We went in on Friday (10.06.23) and placed an order. When ordering I politely explained that I had a seafood allergy – specifically, shrimp, crab and lobster. And I asked that a fresh pan be used, because even the oil or any remnants will cause cross-contamination. The lady taking my order understood and went into the kitchen for a moment and returned. I assumed she was speaking to the cook. She took my money, and we waited a short time for the food to be made.
I ended up being HOSPITALIZED for 10 HOURS, after I called 911 for immediate assistance. I literally couldn't breath and felt like I was dying. I am not being overly dramatic. Unless you know, you don't know.
This is a WORD OF WARNING. If you suffer from ANY FOOD ALLERGIES avoid this place.
Portions are huge and the meal is quite satisfying. I get stuff from here quite often and then eat the cold noodles afterwards because God knows who can finish their portion size in a sitting. Was also pleasantly surprised by the pakoras. Manchurian noodle and the seafood fried rice are my favorites.
Great food. We have tried wings some combos and soups multiple times. We always end up getting chicken hot n sour which is amazing. Their service is good. Highly recommend
I have such a great experience trying different dishes @ Golden Asian weather I eat in or take out and have interudocuse a great number of people to eat there and they love it, recently a relative visited me from Trinidad and keeps wanting to eat there regularly, I highly recommend this restaurant which also have great prices and friendly owners.
Amazing Food, Great service.not long wait times & you can sit & have a h Beer while u wait for your food to be prepared, Or go shopping around the few amenities that are close by such as. Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, & not to far off down the street is a Walmart on Islington south of the 401. Lots of parking as well & plenty of gas stations in the immediate vicinity.
