Been a customer for BINGO since they opened in early 1980s. Still have Bingo but added slots and since I just moved back to Buffalo after 8yrs in Vegas, now I have another spot to enjoy!
Never will return to this bingo hall ever again. The lack of respect Christine the minimum wage bingo caller has for others is absolutely mind boggling. Staff at this location has absolutely no idea what is going on. They either haven’t finished high-school or just can’t do simple math, either or, take your money to delta where they encourage you to have a great time! Money well spent at any other location besides the golden nugget, it will be funny to see what Christine and the other staff will do when they close, what other minimum wage job they will go to.
Everything was nice except the caller, Dave, calls way too fast! Didn’t even have time to look for the pattern needed for bingo! Or drink my pop. Came to enjoy myself and found I was more stressed when I left.
Great staff, fun place to be, clean, ample parking, wish 10 pm bingo was every evening but i think it will get there again (crossing my fingers.it got 4 out of 5 because i want to win more. Lol.
Some grumpy old man that works there had to hunt me down in the casino and harass me about my parking job even though the parking lot was completely empty otherwise and the size of three football fields guys clearly got nothing better to do or hates his job
Pointless unless you like bingo. Staff was nice enough to lose $40 in3mins on slot machines that are impossible to understand. I guess I like the old style games better
Runners were EXTREMELY MISERABLE on the night we went. It was busy but there was no reason to be nasty! Otherwise the place is clean including bathrooms.
Michelle Mead complained 6-months ago about the same winners winning. It's true. The response from Golden Nugget confirmed winning is favoring people that buy a lot of boards on electronic and paper. This is my complaint too! There is no chance to win unless you want to max everything out and pay hundreds of dollars to do so! Nugget lowered all their prizes dramatically, more than once. Can you imagine splitting a $50 2-line. I go every week, spend $70 per session, often staying 2 sessions, and many weeks go by without winning anything. Most winners are those maxing out and win repeatedly; probably using their winnings to max out again. I use to go much more often. Now my friends won't even go, they are so disgusted. Many go to the casino instead. What happened to the bingo that seniors, and others, can afford to go to? Nugget has lost half of their customers because of the changes made. Instead of adding more stupid new games, or sessions to increase income, that people don't want, they should have sessions where no electronics are played to give others a fair chance. They should bring back prize amounts and the Golden Ball. They would then gain back customers, and their reputation. What I hear a lot from people is Nugget = Corporate Greed.
