Terry Woods is the man! Ended up breaking a TM Stealth 5 iron so ran the warranty through Golf Town since the irons were originally purchased there. TM ended up sending me a brand new set of Stealth irons but for fear of it happening again and an improvement in my game this year I decided I wanted to upgrade to the new 23’ P-790’s when picking up my new set of Stealth’s. Terry made the process silky smooth and easy and I walked out a very happy customer! Ended up playing my best round yet with my new irons! Highly recommend both irons and Terry!
This golftown location is great. Staff is friendly, clean and always asked by multiple people if i need assistance. They let me hit as many clubs as I want without any upsell pressure. Brad and his team have done a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!
Golftown Vega Blvd location is AMAZING! The coaches are passionate about helping their students succeed in their golf skills. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location!
I had a club head re-glued. The 2 people who were helping me said 2 days. It was not ready when they said it would be and the grip is not lined up with the club head. It's soo bad that a person who doesn't golf would see the misalignment. The club is virtually useless due to the style of grip which is similar to a tear drop to help alignment in your hands finger creases. I will have to get the club reworked. Nothing will ever bring me back here. Spread the work, nobody wants a bad automechanic if you catch my drift. I'm glad the clubs are older and not newer
The staff make this place 5 stars! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and on top of the changes in the game and equipment. They are honest and keep the place looking great. The Golf Tec facility is also 5 stars. Happy to be shopping here.
I have been to this location twice and won't be back again. The first time I went was to find a putting mat and after having to find the wall myself and walking past 2 employees laughing and leaning on a shelf. I waited there for 15 minutes thinking that someone else might come help me but it felt like they couldn't have been bothered. I grabbed the one I wanted and left. Went back again to look for some pre owned drivers and again I saw 3 employees this time chatting by the pro desk looking at the computer and laughing. I looked over and all 3 saw me but didn't even care to ask if I needed help. I only waited 5 more minutes until I decided to never come back to that location. I understand that people are Short staffed but if your gonna hire kids that don't care that's a good way to lose customers.
I recently wrote a review on a bad experience I had with an iron fitting Aug 8/22. I have deleted that review, as the General Manager Brad Stronach contacted me and has addressed my visit. With our conversation, I would be comfortable returning to this location knowing they want to service their customers to the best of their ability
I just went in to GolfTown Mississauga to checkout their Footjoy selection of polos. I ended up purchasing a polo and at the cash the young lady was clearly not in a great mood which is fine but then proceeded to hand me the $100 polo with my receipt and no bag. I’m at a loss for words.
Went in to buy a set of new irons. I am not the greatest golfer in the world but I am working on my game. I was greeted by an employee named Rob and he helped me out. Brought me into the Simulator and saw I was in trouble. After getting which shaft I needed he explained why my shots were going so far right and how I could fix it. I went to the range with his advice that same day and started to get to work. Rob advice was bang on. Thanks
Good social distancing, ample parking, lots of brand names selection to choose from, huge putting green. Ordered online, picked up in store, will visit again.
Went to GT today to exchange my driver. And the guy came back to me not even 3mins and ask me if i have the receipts. When i show it to him he escort me to pick which one i need and i grab what i want. Thanks GT for awesome service and warranty. Will be back again for sure for my golfing needs.
I bought Ping putter and manager gave me wrong head cover. Asked to find right one but got another wrong one and told me there were only 2 covers. Not making any sense they dont have right one for $400 new putter. Ended up asking man at the Pro shop and he got right one. Hope they have people working who know products well. Golf equiptments are not cheap at all!
