Dr Alex was very helpful and genuine in examining my pet and concerns I had regarding my pet's health. This clinic has very friendly staff and a great vibe for pets. This was my first visit and feel comfortable to bring my pet in again if I need to. There's always a hesitation in finding the right clinic for your pet and this place definitely seems to be the right one for mine.

Awesome the best place to take your pets. Kind and warm staff and always great with my fur babies.

Things were going downhill with the clinic until recent changes in staff. The two young technicians that saw our Chihuahua this visit were so kind and took great care and understanding in their job. That is why we came to Golf Glen Vet 10 years ago. We were not happy with our previous visit a couple of months ago because a former technician was very unpleasant and abrasive.

We have had the most wonderful experience at Golf Glen Veterinary Clinic with both of our cats. Every person we speak to is attentive, helpful, and so good with our fur babies. We can’t recommend this clinic enough!

The staff at the clinic are very friendly and quick. Dr. Redhill is very thorough and informative and really cares and loves the animals.

I took my cat in for her annual check up. Met a lovely doctor who was so patient with my cat throughout the exam. I will definitely return.

I had been going to a vet for 14 years but wanted one closer to home in Aurora and so went to Golf Glen vets. The level of care and time taken with me and my animals is superb! Their attention to detail in every aspect of care is excellent. It is the first vet office my doggie loves to go in the door to visit Dr. Chandler. We have a Chow puppy who is quite shy as Chow's tend to be. She is handled with such love and expertise by Dr. Redhill and staff. She is well behaved during her visits and leaves quite happy and ready for her walk at home. She has recently received vaccines and examinations to make sure she is developing properly. We are so happy that after her visits her appetite, bowel movements are normal and no sign of discomfort are observed! The staff at the clinic are also very caring for our aging 14.5 yr.old female Chow. They are incredibly kind and I can call about advice at any time! She has extended her lifespan in the best way because she is treated with such expertise and caring from a staff that realize she is a very dear and precious member of our family. Dr Redhill is amazing!
I went there for a second opinion regarding my 10 year old golden retriever. She had a surgery in the summer of 2020 to remove a small tumour from her lip which turned out to be a malignant melanoma. It started to regrow in the summer of ‘21. Our vet advised to leave it alone as it didn’t seem to be bothering her in any way and that we would re-evaluate if/ when things change. It grew to a point where it was bothering her. She would try to bite at it. Also, it was bleeding frequently down her front which was very upsetting for the family. Our vet refused to do remove it at this point and basically told me she just had a short time left. But this bothersome tumour on her lip which was starting to smell bad from being infected was affecting our time with her.
I saw Dr Redhill for a second opinion. Within 5 minutes of seeing Marlee, she said she would remove it right away! An hour later we picked Marlee up. What a relief! Amazing! The dog is so much happier, I’m no longer contstantly cleaning blood off her fur and the floor! A hundred times thank you to Dr Redhill. This made such an incredible difference to our family, including our beautiful golden girl.

This is my favourite vet facility. What I miss most is being able to attend with my pet during examinations. I like to hear and see, first hand, what problems are found with my pet. How else can I provide the best care AFTER he’s seen the vet?

We have brought 3 cats and our dog to Golf Glen and have found their service to go above and beyond. When we have had emergencies with our cats they help right away which helps give me peace of mind. I’m glad that I have found this veterinary clinic and that Bauer and Sadie have the best care.

Very caring and helpful. Took my maybe pregnant Pomeranian in for a weight ck and there was a larger than norm gain, they suggested X-rays. Surprise! She has one pup. They gave me time and so much info as what to expect in the next week. We were a bit shocked and they were so kind and sent me the first photo of our new baby.

We are so happy with the care my cat is receiving. Dr Baker and all the staff are extremely caring and helpful. They made sure I could get an appointment for my cat at short notice and did and are doing all they can to help us. The doctor even phoned on her day off to check on my cat’s progress. The patience and care we have been shown is very much appreciated.

All of the staff were very polite and professional. Due to the pandemic, we interacted in their parking lot with the same degree of professionalism as prior meetings inside the clinic. I am a new client of Golf Glen veterinary clinic. By "new" I mean about six months. I came to the clinic after a recommendation from a friend. I have a Great Dane and a 14 year old cat who are in Dr. Redhill's care.
I cannot go on enough about the excellent care that they are receiving. Dr. Redhill has taken us in and although I have yet to meet her due to Covid restrictions I have been made to feel like family. My animals are thriving under the care that they are receiving at this clinic.

They have great vet's, who care about the animal. But there prices are eye gouging, considering this is a clinic outside of Toronto. Do your research and ask questions before going.

We use Golf Glen for both our dogs, they love to go. Our puppy Macy has had some trials in the last year and the team at Golf Glen has been with her all the way and we have every confidence our girls get the best care there.

The staff at Golf Glen Veterinary clinic are amazing! I had a concern with my dog they had me bring him in right away dealt with the issue and were so reasonable with the cost. Friendly, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic!

Through regular check ups, questions and concerns, neuter/spay, emergency visits, and putting down our first dog, this vet clinic has been with us through every step of the way. Their vet techs and veterinarians are amazing and treat your pets as if they were their own! They always run on time, take time to answer your questions, and always call to follow up a few days after we come in for an unexpected urgent care. Dr. Chandler has been our primary vet for many years and there is no one else I would want to go to for my dog! Beau absolutely adores her. If you are looking for a vet in York Region, this is the place to go to.

I would like to thank everyone who has been taking care of our kitty Bean ever since she has developed some health issues. Everyone who we have dealt with has been incredibly patient and kind. They always take their time to reply to our concerns and tens of questions that we have. Our primary vet is Dr. Chandler, but we have also been seen by Dr. Riley and Dr. Redhill who have all been very attentive and caring. The care team is also amazing! I highly recommend Golf Glen:)

Just an annual checkup for my senior dog Dolly. All concerns were checked and appropriate advice given. Was disappointed that I could not be in the clinic during the checkup, but full COVID19 precautions and procedures were adhered to. Thanks Dr Redhill and Staff.

Dr. Baer is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to address any issues and comes up with ideas to try to resolve any issues your dog is having. She is caring and takes the time to listen then provide her thoughts and solutions.

Didn’t have a good experience here. I took my cat in for a check up and mostly for blood work. I tried to communicate with the Vetenarian with some questions and concerns and she was very stoic and unresponsive. I received no feedback whatsoever. The cat was taken from me for at least 10 minutes for blood work and all I could hear was loud growling from the next room. I don’t know why he needed to be taken away and why it took so long. When he was returned I was informed they clipped his nails. I didn’t ask for this. I clip his nails at home with no issues. I don’t think he needed the added stress. When I got home the cat smelled like perfume. My husband thought he had had a bath. He didn’t. I could still smell it the next day. I was told that no one wears perfume there. Maybe it was a strong hand soap or scented laundry. Most disappointing was to get a phone call asking to bring the cat back for a redo blood sample. Like I really wanted to go back. I know this clinic has some good reviews but my experience wasn’t great. Sorry.

Our dog hates her visits but the staff always goes over and above to make her as calm and comfortable as possible.
We are contacted promptly with any test results and someone always follow up to see our pup is doing.
