We have a wonderful trip in Morocco 11 days from Oct 24. Special thanks to our guide Stephen Wong and assistance Matthew. Stephen is an experienced guide who is very professional and caring while Matthew makes sure no one left behind. Stephen even makes sure we have fun on the road! Glad to have Stephen W and Matthew as our guides! The itinerary is well planned to cover all the attractions with enough time for each. We have a great time in Morocco and will definitely join GoGo tour again. Finally we meet a group of wonderful people in the tour and hope we will meet again!

We recently joined a GoGo Tour 14 day South America tour with Frank Cao as our tour guide. Frank was great! He was very calm, polite, and personable when executing each day’s program. Frank was detail oriented in Cantonese, Mandarin and English! How remarkable! We felt safe and well taken care of at each Country, City and site we visited. GoGo Tour planned a 5-star trip for us. Very commendable! The hotels and meals at each restaurant were nutritious, well presented and superb. We’d certainly book other tours with GoGo Tours Ltd.in the future and definitely would recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you Frank Cao for seeing us safely home to Toronto! Well done!

We had a great experience on a 11 days Morocco tour recently with our wonderful tour guide Stephen W. He was very detailed & responsible which made the trip more pleasant. I must say it was a very packed and tiring trip with long bus rides. Overall the food was as good as it could be consider we were in Africa. Thank you for your hard work Stephen!

Participate in Spain and Portugal for twelve days (2023-9-24 to 2023-10-5)
We can choose the travel destination and departure date, but we cannot choose a professional tour leader. Unfortunately, I met Tony P. His "unprofessional service attitude" made the group members complain!

1. The tour leader ignores whether the elders can keep up with the pace
Most of the group members are retired people, and some need to use handcuffs to walk. The group leader leads the way every day, regardless of the silver-haired people chasing after him. We are meant to travel happily, not in pain! The last day in Barcelona was free time, and he still hurriedly led us to the city center street. At a 90-degree corner, the tour leader did not stop and wait for the group members who were lagging behind. As a result, the elderly people behind him walked straight and almost got lost. The elderly group members told us angrily.

2. A professional tour leader should be biliterate and trilingual, but he only likes to speak Cantonese
Some of our group members are from Taiwan or were born in Canada. His Mandarin is only 10% understood by others, and his English explanation is even worse. Every time the tour bus stopped, he would only tell in Cantonese the time and place where he would get on the bus in a few minutes. The Taiwanese group members would always ask others in a hurry to get the message clearly. I once asked about the time and place again, but he became impatient and unfriendly. He asked me to ask the Canadian-born people next to me if my ability to listen to Cantonese is worse than theirs.
In addition to using Cantonese, why can't he announce the time and place of getting on and off the bus in English? The Taiwanese groupmate laughed and said: I understand English!

3. The tour leader ignores requests from group members
The day before our return trip, Air Canada informed us that the flight would take off three hours later. Several group members requested not to arrive at the airport early. The tour leader insisted on departing from the hotel to the airport at 8 a.m. (a 40-minute drive) and asked us to wait at the airport until 3 p.m. At that time, everyone was very tired.

4. The tour leader selectively distributes Air Canada food coupons
When Air Canada arrived three hours late, each group member had a 15-euro meal coupon, but we didn’t. Where did the total 30 euro meal vouchers go? An eternal mystery!
One group member said: He has received the tip and will not pay attention to us anymore.

5. We were abandoned on a strange street
We did not participate in the Spanish Flamenco Dance show and dinner (at our own expense). Before the tour bus arrived at the performance venue, the tour leader said that we would stop at a Chinese restaurant. I asked the driver if I could ask the driver to take us back to the hotel. He said No, because it’s a long way (actually it’s only 20 minutes away). So, we walked into the Chinese restaurant and were told that the meal period was over and there was no food available. We walked down the street and saw no other restaurants or shops. What were we going to have for dinner? A group member commented: Because we didn’t let him earn commission, he treated us like this.

6. Other itinerary arrangements, hotels and meals
The whole trip was in a hurry. The hotel started serving breakfast at seven o'clock and we had to drive at eight o'clock. Knowing that there are other groups using the restaurant, or waiting for the elevator to go back to the room to pick up luggage at the same time, waking up every day feels like going to war.

Many hotels are only three-star and do not provide drinking water, not even a bottle for boiling water, and you have to pay for a safe. The elderly have to take medicine or wake up in the middle of the night without water to drink.

Meal is average, can't have expectations.

