Dalia is such an angel! I have been going to her for over a year now for various reasons and I cannot recommend her enough! Besides being a sweetheart, she has always offered me her best services with the utmost professionalism. Most importantly in my opinion, she is extremely trustworthy. Not only do I know I can go to her for any aesthetic service or issue and she will present me with the best, most appropriate service and/or solution, but I also noticed early on that she never goes back on her word and is consistent to a T. If she gives me an estimated price for something one day, she will give me the same estimated price the next day. If she tells me one thing one day, she will tell me the same thing the next day - and that goes for everything. She will never go back on her word or pull out a million excuses or lie or pretend or be fake, because she is so genuine and, as previously mentioned, trustworthy. It may sound weird, but I feel at peace and safe going to her because I know she is not trying to scam or milk me for money. In fact, I even know she is looking out for me. She is looking out for all of her patients, because she genuinely cares and genuinely wants to offer us what’s best for us. The beauty industry is so sick and twisted nowadays, it’s beyond disheartening: beauty clinics shove an insane amount of procedures that are all types of wrong down patients’ throats. They do not care what they sell you nor at what EXORBITANTLY inflated price they do so, as long as 1) they keep selling you severely overpriced stuff, 2) they keep you coming back, and 3) they keep making money off of you. The beauty industry sees each one of us as cash cows and they want to milk us dry. This includes those claiming to “know better” and acting all superior because they have whatever relationship to the medical field. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but 99.99% of those in the beauty industry do not care about you as an individual, and they definitely do not have your health, let alone a single best interest of yours, at heart. That other 0.01% is already an unthinkable find, and living in a city like Ottawa only further cements the task as mission impossible. Finding Dalia has been the biggest stroke of luck to me and I cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot reply to comments, but I’d like to specify something to the person who gave her a 1 star rating: I find the implication that she has “ghosted” extremely unfair. The reason she has not been replying is that she has taken well-deserved time off. I am more than certain she will be responding in a timely fashion upon her return to the clinic. If I can be perfectly frank on the issue of the fillers and with ALL due respect, spontaneity is absolutely NOT of the essence when it comes to such procedures, as opposed to careful consideration and research. As normalized as they have become, fillers are not a procedure one should ever be spontaneous about as they are more serious than we are lead to believe nowadays. That being said, I feel for you and I completely understand your discontentment and distress, though I am more than confident this will come to a satisfying resolution for you.

Dalia is truly a gem! She is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure that you will love your treatment.
