BEWARE. BOUGHT NEW STEALTH 2 PLUS ONLINE AND WAS SENT A DEMO CLUB. SPOKE TO AN EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS IN FITTING SAYS THIS IS COMMON. I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE TO MY ENQUIRY. Club came unwrapped from shrink wrap and visible wear and dirty grip.

Lied about iron clubs being new. Clubs were in fact demos and all the graphite shafts are scratched. Made a special trip to this locations as well and even called ahead to confirm they were new in box items and to put them aside for me. Very disapponting… even spoke with the manager and told him my story about about down from newmarket area just to get the clubs and he checked the clubs in the box as well.

I've come here a few times to have my clubs re-gripped and shortened. Staff are generally helpful over the phone, and give accurate/reasonable turnaround times. One time they were even able to do single club work for me on the spot. Definitely coming back if I ever need additional club work done.

Great staff here. They really make an effort to be engaged and help make the best selections to improve your golf game.

A big shout out to Russ and his excellent customer service. I went into the store looking for a specific item (M4 Womens Driver) and he was able to answer all my questions. I really appreciate his vast knowledge in regards to the product as well as the time he took to explain everything in detail.

Shoutout to the fellas in the repair shop. They finished ahead of schedule to get my clubs back in time for a bachelor golf weekend. Great dudes, great work. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Overpriced merchandise but the gentleman who regripped my driver and shortened (while I waited!) was amazing.

I came here looking for a set to start off my golf journey and finally purchased one from here.

Even though I haven’t used their other services, they also have screen golf section and golf studio in the back as well.

Ample parking in the plaza.

They have deals time to time so aim for then as well. I hopped in the 3+1 gloves deal so got 4th one for free.

Would definitely come back here again.

This is the place why we still need to go for in person shopping. My first visit here and guys at the pro shop helped me right away. They are very knowledgeable.

Not like pro shop guys at Markham location who had jumbo grip for my wife's driver.

Had a driver fitting last week with Elliot at the Laird store in Toronto. He understands absolutely everything about equipment and proper fitting! And he really wants to share that knowledge with the person being fitted - and he does it super respectfully. If you are like me and love this truly awful game then book a fitting with Elliot and chances are real good that he will find you 15-25 yards like he did for me KEN

Hey folks - I have been in the store a number of times to get some new things but also for a couple customer support issues with a Taylormade bag that I purchased and a Ping driver that was purchased the shaft broke. They were able to look after everything with the manufacturer and get me sorted out with absolutely no hassle or aggravation at all. I have to say I have had nothing but awesome experiences with the gang here. Bryce is always a gem work with and the there is a bigger gentleman whom I forget his name starts with a "B" is amazing to work and chat with (he also replaced the grips on my clubs etc.)

Just an all around solid group of folks and always more than willing to help out. They really do a great job of ensuring the customer comes first and as I mentioned, I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the team there. Great job and this is the only GT I will go to in the GTA

Chase helped me find a new set of irons, he was very knowledgeable and funny he informed me about all of the different brands of irons and helped me pick up a great set!

Very little selection of women's golf clothes. They cater to men. Plus, you can't try on golf gloves? Who made that rule? Makes no sense. With hand sanitizer, if you can try on clothes you should be able to try on gloves.

Shawn assisted me with a curbside pickup and helped me out with a defective shaft 1 day after picking up a new Sim max driver.
Inspected and timely replaced the shafts for me to a stiff. This is the definition of customer service.

More golf stuff then you could ever need. There were tees that claimed to make your ball go farther! I had no clue there was so much golfing equipment. When I got some gripping on my club redone it took no longer than 5 minutes, and wasn't very expensive. If you're a serious golfer, or want to be, this is a great place to buy from.

Good experience, really helpful staff. Found the inventory a little challenging. Great service though.

My partner some irons here. The staff were helpful gauging what irons to use based on the budget we set out.

If you need somethign golf theres really no where else to go but golf town.they have everything you need.

Dismissive staff. I went to upgrade my golf watch from the one bought there the year before, and had an awful experience. Unsure if I will return. I ended up purchasing my Garmin Approach S62 from Best Buy online.

Got my irons re gripped, only to find out when I got home that they put the wrong grip on one of my irons, wouldn't recommend this location. Associate # 6418.

Called in last week to Golf Town Leaside and asked if they'd do a price match that was significantly lower by 500 dollars on a set of clubs that were 2k and the sales rep was kind of rude and dismissive to be honest. If your job is to sell than you're not doing a very good job, regardless a sale is a sale and it's not like it's a family run business but a US corporation.

Got good golf things! Large store with a large selection. Knowledgable and helpful staff. They have two simulators so you can try out clubs and one simulator you can book time to bring your own clubs in.

We bought a set of irons and a putter this morning and we couldn't be happier with the service Nicholas provided. He was knowledgable and very friendly when trying out clubs. He even showed us how to use the adjustable tool on the putter. I don't live near hear, but I will happily return again. Thanks!

The Best! Have been to a lot of Golf Town stores but make this one your destination if you're looking for a great selection of quality products and for the best advice, talk to Matt. He truly is a Golf Pro and can give you excellent ideas and insights that really demonstrate his deep knowledge and save your pocketbook.

My golf nut hubby swears by Matt so when it's gift giving time, this total non-golfer seeks him out for fabulous gift ideas that are always spot on and well-received! A great spot! 5 star service!

Perfect place for golf supplies, clothing not as unique as is was a couple of years ago. They have focused on 3-4 name brands you can get anywhere. Still the best selection of clubs with very helpful staff.

After spending countless hours in the simulators and getting various suggestions I finally bought a set of irons. Thank you for all your help and fantastic service.

Mike was awesome! I went here to inquire about custom fitting and he gave me a great advice which is to get used to my new driver rather than having it fitted. He is very knowledgable and great at customer service! He is an asset to your team! You are lucky to have him!

I haven’t golfed in years, went here to get some things for a work golf tournament and was definitely impressed with the store. Looks like a great selection of everything but might have a better price elsewhere.

I just needed to get a glove and some balls. They had some balls on sale that would do because I figured I might lose a few, or all of them. The virtual golf simulators look pretty cool, not sure how much but would try it out.

Just picked up a new GBB Driver from Golftown in Leaside. Great service from Nicholas, assistant in the practice area and even helped me fix my slice. To top it all, scratch and win got me 15% off my purchase. Thanks Nicholas and Golftown!
