Very nice people. Reasonable prices. I always go to this store buy cds and dvds before. Now I go there to renew my ip tv.

Have resolution problem they keep giving me the run around watch this or that video no one took the time to understand I can't even get to the start up screen or a reboot screen highly unlikely I will renew my subscription

Hi. Sharing my experience calling Columbia VDO and speaking to MANPREET. My mom is 75 years and thrives on watching small screen television episodes. For some reason my IPTV box was giving trouble and was'nt playing the channels. Manpreet offered was quick to resolve through multiple suggestions and some professional service with courtesy and a willingness to help/assist. It pays to hire people like MANPREET and wish Columbia VDO good luck and recommend hiring more people like Manpreet who exhibit passion for their job.

IP TV always has network issues.they don't know to resolve it.always trying to talk and manage useless service.i don't know why people are using this service.dialog and ask cable seems good

Good Service, Good Price, Trustworthy Business.
I am aware that some people are trying to be more competitive in terms of pricing by reducing the price a little further, making it 9$ a month, but for that 1$ saved, not sure how much they are compromising on content and quality here.
Golumbia has been there for more than 3 years, and I will more than recommend their services.

I P box is useless, always freezes, skips, and always reboot. They keep asking what speed of internet we have, on many occasions my answer is bell high speed.but theres no difference. Always technical difficulties.

I am using this company for couple of years now. So far the best company for IPTV, android box, sending money etc.

Better to find a different ways to solve the problems.

They dont pick up the call. Phone always go to voicemail. Setup box box hangs a lot. Only solution they have everytime is to come to their shop. Wouldnt recommend them to people living not near their shop.

Good selections of multicultural movies in DVDS & IPTV boxes for great price. They also have IPTV tech support till 11pm which is wonderful, most stores don’t provide that kind of service. I also think they provide money transfer to many countries.

Worst customer service I have ever seen I've been calling all morning and not once did any of the Golumbia videos agents have picked up my calls. I even went to their website to request a call back and once did i get a called me back

You ask for it and they have it! Everything related to movies and music. I recently got VHS converted to CD, it was a polite and quick service. I have been their customer for many years now and I will continue to be one.

These guys have the best prices. I come all the way from markham to see these guys and lovely ladies. Service most should be inspired to become.

Best place for ip tv and music cd. All the girls in the staffs counters are excellent. Specially Miss Harleen is great for customers service. Great service.

I was just calling to recharges iptv.its still 8 minutes to closing and call is on waiting from last 9 minutes but they are not responding

Bad service. Try to call them many time. They do not pick up their phone. If you get the line and you have to wait for your turn. If turn comes you are call # 1 then phone hang up. Bad customer service.

Service not good. Specially iptv picture freez all time. When call them first nobody pick up. If pick then said we fix soon this. But never fix avoid this place.

Cheap service but you cannot expect good customer service for your buck.

The little girls at the front make you pay first for your tv subscription and later they will tell you it will take 24 hours or whatsoever time to get the service on. If they tell customers before making them pay, that would be better. Cheap service but no customer service.

I bought a new iptv set-top box and doesn't load at all. Called the Customer service which is not responsive. Terrible product and service.

After months of suffering freezing and interuppted services and repeated requests to change my box which went into deaf Warsaw they always blamed my internet. I subscribed with another provider and now have excellent service. May be you sbould listen to customers more often.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.the manager on site is very rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers. He kept on laughing with denial to my concern. He is incompetent as he could not resolve our issue and did not refund the actual amount. Horrible experience. They should not be working in Canada as they are not polite or understanding. Go back to school and learn some manners. Not recommended for any kind of business with them.

Beware of whatever you buy from here as they do not offer return. I bought one laser light and took it home and found it making lot of noise. Was told that no return accepted once you leave store.

Put all the phone lines on busyy. Really bad customer service. Its been 2 weeks since the servers are down. They are not even picking up the phone.

They have been serving the society from more than 15 years. Staff is so friendly and have proper knowledge but manager speaks bit fast. They have great collection of movies and CD's. Awesome IPTV service @ $10/month. Recommendable to every one. Busy place ever. Take your extra time with you while going there. You guys are rocking! Golumbia.

Have been waiting a month now for them to fix 3 movies on IPTV that have no sound - always get the same script - "2-3 days" but nothing happens. STILL waiting though:)
