Bad customer service seems as though they dont thoroughly check there vehicles before selling bought a vehicle shortly after charging lights came on plus hub bearing noise and weak struts buyers beware.

I bought an SUV Volks Wagen Tiguan 2010 from this dealership 2 years ago I never had any issue only change oil and nothing else they helped me with price and selection and warranty I never find cheaper price or better quality or service than them they all honest I will always ho back and buy from them and refer all my friends and family thanks so much golden millennium

They are very good crook in this business, so stay far away from them.they agree to fix the fault you highlighted during test drive and after that you are running after them and they will keep you calling day, putting you on wait for whole day, and by the end of day they will handover you car with same faults with zero improvement, this will keep happening with you until you get tired.

I purchased a car from here. In the beginning, the sales guy Muhammed seemed nice. Then once money exchanged, trouble. Had to bring in the car multiple times, despite paying for it to be certified. Had to call multiple times to get basic documentation. They do not honour the 30 day coverage. They will instead delay. Be sure to get a mechanic to come with you to check the car. I was missing a keyhole on passenger side. When I came back, stating that it should not have even passed due to that, it had to be multiple times. They tried to minimize the issue. With persistence, it was fixed. But never again will I purchase or even recommend anyone to go there. Most who have purchased seemed to not have paid extra to certify their purchase. I did, and was still left unsatisfied. Worse, the sales guy tried to dump his problems to avoid getting the job done with fixing the car. Another thing that I found disgusting was that they would make an appointment with you to fix the problem, only to go there and be told that the mechanic is not available to fix it and to come back. It was having to threaten having a 3rd party look into Golden Millennium not honouring their 30 day warranty, that they took it a little more seriously. Again, disgusting service. Never again. Will not refer anyone! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Stopped here with a friend to look at some cars. From the moment we walked on the lot, we were greeted by Gamal and he made sure we were looked after. Any questions we had, he answered as best and as straight forward as he could. After reading the reviews, I asked who George was and he said he no longer worked there. A part of me was relieved. I think people forget that they're buying old cars and expect a brand new one. We didn't end buying anything because they didn't have what my friend was looking for but we'll be checking back in. Ask for Gamal when you go in, he will make sure you get the best service! Thanks guys!

DO NOT BUY ANY VEHECLES FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE BIG CROOKS, DO NOT TRUST THIS SALES GUY GOERGE. I personally do not like to do descriminate people.but the same way I dont want people getting caught to crooks like this.they sold a car to me a few days ago.not even a day later the engine light came up.finally we had to take it a mechanic that we know, he said they had cleared the light before seling it.also they lost the ownership of the vehicle and i had to pay for THEIR LOST OWNERSHIP and also the other cost.which was not my expence i had to cover the cost for their expencess as well.and more over goerge was arguing with us like a cheap man, i didnt want to get to his level of humanity, i walked out of the shop as i was very upset with the whole deal. Very cheap people.and dam bloody crooks. Think twince before anyone could go TO this this place, its for your own good.

Very good prices, after sale customer service, very flex management, if u have any problem just try to talk with the manager as he is a very flex person, personal experience

Golden. M has 2 options, to buy as is or to buy certified. In my opinion, no body can grantee a car even the mechanic.
So it is very simple, just buy a certified car and this will grantee the car condition