We just finished the 11 day tour to Morocco on 10/24/2023. Our trip was blessed with an excellent professional tour guide Stephen Wong, good weather, and a super friendly group. The excitement started well before the tour with the setting up of a whatsapp group by Stephen. There were ongoing chats, clarification notes and photos to inform and answer all our questions on dietary preference, weather, luggage, the airport meeting area, local currency, phone data card etc. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, patient and attention to details. His Assistant Mathew, the local tour guide, Syed, his assistant Hassan and driver Abdula all took good care of everyone along the way, making it an unforgettable journey. The tour’s itinerary was thoughtfully designed. We visited 8 out of 9 UNESCO sites and the camel ride in the Sahara desert was the highlight of our tour. The hidden sun came back out from the clouds at the last minute to celebrate with us as the "Grand Finale" of the day. What a memorable and valuable moment. The whole group got along well, celebrated 2 birthdays, shared the pictures, the fun, the laughter and became friends at the end of the trip. Thank you Stephen and everyone. We will definitely travel with GOGO Tour again!

I recently joined the October 24,2023 Morocco tour and it was a wonderful experience arranged by GoGo Tours. Our tour guide Stephen Wong took great care of our group and was very professional, welcoming and friendly. His assistant Matthew was also very caring and sincere. I had a very enjoyable time and highly recommend GoGo Tours!

Had a tour booked to go to Israel, Egypt, Jordan. Due to the war in Israel, we are not supposed to go. But Gogo tour changed the itinerary and is forcing us to go to Egypt and Jordan, even though it’s not the itinerary we signed up for. Didn’t offer credit or full refund. All the people on this tour were concerned about safety but they didn’t allow us to make changes. Stay far away from this company! The company is not interested in customer safety but just profit.

Superb customer service, great tours, reasonable pricing. Tour guides are very genuine and friendly. Highly recommend them.

I would like to withdraw my previous posting of GoGo Tours Ltd.as they have now resolved the issue amicably with its customers.

The overall arrangements are very attentive and thoughtful. Before departure, there were pictures and videos explaining how to get to the downtown airport. The tour leader Sindy is very professional. I took good care of everyone along the way, and helped everyone take photos and group photos frequently. It turned out that I finally made a video to show everyone's happy moments along the way. It was so heartwarming.

We just finished the tour to Morocco 10-24 to 11- 3 and I must say it was an unforgettable journey.
The tour’s itinerary was thoughtfully curated. We visited 8 out of 9 UNESCO sites and tried different kinds of Tagines. Our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Stephen Wong, was a true gem. His genuine care and consideration for the group made everyday a fun, safe and exciting day! Also, guide-to-be Matthew, was very friendly and helpful. The whole group got along well and became friends at the end of the trip. Will definitely go with GOGO again!

GoGo Tours is a wonderful tour company that provides excellent and well thought out itineraries. I recently went on the Morocco trip on Oct 24 and it was a highly enjoyable experience. We have just finished a 11-day tour and I would say that I have seen all the beautiful areas of Morocco, the big cities, the gorges, the mountains, the desert and the sea. Sindy Shen was a spectacular tour leader for our party of 20, she took care of our needs and very patient througout the tour. Our driver was kind and professional, his driving was top notch. We had such an amazing time and would definitely recommend the tour to others!

I just came back from Morocco two days ago, and this time I participated in the eleven-day Morocco tour group (10/24-11/3) organized by GoGo Tours. The accommodation was first-class throughout and the scenery was stunning, making it an unforgettable trip. The most important thing is that we met a top professional and good tour leader Stephen Wong. Under his careful care, detailed explanations and wise words, all our group members got along well with each other throughout the trip, full of laughter and fun together. Very happy. Just came back from (Oct. 15 to 25) Morocco tour. Was very impressed again with our tour leader Steve Chan, whom we enjoyed his leadership to Balkans in 2019. He is absolutely indispensable, attentive and with phenomenal professionalism. Have no hesitation to refer to our friends.

Just returned home from Morocco. This is our third trip with GoGo Tour. I rate them as excellent value. In addition to reasonable prices, the tour leaders are also very professional. Compared with other companies, the prices, services, hotels, tour buses and catering they provide are absolutely high-quality. In order to meet the needs of tourists, the itinerary is relatively urgent, but some participants think it is not enough. All in all, for the reasonable price we paid, the treatment we received was well worth it. I believe we will definitely continue to attend other events they hold!
Another thing I should mention again is our tour leader Steve Chan. During the journey of more than ten days, he took very good care of us, especially when he arrived at Casablanca on the first day, he had already injured his heel, but he He still did everything he could to take care of us, and he was even more friendly to us, the older participants. The most rare thing was that all 46 of us participated. His evaluation was professional, honest and attentive. Thank you again to GoGo tour company for arranging Steve to be our tour guide!
