Gone With The Dogs

Absolutely phenomenal! I have a 70lb bully breed who I have had to sedate to trim nails as she is just terrified and gets quite aggravated without sedation. I cannot express how fantastic Dmytro and his crew were with her with zero sedatives! Their approach was beyond professional and effective! They were not timid of my big baby, where all others were! Thank you all so much for your expertise and loving approach and execution of the task! Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my dogs to, Gone with the Dogs for year. When I had my shitzus I always brought them there and I now have 6 year old medium/large breed dogs and I’ve always taken them there. Initially the cost was quite reasonable, I’d walk out paying $90 per dog and then a tip, but my last two visits the cost has jumped by $85 and then to add a tip on top of that, it just costs way too much. There was zero explanation for the jump in price and when looking at their price list, the prices haven’t actually changed, I’m just being charged more for some strange reason.
Unfortunately this is now unaffordable for me and I will be looking for a new groomer.

The haircut itself on my dog was fine. Didn’t notice till the day after his haircut that Hailey did on my dog he was not acting normal. Constantly sitting down, limping… I checked the area that he seemed to have discomfort and noticed a major red/swollen/irritated area near his pubic area, had to bring him to the vet and give him medication as he ended up with a skin infection. I’m unable to attach a photo here but will never be back.

Had a great experience with my Samoyed, Hailey did an amazing job. Super friendly staff and excellent service. 10/10 would recommend.

My fur baby George goes to Dmytro&Anastasila. They do a fantastic job and George just loves them.

Best doggie spa ever (I always tell my wee dog Lillie that she's going to the doggie spa, and she gets excited). Lillie's groomer is Marie (as soon as I mention her name, Lillie gets excited and knows where she's going)
I have been taking my dogs to Gone With The dogs for years. Best groomers ever, and I find the prices reasonable and way less than other grooming places! They really care about their clientele and their owners!

Today, my little girl Sarah had her first appt with "Gone With The Dogs" and I thank them for taking her as she lost her last groomer, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances.
She.excuse my nickname.but I called her my "ragamuffin". She looks so good. I am thoroughly impressed with her, I can actually see her beautiful eyes now. Thanks again. Antashia, we will see you again?

Our dog has very high anxiety and can be difficult to deal with, but Desiree knows exactly how to handle him and he always comes home looking great. Thank you so much for your patience with Loki. Best dog groomer we’ve ever had.

Very incompetent and unreliable. Had an appointment but was not told by the groomer she would not be in and she didn't even write the appointment in the book! We have the card she wrote the date on!
Wasted trip! Not recommended.

In response to the owner's response to my review, this is EXACTLY what happened that day, again, this is all a direct result of the groomers incompetancy and the way you are trying to twist this as being my fault is quite disturbing!

We have been going to you guys for rouglhly 20 years, never a problem. Desiree started doing our pup
this past year and it would have been the 3rd time doing him. We always book 2 months in advance when we visit
to be on the safe side. We can only bring him in on Saturdays as I am extremely busy and my wife does not drive.
So was I upset to find that I was not notified of not only the cancelation, but that our appointment wasn't even put
in the book? Absolutely, as anyone would be, we even have the card with the appointment on it! As for another groomer willing to do him that day, that is an out right lie! The person I was talking to said she would get Desiree to call us and figure something out. I asked.so he can't get done today? And she said no, they were very busy and probably wouldn't have anything before Christmas! This got me more upset but I was not yelling at this point. I went on to say that this was unacceptable and that I would have to seriously reconsider using your services in the future. As I was walking out the door, the groomer started laughing at me and this is when I got extremely upset. I came back in and let her know exactly how I felt. Was I screeming at her? Absolutely! Was I using profanity? You're dam right I was. I know you are all going to stick together on this, but all of this is a direct result of Desiree's "mistake" yet we are the ones being punished! This day in quetsion, Dec. 17th, showed me that not only are your groomers incompetant and unreliable, but also liars and very unprofessional!

And by the way, we did find a new groomer and we are extremely happy with her!

Excellent dog grooming however the only way I can book is on their website.
I am not able to speak to anybody nor get a hold of anybody and they lost that person to person touch.

Got an appointment quickly. Anastasia did an amazing job! This was our first time to Gone With The Dogs and very happy with the service!

We have been coming here the last 2-3 years we just get who ever is available to groom our dogs and they always do a great job.
