Comfort food at its best. Had an enjoyable experience. Ordering was a bit different, having to scan a QR code and placing the order on your phone. However, they did provide a physical menu my senior mother in law to use. Food was great and atmosphere was pleasant. Will go back and try their many other food selection.

I am a regular customer here. Generally speaking with the price, service and variety of the food, this is a decent place to enjoy food with your family with low budget.

Food was alright. I don't think there is much service as you order from the phone. The waitress only brings you utensils, your food and the bill.

Clean restaurant with decent HK cafe options! Has a robo server which is pretty cool.milk tea could be better though!

I like to come here. The staff is friendly. My kids love the robot server. The food is decent. The environment is nice and clean. Price is reasonable. It’s also fast and not too busy.

We haven't been at this place for a long time as they are packed all the time. So we try our luck with late lunch. We got lucky to be seated as soon as we entered the restaurant.

The ordering system is not that great with the QR code order system. It might be good for youngsters. If you need to make changes to your order, it is not fully enabled / covered.

Each combo is around $15-20, which comes with a soup, main rice or noodle dish and a drink (for me will always be hot milktea). Fair portion and quality is mostly above other restaurants (茶餐廳) standard.

It cannot go wrong with their dishes, won't be disappointed with their portion.

I had the Portuguese chicken baked rice. At first it was set of a good aroma and the sauce consistency was great. But I think they used something different to thicken their sauce. Even when it was still steamy hot, the sauce was thick already.

Also one thing to remember, if you like medium steak, you must tell medium raw steak instead. We asked for (三成熟 and gave us 五成熟).

The good thing about this restaurant, they made a fresh one!

Food is pretty good, and comes pretty quickly. Reasonably priced, and some good deals. Prices have gone up lately

Terrible service. The daily special meals always take way longer to be prepared than any item off the normal menu. Many times I have finished my meal before the second dish even arrives. But today was the worst experience - I came here for lunch and having been here before, I already knew what I wanted. When I flagged the waitress to take my order, she told me I needed to use the QR code as she was very busy. Ok - I scanned the QR code but could not find the item I wanted on the online menu. I called her over again and told her what I wanted, and let her know I could not find it online. Instead of taking my order, she proceeded to go to the cashier, bring me a pen and paper, and told me to write it down. What kind of service is this? I left to go eat somewhere else - if the servers can not be bothered to do their job and take an order, they do not deserve my business.

I ve been one of their regular customers more than 10 years. I never get disappointed by their food and service. Their Manager always ask me about how their food, and they are open to take any compliments either good or bad in order to keep on improving. Before Covid, they have been doing a great job in their cleanliness, and i would like to say they are over all the best compare many other restaurants. The Last but not least, their servers all are very friendly and very efficient, even they are super busy. I highly recommend to all those who likes Hong Kong style Chinese food. Don't forget their daily special and few of their signature Dishes.

A fancy spacious Hong Kong café. Reasonably priced tasty food and drinks. Speedy professional service. Plenty of parking in the plaza. One of our go-to Hong Kong café.

I mostly order take out, from ordering to picking up and payment it has been always smooth. The food would be prepared in short time and the price / quality is reasonable. The daily special has some of our favorite hk style food. It is closer to our home and I do not want to always pay more for the new fancy restaurants.

Ordered the Curry porkchop on rice combo during lunch. The food was much better than other HK style cafes and the servers treated us like family here! I highly recommend

A bit challenging for an old man like me to use QR Code on my cellular phone to view menu and place order. Luckily，waitress came to rescue.

Golden Horse is our go to HK style restaurant. We were looking to try something new today and our server recommended the Baked Crispy Pork Chop in Tomato Sauce with sunny-side up egg (D3 from the All Day Combo menu). The pork chop was very crispy and juicy and sunny side up egg cooked to perfection. Our meal wouldn’t be complete without the crispy pork cutlet on bun and a HK style milk tea. Great food and great service. 一個字，正！

Servers are wearing gloves to serve food, cleaning tables, sweep floor using the same glove.
