I absolutely love this store. It is run by the sweetest and most helpful family. The owner took his time to show me every vintage ring they had and replaced the gem a with a crystal to make it to my likely. Had a gold ring resized larger. Ever since, the bottom of the ring has a permanent discoloured stain and it leaves dark marks on my skin only where it was resized.

Ok, just to add to my review, I recently brought in my white gold wedding set and wanted to keep my same diamonds, but make them in a yellow gold ring. Not only are they soooo beautiful but the gold is so heavy, solid and thick! My rings are stunning and I’m more in love than ever! The owner was great and patient at working to find the right size and letting me try on a few until we got the right fit. The work looks great and was incredibly fast (could have been same day if I could have made it back, but I had plans later on). They cleaned my ring as well and it’s just like new. Came in to fix my broken gold necklace, less than 2 hours later it was ready! My necklace was fixed perfectly, like nothing had ever happened and for only $25! They were so polite, customer experience is defiantly their priority. Most places I have gone to have told me that it would have been a couple days before it was ready, not this place! If I ever need my jewelry fixed again I will defiantly go back go them.

The staff are very friendly and obliging. They recently made a small repair to a silver chain clasp and cleaned the chain for me. There was no charge and the repair was properly done. Great experience. I would go back for repairs or purchase in future

What a fantastic experience! I brought some scrap 24k gold in to them to melt and build a custom wedding band for me. A cool manly thick hammered design that iv wanted for a while. They were all super welcoming, super honest. Weighed it in front of me to show me what I had. Melted it down in front of me and weighed it again. Made me feel like I was part of the process. Was really cool. I left to let them build the ring and it was ready 2 hours later! Amazing! I literally walked in off the street with a bag of scrap gold and had a finished product 2 hours later. I won't go anywhere else for my goldsmith wants or any jewellery needs. I wish I could find a mechanic this honest and fast. Great family run business and cheaper then the other shops I talked to previously. Guys, thanks a bunch I'll be back

So helpful and easy going. Resizing my ring is less than 30 minutes. Was a very thin ring so I was worried they couldn't do it but they did an amazing job and I can't even tell where they cut!
