I heard the male waiter told a customer that changing table after sitting is NOT ALLOWED. How rude and ridiculous! The elderly customer got a table by the entrance. He took his own tea and utensils just to change to a better seat with less blowing wind. Goldsor, your male waiter needs to provide better service than this.

The taste is on the strong side, the service is okay, and the seats are too narrow. I ordered the chicken chop sizzling meal. Fortunately, my friends who were traveling with me ordered other dishes. After I got home, I had vomiting and diarrhea. I vomited twice and had diarrhea several times. It was very hard. I didn't eat any other food that day because the set meal was already so filling. I won't come back to this place again. I'm very scared.

HK Milk tea was ok. In the middle between good and bad. Tea came out warm instead of hot, and black tea was not strong enough.

Satay beef vermicelli soup base was very good. Real satay taste. But the beef has not been marinated enough, resulting in non tender meat.

The service is good, the milk tea is good, the fried chicken chop is so-so, but the most disappointing thing is the breakfast with double eggs, there is only one egg

I have always loved afternoon tea in Jinsha called Gillette Pork Chop and French Fries. It is as big as covering 3/4 plate, but after two tries, it has become much thinner and only covers 1/2. As a kitchen, I must know that the important part of Jizhu yesterday Deep frying is harder than my life, and my wife’s Gillette fish is served at the same time, and the heat of the Gillette fish is just juicy. If the two are put into the oil oven at the same time, there is no reason that the pork is so cooked, and the pork chop must be more hot. I I understand that business is hard to do, but Jinsha has a lot of price increases. If hea reduces the price, don’t increase the price. I don’t mind the price increase, but please maintain the quality. No customer wants to eat a stone.

Fairly mediocre HK cafe. Some good value on the daily specials. Default hot tea smelled pretty strong of chlorine (like pool water). That was pretty disgusting as I saw other people around us drinking theirs. The HK Milk Tea was fine.

The mandarin speaking lady was extremely rude. If she doesnt like serving customers than she should find a new job. She was frowning from start to end, and just toss the fork on the table when she was setting down utensils.

Very bad experience, we ordered spaghetti for takeout. There is very little source and no taste at all. We asked them to try to taste it, they did not want to. This is not good. Will not go anymore.

Dined in with kids during the weekend, found out a rusted screw in the Spagetti. Luckily no one swallowed it, but what if. It is very dangerous and totally unacceptable!

We reported it to the restaurant right away, their response was really ignoring. They only took back the Spagetti without explanation. Stay away with this place if you want to be alive!

This is a hidden gem in the Times Square Plaza. It is cash only so be aware of that. I think it has an eclectic menu as it offers things like borscht. I ordered the vegetable curry for lunch, which was excellent. The portion was generous, the curry was tasty and the tofu placed on the top was perfectly fried. The restaurant was quite busy so I think that's a testament to the quality of their food. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Traditional HK style fast food restaurant. Ordered two afternoon 3-6pm happy meals. Dishes are quite big that we barely finish. But my son ordered a regular meal and came in a huge dish with bread, soup and drink and he can only finish half. LOL.

Pretty good pork chop rice. Good quality meat and rice is fried. Their milk tea was good. I would go back again.

I have been coming here for many years. I especially like their afternoon tea combo which they serve until 6 pm. I come here for early dinners occasionally. Their wings and fries basket and chicken and ham pasta are two of my faves. Each under $10 and come with a drink! Definitely worth checking out.

Been coming to this place for YEARS. I might even say it's been over a decade. Quality has maintained. Service is quick and efficient. Food portion is great.

Food is passable, but there was no sign at the door indicating this place is "cash only. " They wouldn't take debit. No option to pay extra if using card or debit like with other Chinese restaurants. When we were digging through our belongings to come up with the payment, the servers were snickering in the background saying we can do the dishes if we don't have enough, as if we didn't understand. Talk about disrespectful and unprofessional.

Great price and food quality for Hong Kong style western food, my favourite place for lunch during work time. Definitely worth to try their steak on hot metal plate.

Just okay. The food was pretty good, staff aren't that friendly. My elderly mother tipped 50 cents under 15% and the server scolded us. It was an honest mistake. I felt that was unprofessional. She made my mom feel really embarrassed.

Good food. Affordable without price hike. Too bad that they don't serve dinner hours and close early at 7pm because they are unable to hire staff for night shift. Last call is 6: 15pm. Highly recommend
