Goldengate Apartments

As a long time resident, I can say this properties are very well maintain. Management and cleaning staff is very approachable and understanding. Any problems are fixed quickly, Overall this is nice place to live.

I love my place. The prices could be a bit friendlier, but that is a federal issue.
The staff is wonderful, helpful, and any issues are promptly solved.

I have lived in these buildings for 3 years and the experience was always pleasant, very clean and the maintenance services always attentive to their work.

I came to live at 1780 Eglinton Ave. East in Dec 2016, shortly after that Veneer became our New Super and his wife Beth started to work in the Front Office.

Those 2 people have been so
nice and friendly to me. Always smiling and very cordial.

I feel very comfortable speaking with Beth whenever I went to the Office. I find she listens then provides the appropriate answer.

I can honestly say I have never seen Veneer upset or angy. You could see he loves his job

Unfortunately, I will be leaving this complex in a few weeks to be be closer.to my daughter and her famiily.

I wish Veneer and his wife All the best for Holiday Season and a Properous 2024.

This apartment building doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! I wouldn’t advise NO ONE to think about renting at 1540 Victoria Park Avenue, very poor management, the rent is high and the standards of the place is below mediocre, the lobby is nasty and smelly, besides the elevators not always working properly, they’re nasty and not disinfected daily. After a hard day of work having to come home to take the stairs which is also nasty! They’re not strict with pet owners, for weeks there’s been dog pee on the stair case (tracked from the 3rd to 6th floor), pet hairs in the washers and dryers ALL THE TIME, it’s unfair for those of us who don’t own pets! The cameras around the buildings doesn’t seem to be working because there’s lots of stealing going on, myself and my neighbours have complained about missing packages. The apartments are out dated, you can smell the stench from the pipes when the faucet is turned on, the place is now big infected and it seems to be getting worst, They only do cheap labour when tenants complain so the issues are never fixed! The ladies in the office at 1790 are just idiots and can never help with any situation! The gym is never being disinfected, I’ve watched the cleaners come in there just to put a small bottle of hand sanitizer and walk out! Whoever manages this place is solely in it just for the money and doesn’t care at all about the tenants and the issues that needs to be fixed!

I loved the apartment. Their service quality is excellent. Staffs are really helpful. I would highly recommend this place Oxford owned property.

1780 has a huge cockroach problem and when brought up to office they act surprised even though they know which apartments are infested. There are cockroaches everyday in the halls, garbage room and laundry room. Landscaping is ALWAYS done in the morning and wakes everyone up.
The super at 1790 Ronie was fired for looking into a tenants window on an evening.
In all, when something has to be repaired the building is speedy, but everything else I think they need professional help.

Edit- now the building is infested with mice. Do not more here. We are paying over 2000 for mice!

The most frustrating visitor parking! For the 4 complexes you have? !? Found out that tenants park in visitors? Really? And they expect you to park across the street in a plaza? Disappointing. If I can give zero stars I would.
Not a selling feature to live here if you have guests that want to come by.

I was evicted because they couldn't wait two weeks. I had pest control there 12 times in 6 years. Ever since new management took over it went down hill.

I lost power to half my kitchen when the electrician took off the plate cover roaches flooded out I never had a chance. I also know that there is a class action in the works. But karma is coming

I stayed in this apartment for last 4 years, really I didn’t see such a quick turnaround for service calls anywhere. I appreciate 310-MAXX representatives for their appropriate and timely updates. Especially Sylvia from leasing office helped a lot during the move, very friendly and supportive all the time.

I and my Fiancée had an amazing time touring this condominium with Silvia and though we didn’t find what we were looking for Silvia made the whole experience fun. She is the most kind and gentle soul and it was great chatting with her. Definitely a 10/10 service
