Drinks are good but the attitude of one of the staffs is really bad.
I paid for the drink, not begged for his service.

Won’t comeback to this location

Whoever the man with the short hair was needs an attitude check. Horrible way of treating a paying customer especially since i didn’t do anything wrong, approached the gentlemen in the most chill way possible hoping to order a drink and the guy was extremely rude, i get some days can get long and annoying but thats no excuse to take it out on everyone else.

Please if any manager can read this review it would be very much appreciated. The seals you guys use to cover the drink is fragile and can literally be flicked off the cup ive ordered doordash from this location multiple times and 3 times the driver has spilled the drink cause the plastic just comes off while in the bag. Literally never occurs in any other bubble tea store that i order from cause they use proper plastic sealers instead of whatever is being used at gong cha…

It’s garbage. I ordered mango smoothie there no mango at all in it. Just ice and mango syrup and I paid 11$ for it including tip. Honestly, never going to order here again. But the staffs were nice.

I find it to be expensive for the size you get. And VERY sweet, I recommend asking for 25% sweet or less…otherwise you might from too much sugar.

The old guy has a super bad attitude. He just ignores the customers! And even talks rudely someone asks something! Never go to this place

I've always walked by this place when on Queen doing some shopping. It's really good, but the staff weren't that great when I went. They have a crazy amount of options to choose from which makes it a go-to place with a group of picky friends. The seating is limited and it gets crowded easily so it's best to take-out and find somewhere else to sit.

The owner that works here (bald guy) is quite rude and unfriendly. Lots of better options in the area.

We enjoy coming to this Gong Cha regularly during all times of the year. Jimmy does a great job of managing the location and taking care of the customers that visit. We appreciate this location very much!

He don’t have manners to speak with Uber Drivers very unprofessional and very rude.

Love this Bubble Tea spot, really good. They have many options and allow you to pick the ice & sugar level. They also have more than just tapioca boba, they have jelly, kanteen, and more.which is really nice and they make smoothies. I definetly recommend if your looking for a good boba spot in Toronto, this IS the place.

My bubble tea is always made perfectly. This location can get busy but the staff work quickly and efficiently so the wait is never to long!

There’s a vile, disgruntled Uber Eats driver giving this location bad reviews. This place definitely deserves 5 stars.

One of the best bubble tea brand I’m in love with. Visit every week I’m a regular customer. Staff so friendly and helpful. Store front deco so beautiful.

Ordered from Ritual during the bubble tea promo a while back, got a grapefruit honey smoothie. Had to wait a while because they were training new staff, but the manager apologized and offered me an extra drink. Good service!

I don't think I'd order the grapefruit honey smoothie again because it tasted too sweet and a bit artificial, but the extra oolong with kanten jelly was pretty good. The drinks definitely skew towards the sweeter side by default, so I recommend getting less sugar for sure.

Their kanten jelly is a fantastic texture and taste, one of the best bubble tea toppings I've tried. I can see why everyone who came in ordered it.

Came here to catch up with friends. My drink came out pretty quick which I personally appreciated. I think for me the only thing lacking was the energy from the staff. But it was still a quaint visit

Ordered from this location twice. The first time the tapioca was burnt so every time I finished chewing them it'd have a bad aftertaste and it kinda took over the flavour of the drink. The second time it was alright. Some unique drinks though, overall an okay bubble tea place.

Twas past closing but they still took my order! Super fast service and multilingual staff (Chinese) to help with communication! Great tea as well!

Their drinks are good but they dont honour the buy one get one. I ordered two drinks on ubereats under this deal but they only gave me one. Bad customer service

I really enjoyed the drinks here! Which service and a cute dining area where everyone sat on the same side facing a mirror which was kind of funny.

Horrible experience with a ritual takeout order. The staff was extremely rude and refused to give me my order which was right there on the counter till all the "customers" were served. He continued to be rude about my order till I got it. I will never be returning to this location again.

Nice little bubble tea shop right by the subway station. This location doesn't have tables but have a long bench for customers waiting for take out. Unfortunately they don't have all the drinks like other locations, but still my favorite place as it's so close to the station. Lovely decor, friendly staffs and tasty drinks. Highly recommend their fruit drinks and smoothie

A bit pricier than average, but their quality is absolutely worth the price. They are definitely more specialized for coffee and "baking" flavours (caramel, chocolate, etc) of their products. It may not be everyone's cup of bubble tea, but I absolutely loved the luxurious taste of the drinks (and I know how bougie that makes me sound). The store itself is very fancy in its aesthetic, so it is an affordable way to feel like you have treated yourself like royal-tea. I would go so far as to say that this is the best bubble tea place I have been to yet.

Great service! I loved how patient the staff were with us since it was my cousin’s first time having BBT! I also love how they had basil seeds ️ Cute and cozy little location that smells delicious too ️

Had earl grey fresh milk tea, both earl grey flavour and the sugar tasted artificial. The sweetness tasted like Splenda if you know what I meant.

I love the unique flavours here. Every single drink is a must try. I will keep coming back because it is absolutely worth it! Great price, great staff, great service, great tea!

I’ve always been a fan with Gong Cha! I’ve tried their bubble teas at different locations and it never disappoints!
The only reason I took off one star is that I’m used to them asking me if I want slush or milk tea.
I ALWAYS take slush.
They didn’t ask and I guess I didn’t realize. But when I received my drink, it wasn’t a slush honey dew with tapioca.
It was milk tea. The taste isn’t the same. I still enjoyed it but I prefer the slush 100%
I still highly recommend if you are in the area!

I went there to buy a juice from gong cha. But the employee (bald headed men) behaviour was so rude and he behaved like a psycho. He was very aggressive to me.

This is my to-go place for bubble tea. Excellent customer service, quick, and the drink is soo good. Love Gongcha <3

Their bubble waffles are delicious. Especially the matcha and boba flavour. Drinks are generous with bubbles too.

To be fair this review is a bit old as these visits happened during summer 2020. There was 2 times I went to the Queen West location and unfortunately both I was a bit disappointed.

The first visit the lady at the counter ignored us while we waited. She was technically doing dishes and was the only one in the store, but at other stores when one person is working they still stop what they're doing to take our order, she finished cleaning everything and then came over to take our order when we were the only ones in the store.

The second visit, there were 2 young ladies working the counter. They seemed nice and we had a BOGO offer, but an older man came from behind to inspect the offer and said it wasnt valid at his location. It was a general BOGO for Gong Cha and didnt specify location, but in the future I'd be sure to try other Gong Chas. The drinks themselves though in both cases were excellent.

Their milkteas are amazing! Their creative drinks are good as well! Got some great recommendation from the staffs:)
