do the same.

I ordered all my appliances from them back in nov 2021. I offered to pay full amount. They told me not to, that only 25% is good for them to order. I followed up with them every month to see how the order was, they told me that from all the appliances only the cooktop was not going to be available on time, which I understood base on the current market conditions. 4 weeks before the delivery I paid the full amount. 3 weeks before the delivery i was told that all the appliances including the cooktop was on track to arrive on time. 2 weeks before the delivery i got a text message saying that only the fridge was available; I called them right away and I asked for the ETA on the other products.they didn't have any, meaning for them that it could take up to 6 months to arrive. Their excuse is that i didn't pay the full amount on time. Cero intentions to help me out, finding replacements or anything.worst customer service. Operation blaming sales for telling me not to pay full amount.
I will never buy from them again.

I purchased GE appliances through Goemans in Markham and they were wonderful. I understand that the appliances I ordered were going to be delayed BUT I expected better customer service from Goemans head office. I reached out to them in hopes of a loaner fridge and range and they wanted $300 from me after spending $5,400 for appliances that I still currently do not have. They then proceeded to tell me they then didn't have any loaners for me available after emailing them back and forth about my situation. I ordered my appliances in November it is now January and i still don't have my appliances. My new house is not livable due to this matter and they don't seem to care! Pay in full for appliances that I haven't received.ridiculous

Stay away if you can. Head office could not handle a simple order. Warehouse staff were great!

We were left for 6 weeks with a gas leak on a line installed by Goeman's Precision Co. They same person was repeatedly sent to fix the leak and the same person, each time they came, didn't fix the leak.we finally had our gas shut down by Enbridge and were left for 3 days without being able to cook or have hot water. I do believe this issue is finally fixed and despite the info. I have provided Goeman's with, I have still not heard from anyone with regards to the seriousness of this issue.we were told that not only could we have experienced an explosion, but the effects that it could have had on our townhouse neighbours.it truly defies logic how this experience was handled.or I should say not handled!
