Gong Cha

One of the best Gong Cha locations I’ve been to! Friendly staff, cute and clean interior, and great bubble tea. My favorite one is Pearl Milk Tea with milk foam. They also have egg waffles too!
Just visited the store yesterday, their ice cream is back and it’s so delicious!

Ryan at this location is so jolly and very accommodating with custom request. Love gong cha overall and love their strawberry latte with crème brûlée!

Very friendly staff. The ice cream is fantastic, you can add pearls to the ice cream, delicious. Highly recommend.

Always walked by this place and first time I went in. Tried the creme brulee brown sugar smoothie, peach smoothie and bubble waffle with chocolate ice cream. I'm usually not a fan of overly sweet, went with 50% sugar and actually quite enjoyed it. I would recommend
giving it a try, they also have a list of top menu picks.

I just love this place. Lemon winter melon with basil seeds is an absolute winner. The taste is unique and soooo good. I get with less sugar at 70%, and it's sweet enough. I also enjoy the leach green tea with jelly sometimes. Must try!

I would avoid this store. The service is horrible and the staff will need some customer service training.

When you order a drink, you have an option to choose the amount of ice. I always choose no ice in my drink but it seems like nobody cares about it and I always got some ice inside my drink. Also, the personel never ask me if I like my drink sealed or just with cap and they always seal it. After that I am struggling to take off the seal when I want to enjoy my drink at their place.

Always get it for delivery but love to go in and pick it up as well. Nice clean location inside the building with plenty of seats. If your order is delayed for delivery, they remake the drinks so they are fresh.

Wow it is impossible to find parking here! The service was slow and the drink was SOOOOOO EXPENSIVE but it tasted great. I think they really do need to rethink their prices compared to other stores and consider adding another worker to quicken up the speed. Saw the employees talking and laughing having a conversation while one of them was listening to music.

I can’t get enough of their mango pomelo smoothie. I’m hoping it stays on as a permanent menu item (rather than seasonal).

Very nice employees and excellent drinks. Super flexible with options and can get less ice and sugar or more.

Love it here. I come here all the time, at least once a week. I’ve tried many of their drinks and would recommend this place to anyone! <3
Do yourself a favour and give Gong cha a shot!

We definitely Love Gong Cha bubble tea. It's our favorite bubble tea shop in the Square One area. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to us. If you are new to bubble tea, I recommend trying the Taro or the Mango Smoothie. 30% sugar is sweet enough. Tapioca pearls in the bottom are delicious. There are a lot more items on the menu worth trying. You might get hooked on it though like we are.

The best gongcha in GTA and Ontario frfr hehe. Hai prolly is the best employee ever. Excellent customer service, decent drinks, and em’ beautiful female employees for sure hehe:)

Incredible milk tea! Tried both Pearl Milk Tea and Winter Melon Milk Tea and they were both delicious! Highly recommend!

Place is clean. I like that it's not a busy area, you can sit down and have peace while sipping your milktea. The order takes no time to make.

I would’ve given this a three star but I guess it’s not that and. It’s very expensive but the waffle itself is soft on the inside and crunchy on outside. What I like about this matcha waffle is that it ACTUALLY tastes like matcha! Keep up the good work! ’

I asked for 50% sugar and it tasted like 500% sugar. The store was not even busy back then. What is the point of asking customer for sweetness level if you don't read the label?

Very good staff. They have better service than Chatime and Kung Fu. Plus their drinks Are awesome.

Best bubble tea by far! Unlike others, the content is creamy and flavourful, and not watered down.
Winter melon is

Weird location but definitely worth a stop. Waffles were fun and delicious (as were the staff. Minus the delicious staff). Located next to a surprisingly beautiful washroom. Recommend grabbing a drink, a waffle and enjoying it in the Kariya park.

Gong Cha is consistently the best bubble tea chain in Ontario if not Canada. Fantastic product and service.

Great location, located just at the base of the Sussex Centre, it is very accessible. They are close to a set of doors that have contactless entry, and surrounded by windows so you can see how busy they are. I recommend pre-ordering your drinks via Ritual for speed and to earn points for freebies. However, not that Ritual has a much smaller menu then ordering in person.

The best Bubble tea in the Toronto area and I suggest you try it? Specially Pear Milk Tea with coconut jelly

They have pretty good bubble tea but I’m pretty sure they don’t use real fruit they use powder, you’ve got to double check though. The taro one tasted like the one they make in the mall with powder. Expensive like all other bubble tea places.

The bubble tea was okay, pretty standard for Toronto and the price. Putting one less star than I would on taste alone because they unfortunately got my order wrong!

I came in just before closing (I'm sorry!), however the staff remained patient and friendly even though I ordered egg waffles which take time to make. The waffles had a pleasant crunch to them and the pearls in my drink (milk foam green tea ordered with pearls) were a nice level of chewiness. I definitely recommend the milk foam series, especially for those who enjoy a sweet and salty combination. The foam was sweet with what seemed to be a hint of cheesy tanginess. My husband and I enjoyed the quality of the waffles and drinks and we will for sure be coming back again, thank you!

Brought kids there and get them excited to try this new place. Ended up kids are crying frustrated as they don’t have any ice-cream items they advertised. Very disappointed and waste of our effort go there.

Bubble tea is as solid as you will likely find. Lose stars for the points system. There are some legit rewards but redeeming them and even knowing what you can redeem is convoluted at best. We ended up not only spending more than we needed to, but also losing out on rewards because we not only had to find them about points, but had to ask the cashier about them since they said "ask the cashier's. By that point we were 'too late'

Hard to complain about not getting free stuff, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth when they actively screw around with you like that.

Great place for bubble tea. They have a variety of flavors and do a good job with how you want your order.

The OG of bubble teas for me. A wide selections of milk tea for lactose intolerant and for milk tea lovers. Their milk foam series does not disappoint. Services have been always good even their branches in Asian countries.

Barista always makes my drink perfectly, even when I order triple toppings. So happy to have found this spot b/c now I don't think I can go to any other Gong Cha spot except this one. Thank you for all your hard work! You guys always make my day better!

Gongcha is my family’s favourite bubble tea brand so when a location opened in Mississauga, it quickly became our togo place for bubble tea cravings. However, today experience might just turn us to another place for good.

Personally, we have been pretty lenient with this location as after many mishaps like occasionally bad drinks and/or strayed hairs in them, we still came back as the service is usually not too bad. Today we ordered 4 drinks as the only customer presented and there were 4 baristas. The order took 15 mins as most of them were talking, messing around, and 1 of them was even on their phone. When the order was finished, the girl with bleached blond ponytail threw the 4 drinks and a bag at my sister and just walked away without a word. Another girl was kind enough to apologize and packaged the drinks for us but the bleached blond girl really need to fix her customer service as every single time we come, she always has attitude problems. And of course, the drinks tasted like lightly flavoured water.

I’ve never write a review before but today experience was so horrible it deserves one. Hopefully the owner read this as they really need to retrained their staffs in both customer service and ‘bubble tea making’.

The service was great. The tea was just okay. They added a lot of ice to the drink which may have affected the flavour of the tea.

Delicious drinks and great snacks! There are unique flavour combinations like strawberry and Oreo smoothie. Might sound weird but actually tastes pretty good! There are no tables to sit, so you’d have to take out.

Really great bubble tea, and rarely is there a line so you are guaranteed to be served quickly. Their pearl milk tea is just as good as Chatime, and their boba is yummy.

This is one of my favourite bubble tea places. They always make my drinks right and they’re always delicious. They also honour mask exemptions unlike other bubble tea places. It is hassle free and the customer service is always great! Thank you!
