I loved the brown sugar coconut milk tea! It was really good. The girl working was friendly, and explained a few things for me. I found a new shop to go to.

Service was good. If you like coconut and you like coffees that gives out a nice aroma, get yourself a Roasted Coconut Smoothie with Coffee Jelly. Yummy

They have nice drinks however it seems like during the night they usually run out of one item or topping. Kinda weird.

Good drinks but slow slow service. If it's busy, you're in for a long wait. Parking on the street can be busy. Grab the spot you can and walk.

Customer service here is not the best. I would avoid and choose the location across the street at Mr Sun.

This place does not understand speed and efficiency at all. My friend and I ordered a slush and they did not make the slush until three people who ordered AFTER us got their drinks. They also kept accepted Uber eats orders but clearly cannot prioritize their orders properly. Waited over 20 minutes for one drink and it was made wrong, and the staff were unapologetic.

The drinks are quite pricy, however the staff were friendly and their recommendations were to my expectation.

Their bubble tea is very good! And service is amazing, today i was helped by Chloe and Josh, they were lovely and so kind thank you guys:)

AMAZING, i asked for a random drink and the person i think his name nathan made me one and it was amazing, blew me abway! Also the white guy with the long curly hair makes the drinks fast too!

Mango smoothie here tastes like its actually made from mangos opposed to other mango smoothies at other popular bubble tea places. Thats all i have to say I always love to get mango smoothies and gong cha got a really good one.

Love this location, the drinks always taste good and never put too much ice when I ask for regular ice unlike *cough* york uni location. They also have really good softserve for a good price and a filling amount. The earl grey flavour is a must try and get a peach green tea while you are at it. Top tier combo.

Yum I loved the bubble tea like the one with no sugar even though tapioca has sugar well brown sugar but it was good

Their bubble teas have a great taste and I love their waffles. However, their tapioca is always on the softer side which isn't up to my preference

My aloe was so sour like lemon idk why and the pearl so hard to eat them really bad, employer’s who has the long long hair in the back was acting like mad with us, hope they fix it thank:)

Ask for John every time, he’s a great person and very knowledgeable with the menu. Great place, clean, and very aesthetic. Great place to hang out and study.

Just a normal Time Horton. Nothing special about it. The service is usually fast. Charge for a cup of hot water but not cold.

I absolutely loveeeee their bubble teas! I’m super picky and my go to flavour is honeydew with tapioca! And this place is by far my favorite place to get it! ALL of their locations are good, not just this one! They are super quick and efficient! Excellent service! My 3 year old son loves it too!

I came here just to try their new soft serve, and was definitely surprised.
I got their chocolate and earl grey twist on a bubble waffle. The bubble waffle was crunchy, and the soft serve flavours were subtle but complemented the waffle well.
It was kinda pricey for this, around $11, but worth it to try it atleast once.

Love this spot.there is a large variety of drinks, which are all delicious and satisfying every craving.i definitely recommend this place if you're looking for new places for bubble tea.the wait isn't that long, unless it's busy.try it out when you're free

Haven't been here for a long time and went to order some on a whim to support the business. The milk teas and lychee teas were still as good as I remember them but I found the tapioca a bit too noticeably soft - certainly not up to par with some of the chains that are super focused on the tapioca texture (of which there are starting to be many). Still, not a bad place and the price ad usual is pretty fair:)

Coco is two minutes away, they deserve your money more. I have only been here once and it didn't taste as good as Coco not even the same level

If you're looking for some ice cream during the upcoming summer days, you can add Gong Cha to your list! In addition to their long line up of beverages, their new addition includes soft-serve of varying flavors. I'm so thankful to Gong Cha and their team for the invite to their sneak peak tasting to try this MATCHA SOFT-SERVE. Loved that it was smooth and creamy (i.e. Not overly ice-y) without being too heavy. There was also enough matcha to make it flavorful, balancing out the sweetness but I wouldn't mind cutting out a little more sugar. Topped with a sugar cone that was incredibly crunchy, a chocolate Pocky (a childhood favorite!), as well as QQ and chewy tapioca (delish!), this is the ultimate summer heat treat.

Regular bubble tea shop. They do what they are supposed to and seem to be really good at it. The winter melon tea with grass jelly was nice, but the flavours seemed kind of light. They were very generous with the grass jelly, which is good to see. I ordered it is light ice and usually tea shops put more ice than needed, so this was nice to see that it actually was only a little bit of ice. I think after ordering that the specialty drinks would be nice to try as it looked really appetizing but I saw it too late. Will come back again to try some more different items that might make them stand out a bit more.

Update:

Came here for their soft serve ice cream pre-launch and was most pleasantly surprised! Totally stepped up their game and flavours were so much more prominent! Great job overall!

I've been asking for chocolate milk tea since last month but all I hear was it is sold out. They always said that chocolate milk tea will be availble soon but it has been one month. I had to get another menu everytime I go to Gongcha. Other menus were not that great as chocolate milk. (I don't recommend other menus except chocolate milk tea) Pls get them asap. I'm running out of my patience.

Upscale, authentically-tasting bobas with a vast menu. Tastes a lot less watered down compared to some of the more-well-known competitors. Has a good variety of both milk and fruit teas. I always enjoy the standard milk tea option. Service time is prompt and the employees are kind. I recommend Gong Cha!

