Honestly I’m not pleased at all. My lashes didn’t last the weekend. If the tech is inexperienced i would have appreciated being informed considering i had to special events for the weekend and she knew that. I asked for classic but instead got a few clusters on each eye after laying there almost 3 hours. Other people kept walking in and even touching my lashes while she was doing them!? Im a lash tech myself and was in a bind and honestly id never recommend coming here. I paid over $100 for my lashes to not get what i asked for and for 50% of them to fall out before 24 hours. I want my money back.

I have been doing my nails here in the last 4 months and I am absolutely satisfied with their service and quality of job! Chloe does a great job every time! I usually come for refill every 3 weeks (to less than 4weeks) and my nails stay perfectly as it was day one! Highly recommend!

They have a wide range of fashionable and varied false nail designs, helping me to choose the right style for different occasions. I have received many compliments on my false nails and will definitely continue to support this nail salon.

This nail salon is really commendable! I tried the nail art service here and the results exceeded my expectations. The staff showed real artistry when creating unique and edgy nail designs. Totally satisfied

Had a great, relaxing time. My waxing was painless and clean, my nails look natural. Pedicure was great with scrub and massage. Facial was pleasant with great environment. Would have liked to see a hand massage with the manicure and a hot towel. Will definitely return! I loved the people here they were so kind and made my day.

I just got UV powder gel nails done by Chloe, and wow I have never gotten my nails done this well! Super clean and beautiful. She took as much time as she needed to make sure everything was perfect. Amazing service!

I’m disappointed I have to write this but I have been coming here for about 2 years and this is the first time that I have been very dissatisfied with the service. Ever since they changed the name and new management they have some new workers that show attitude/quality isn’t the same. I went in for a French UV gel set yesterday and one of the new girls was working on it. She did one layer of white coat that came out VERY streaky and patchy which she was about to finish and leave me with. I thought she was about to do another layer since it was clearly patchy but she proceeded to finish and then add cuticle oil. I then asked politely if she would be adding an extra layer of white as it was patchy and the lady proceeded to give me attitude and say “why didn’t you say before. ” I told her I thought she would be adding an extra layer. I am upset as I am paying for a service on top of extra for a French manicure set where the professional was being very sloppy and proceeds to give me attitude afterwards for asking if she was going to add an extra layer to even put the patchiness. After this visit this place has really disappointed me as I have never experienced this with the old team.

I did regular manicure and pedicure.
They left lots of skin in my feet.
They left my nails with lots of bubbles when I complianed they were so rude.
Unprofessional service and rude staffs
Never come back again.
Please don’t bring any excuses and explanations for not doing a professional service.
All you did was trying to close half an hour earlier than what it says in your website.

Excellent customer service - friendly, patient and professional employees. First time doing my nail and the lady was very helpful to explain what need to be done and pick what I want. The design is beautiful. For sure to come back for the next time and highly recommended for friends and family.

I was here two weeks ago, and is always availing their service at least once a month. The service is really great and I believe the price is reasonable considering the inflation going on. I go to nail salon once in a month. The one that I used to go was little pricy. But here the staffs are always friendly the service is very good. Also the price is very reasonable and the quality is perfect. This place is definitely my go-to now!

I had an extraordinary experience here today. My manicurist, Donna, was so kind, skilled, and gave me everything I asked for. She exceeded expectations in every regard. It was a priority for her to ensure I was happy with the service. The receptionist was so sweet as well! Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name. She offered beverages at the beginning of the visit and was very pleasant throughout. I don’t live close to this salon, but I will not go anywhere else - this is a testament to the quality of service they provide.

Relaxing and Satisfying, the money was well spent, highly recommend for everyone to come and try out the services on your “Treat-Yourself” occasion!

Jen did an amazing job! I haven’t gone to a salon in a while and this was my best experience so far, they had hot stone massages with the experience and it was super nice.

Wonderful place, great service, sweet ladies and I'm going there as a man just to get the nails done because I get worried of not cutting my feet nails incorrectly and having them grow un balanced lol, but other wise there quick and for men thye charged me $40 both hands and both feet with a Mini massage, would always go back here

Decided to come back to give this place a second chance, they were very kind and the salon is very clean. Jen did a fantastic job with my pedicure and I am very pleased with the experience. I also had a shellac manicure and Joy was very kind, however 3 of my nails already chipped and it has been only 3 days since I had my manicure.

