Golf Town

The wide assortment of everything Golf makes this place an ideal store to shop. Prices are also almost in line with the major brands selling prices at other locations.

I had broken my driver shaft after recently having a new head installed on it. I called and talked to Shannon the night it happened and he was very helpful and asked to stop by the next day. Went and stopped in he was very helpful and was able to get me a new shaft and saved my grip all with in 20 minutes. Highly recommend

If this is your first time golfing, this is the place to go Brian and Ashlynn are amazing associates that can help getting your golf clubs fitted and everything you need, from teaching you how to swing the club or even the apparel you need. I would recommend this store for any golf questions or concerns you may have Thank you for being so awesome!

Going to this location is worth it for Jake in the pro-shop. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

I love GolfTown. It has been my go to store for all my golf equipment for the past 15 years or so. The staff is excellent. The choice of equipment and golf balls etc is broad and reasonable in cost. It is my first stop whenever I need advice and demos. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I have gone to Golf Town, I have had a great experience. Mainly because of Chris. He is so kind, has a lot of knowledge about golf, and truly loves his job! It was a pleasure to have met him and we all look forward to going to Golf Town hoping to see Chris! He truly makes you feel appreciated as a customer. More stores need employees like him!

I went to this location fully intending on buying a new driver. I walked around nobody helped. I picked out a driver I would have liked to try and was looked at by multiple employees. No one could be bothered to help. I walked with the driver over to the sim to try it. An older employee came over took a sip of their water, looked at my and walked away. I was in the store for 15 minutes holding a driver pacing by the sims and nobody helped. I left and went to a different golf store and bought a new driver. I've never had a more difficult time trying to spend 500+ dollars.

Best Golftown and it is not even close.

Great experiences with the Kitchener Golf Town. Staff are attentive, helpful, but also aren't pushy or linger around when you're thinking about dropping some $$ on higher ticket items (love this by the way)

One thing that likely isn't in many reviews is that staff seem reflective of the greater community - a good mix of younger/older and male/female staff. This often is neglected in golf/sports stores in particular which often creates a barrier of intimidation for women looking for information, clubs, products etc. I also appreciate that the women's section in Kitchener has expanded a lot. My wife and I often golf together, and being able to find items for us both in one spot is amazing.

The staff at the Kitchener Golf Town location are extremely knowledgeable, kind and so personable and easy to talk to. When looking for a new driver I had the opportunity to work with Julia (Sales Manager) and Matthew (Sales Associate). Both of them were extremely patient and offered their expertise to ensure I was buying the right driver. Would highly recommend this location to anyone! Will be back soon!

Really good staff there. Bright atmosphere and the team seems to get along well. Mike (older gentleman who works in the shop) is a great guy and fun to chat with. I've had two fittings with Brian-he really knows his stuff. I had an issue with a custom order (not Golf Town's fault) and Shannon stepped up to correct the issue and make sure I was taken care of.

Golftown must be in bankruptcy protection or can’t find enough staff. Not ideal in the spring of golf season. Friendly amazing and helpful staff just not enough of them.

Still like the place, but since their money problems, they seemed to have raised prices and I can get the same clubs online for less. The service, as always was excellent.

Cashier always greets you at entry. Love that. A few moments later, sales associate approaches. This is what makes me feel appreciated as a customer. The little things count.

I went for a driver fitting a few weeks ago with Brian.couldn't have been more impressed with the fitting! We worked through a couple of brands and multiple shafts to find the best option for me. Brian even included a few swing tips that helped add distance to my tee shots. He truly cares and wants to ensure his customers have a great experience!

Sales staff must be on commission. Or be given an insensitive on higher priced items. Wanted to see how a driving iron or hybrid was so grabbed two pre owned ones and sales reps wouldn’t even give me feed back on them. Nor set up a bay to hit.

Had a driver fitting with Brian. Not only was he patient but he was determined to find me a set up which fit my swing. I've had multiple driver fittings and he was the only one who was able to get this level of performance. He's a magician!

Only serious golf store for miles. Inventory is ok except for advertised Taylormade SIM 2 - 3 woods on sale. Found a 56 degree wedge for a decent price!