This place is great, I went earlier today and the staff were incredible.
The man and woman working there took time to really let me know more about the menu.
I really appreciate that.
I think the tea is also great.

Don't shop here. They STEAL your money!

I ordered with Tapioca received no Tapioca. I brought back to get what I paid for. People were rude and giving me hard time. Not only that they told me "I have to check my order. " that's already bagged.
I got my drink I paid for but later that day I realized they diduct the points from my account! Means I paid twice for one drink!

Just south of finch and Yonge with great options, quality, and price. Personal favourite is the taro milk tea and their earl grey milk tea, both with tapioca pearls

I went for the first time yesterday with my family and was amazed at how good the drinks were. Close to home, the staff was very sweet and welcoming so i'll definitely be going back.

So disappointed about customer service. When i came 2 days ago and came back again yesterday for buying bubble tea and gave the gong cha at this location one more chance because i used to love come here before, but i was completely truly disappointed because the staff didn’t wear mask. He also touched his nose when he was taking the order. Moreover, he used bad behaviour with louder voice to talk to me. I felt like he was yelling on me. Then when he completed my order, he didn’t give me. He just throw on the table. So rude with customer. Also the table of making bubble tea looked so messy and dirty.

I haven’t been going here as often due to the inconsistency of their bbt and because everytime I do go there, their customer service is terrible. Went in today and unsurprisingly, they were the samw. Took super long to make the bbt even though there was no one at the time and the whole group of employees have this friendclique group that just chat amongst eachother which seem to slow down quality of drinks and service every time i go (chunks of ice). I wont be going to this location anymore.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie with tapioca Pearl's and had it delivered. They forgot the tapioca and when I called them, they told me there is nothing they can bbn do about it. I basically got a strawberry slushy not a bubble tea. So much for satisfying a bubble tea craving.

Before The Alley came this was my absolute favourite bubble tea store. Now they’re tied, but Gong Cha knows how to do good old bubble tea well. I grew up on Gong Cha in Singapore, and the Toronto locations are equally nice.

Really Good bubble tea. I highly recommend going with the milk foam. It’s a little sweet and if you get a non-milk tea it provides a really nice contrast in flavors. The winter melon Tea is a really good one. Normally the restaurant is fairly busy but you can still get seating at one or two tables.

Your staff, the girl who dyed her hair blond, she has the worst attitude ever! She constantly showed that she’s impatient and rude to her customers (I have experienced her services several times). She messed up my order and when I realized it on the bill and kindly asked her to fix it, she acted like it was my fault and it was me who messed up, not her. As it turned out, my drink was still wrong, it was too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. I am so disappointed with Gong Cha if this is how you trained your staffs. Is she the owner of the store or something? Even so, she has no right to treat customers like beggars. Please fix this for the sake of your business. I don’t believe I’m the only one who experienced her rudeness.

I ordered one drink with less ice today. However, more than half of my cup was ice. This picture was after a while, so the ice was melted a lot. You can see that it was still so much, just like extra extra ice. Don’t try to argue, I drank a lot of milk teas in many places, I also used to work in a bubble store. So you know!

We come here often and the bubble tea is always good. My favorite bubble tea place. Great taste and good service.

Went into the shop at 11: 43pm, the cashier was still taking orders from customers. We line up, an employee comes up and says "no more orders, we're closed. " Apparently they stop taking orders "sometimes 12 minutes before midnight, sometimes 15, it depends! " Don't understand this "rule", it wasn't written anywhere, the employee was rude to begin with while we were being polite. Just crossed the street to reliable Chatime where they welcomed us with open arms (they closed at midnight too)

Today I went to buy drinks at Gongcha Yonge Street and got the worst service ever. The staff like to want to kick me out of the shop.she should follow my question first about the products instead of forcing me answer her questions about ice or sugar. That made me feel that she just wanted to sell it quickly and collect the money so quickly too and even her unfeeling and welcoming attitude. I came to buy your products, not begging or bothering you. I bought 4 drinks, and when ordering to the 3rd cup, I would to change the topping of the first cup, and you said you did it and the intention is unchanged for me. I haven't finished my order yet, which means I haven't closed it yet and of course I haven't paid yet. So what is the reason you had to do it first? And then the fact that I changed my decision made you so upset. It is not my fault so that why I need to accept that attitude of yours. Of course you have to change it for me! If your shop is crowded, I can sympathize with this service, but it rains heavily and there are no guests before or after me until I received my drink. And of course she called me to receive my drinks so impolite, it was not fun either, it was like giving something to me anyway. Again I just want to say I was buying your product and service. Actually, this location had the worst service I've ever experienced!

Bad attitude ever with the customer! Do not recommend to try any time!
I go here today around 1pm and the girl - who do the cashier job yelled at my friend just because she need some minutes to read the menu. It happened with not only us but other people after also. What a ridiculous customer service! After I read some review only - I recognize that it happended lot of time and the owner should think about some changing if they still want to maintain the business.
By the way, this location has lot of new drinks of Gong Cha as I know and you guys should often update like that. Cheer!

A great little bubble tea shop amongst so many in Korea town north. The tea itself is good, but the space really shines. There are lots of places to get great bubble tea in the area, but gong Cha had enough seating to hang out with friends for hours on end.