I booked an appointment for 11: 30 and it was 11: 45 and the lady pretended to make me wait even more because she was busy tending another client. Dont book an appointment for certain time then if you dont have people available, this is just Rude. I wont come back.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I came in with my mom; bio-gel/acrylics for myself and a shellac mani and pedi for my mom. I booked the appointments over a month in advance and contacted them a few days prior to confirm that our booking was still in place, which it was. Our appointment was at 5: 30pm and they had 3 workers who were just starting on other people’s manis and pedis. They started on my acrylics approximately at 5: 50pm which was understandable. But, they made my mom wait until past 6: 30pm until finally starting on her shellac pedi. We would have appreciated a call beforehand telling us that they were running behind schedule. When they began applying the polish on my acrylics, I had asked for a design prior to being seated and they confirmed that they would have no trouble reproducing this design. When it really came down to it, the technician struggled and I ended up just choosing a solid colour as I did not want to pay extra for a sloppy design job. I would have rather they just say that they can’t do it instead of lie to me. I only got the acrylics because they told me they could do the design I chose, or else I would have gotten a normal mani. In addition, the polish started chipping the day after my appointment and the length/size of the acrylics on my pinky fingers are very uneven (pictures attached). I do not go to a professional salon for mediocre quality. After my mom was finished her pedicure, the technician “forgot” that she also booked for a shellac mani until my mom asked when they were going to start on her hands. In addition, I requested for Ana as my technician and found out she didn’t work there anymore only after getting seated for my acrylics. You would expect a business to tell you changes like this beforehand. Overall, very unprofessional and the worst nail salon we have been to (and we have been to a lot). PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A DIFFERENT SALON!

I've come here several times now and they always do such an amazing job. Every employee always ensures to follow COVID protocols as well. Last week I visited to get an acrylic refill and they did such an amazing job of recreating the design I showed them, after a week my nails are still perfectly intact! I absolutely love the outcome and the service was fantastic.

Alice was quick, professional, very nice and easily reproduced the picture I showed her. Super happy with my nails and experience!

As a male client there was no awkwardness. Very professional and high quality. Received the pedicure spa with hot stone massage. Simply wow. Joy is very skilled, does not rush, and is kind. My new go to location for mani and pedi.

I had a Pedicure with Vivian & a Biogel with Rita. I had an awesome experience there. Rita is intuitive and talented, Vivian was meticulous.both knew what they were doing. The place is really clean & organised.

Lina was INCREDIBLE! The entire service was soothing, efficient and meticulous with detail. I received the shellac manicure and it was wonderful. The entire salon had made sure to have a clean, covid friendly environment set up to ensure the employees and patrons felt safe. Lina was kind, attentive to detail and overall a pleasure! Anna did such a beautiful job on my new set of bio gel nails with tips. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did them exactly like it and perfectly! She was so sweet and kind. I had a great experience and I will definitely become a regular!

I have been looking for a good nail place for years, and I haven’t found one until I walked into Golden Leaf Nails & Spa! The staff is kind and professional, the atmosphere is clean, and I always leave so happy with my nails! The staff here recommended dipping powder and it worked wonders on my nails, since they have been very brittle my entire life. I also get pedicures here (which include an amazing hot stone massage!) You always leave feeling so pampered because of the royal treatment that you receive. I would definitely recommend this place 100%!

I went here for the first time to get pedi and power dip nails and they took their time and did very well! I cannot stop looking at my nails! Definitely recommend!

Avoid going to this place.worst experience ever. They charge a lot and the quality is very bad. All your nails will chip after one week.
They all laugh at you and talk in their own language which is very unprofessional.

I asked for shellac and she finished removing old color and adding a new color in 30 minutes just because she did not take her time to properly color my nails and make sure they all look a like with a smooth surface. My nails have bump and some of them bubble. I have never had a bad experience. This Nail salon.was one of the worst I tried. I told the lady this is not okay are you sure you are doing it the right way? She said yes and kept doing it the same way! I do not recommend going here. Don't waste your money.

Anna my nail technician provided me with a relaxing pedicure and a beautiful manicure done with powder gel which is very hard to find in the Richmond Hill area. I’m very picky with my nails, but I was happy after my experience, I will keep on returning to see Anna. Thank you Golden Leaf!

I never thought I’d be writing a bad review, in fact this is my first one ever but my experience was just so bad. Let me begin with the fact that I have been to this place multiple times, and the service was pretty good. I wish I remembered this one lady’s name as she was just amazing. Went above and beyond with my nails.

