I recently visited this massage place, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The massage itself was subpar, and what added to the disappointment was the receptionist’s extremely rude behavior. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, they insisted on a mandatory tip, creating an uncomfortable situation.
Moreover, the receptionist seemed indifferent and sarcastic, as if providing basic services like direct billing insurance was a favor. I encountered difficulties scheduling an appointment due to unanswered calls and overall unprofessionalism. The facility itself was lacking in comfort and cleanliness, with thin walls amplifying outside noise. This place fell short in providing the relaxation and quality service one expects from a massage establishment. I hope these issues can be addressed for the benefit of future customers.

A wonderful place for a professional massage, the front desk girl Beca was nice and helpful. I will be there again

Great service. Priced right, and the staff are both professional and knowledgeable. Deep tissue massage and understands.how to target problem areas.