Now, for my most recent experience about two days ago. My friend and I walked into the salon without an appointment around 3: 30. We were both fine with waiting and didn’t expect to be taken right away. One of the ladies greeted us and said the wait would be 20 mins, which is no problem. There was only 2 people working. We ended up waiting a bit over an hour. Might I mention that while we were waiting other people came in and the wait time for them was going to be 40 mins so they opted to come back in an hour. The lady is half way through my nails, rushing like crazy and not doing half the things included in a shellac manicure which I recieved previous times. The other people came back and were sitting there nagging her since it had been over an hour and she was still working on my nails. This lady consistently LIED to clients about the wait time and blamed it on the fact that she was understaffed and can not rush previous clients nails (which she did anyways). My nails surprisingly came out fine but I still was not happy with waiting an hour and paying for a shellac manicure when I essentially got a colour change.

As I previously mentioned, I came in with a friend. She was getting an Acrylic refill. The lady doing her nails was filing them down so much that my friend was practically in tears from the heat of the friction, even after telling the lady multiple times that it was too much. The lady continued to take over an hour to do the refill. The nails ended up CROOKED and LUMPY everywhere. I had never seen someone do such a bad job. At this point we were there for over 2 hours. My friend asked for regular polish mutiple times but the lady didn’t speak any english so she ended up doing shellac. (we just wanted to go home at this point so we went along with it). After spending 30 mins applying 2 coats she realized that the colour didn’t fully cure on every single nail, and spent another 30 mins filling it off. At this point we were there for 3 hours and decided to leave because we had things to do and her nails were so crooked that colour would not fix it. The lady who spoke english kept insisting that we continue and blamed the crookedness on the fact that they didn’t have ample time to finish the nails. (they had over 2 hrs?) My friends cuticles were so red they were almost bleeding from the heat of the filing machine.

I paid for my nails and brought up the fact that it was rushed and that we waited over an hour even though she said it would be 20 mins. The lady said that she was understaffed, as if that is my fault, or an excuse to lie about the wait time. She would not take responsibility for anything or even accept the fact that she lied and essentially made it sound like my fault. I was totoally shocked by this experience and will definitely not be coming back to this salon.

I am SO happy with my service! Ivy is amazing. She did and knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was very kind. She was patient, listened to what I wanted and delivered! I’m so happy I found my new go-to nail salon!

I absolutely love this nail salon.went for the first time two weeks ago and got a full set with gel polish and a pedicure and EMILY did an AMAZING JOB! She took her time and she polishes extremely NEAT! The owner was so nice to my two children that were with me and that made me happy This is now my new nail salon! Love this place! ️️️

One of the best Nail & Spa places I have ever been to!
I was able to get a 1 hour full body massage within 20 mins of calling to ask if they had any availability for the day:) Ivy was incredible, and she really helped to relieve a lot of my back & neck pain. She also gave me a trial- free 5 mins of hot stone massage on my back when I told her I was considering trying it another time, because I wasn't sure how it would feel. It was amazing! After that, I got a regular manicure & pedicure done and I was extremely satisfied with the service & results. All the staff were very kind, polite & welcoming. This place is a hidden gem, and I will be definitely be back, and will be recommending it to all my friends & family!:)

If i could give this place and their services a zero star i would do it. I never thought i would be one of those people who posts such reviews, but i just cant not to. I want to warn every single person who would see it PLEASE DONT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR NAILS! Take a close look at what they did to me! I think the lady name was Anna, it took her 2.5 hours to do such a disaster. She wouldnt let me go, asking not to post this, but honestly i worry more for my nails health and yours ladies. I gave her money so she could let me go, but i think they must pay me for fixing my nails after this. The products they using are not good, ive got allergy reaction on my fingers. She wanted me to dry my nails under uv lamp, but i was doing the powder dipping, and people who do it know that the powder dries without the uv. They dont know what they doing, and dont care about their customers.

I've been here a few times now and love this place. The atmosphere is calm and everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I've been seeing Anna the last few times and let me just say, she has yet to let me down. The first time I came in, she gave me recommendations based on what I had on previously and helped me decide when I was unable to make up my mind. She's very gentle and shapes my nails perfectly! I was solely an acrylics gal before, and before that, a whole variety of mediums but when I came in looking to fill my acrylics, Anna suggested I do dipping; it's faster and better for your nails. I've been dipping ever since. I've met Ivy a few times while I'm getting my nails done and she's super kind and so easy to talk to. It's like getting nails done with gal pals. I highly recommend this place even if you only plan on coming the one time. They are, as I said before, so kind, and will make your experience worthwhile. (Obviously if you live really far away, don't trek all the way up-town, unless you happen to be in the area)
