I must recommend their chocolate milk tea.

Despite all the options, it was easy to navigate a first time order with their top ten list.

It was awesome I accidentally went to tea but first and it did not compare! Literally light and dark, not the best service compared to Gong Cha the best! She asked me how much ice, how much sugar (70% is reg) now that is service. I got the coconut taro with this salty crema stuff macchiato foam & it's a game changer. Cream brulee is next level. I also got the regular bubble waffle it was good not too sweet yummy crunchy and soft

They have the best bubble tea in town! A must stop for bubble tea lovers - the Pearl milk tea with black tea is great!

Really good products and attentious attendants! The QQ Peach Green Tea and the Oreo Coffee Milk Tea have earned theyr places on my list of best sweet teas. One great thing to point out is the option to choose the ammount of sugar and ice on the Tea!

Gong cha is my favourite bubble tea place in Hamilton. They have an insane amount of options and different flavours, that you’re sure to find a favourite for everyone. The quality is consistently delicious, and the staff is great! Super yummy good quality bubble tea.

They have such amazing drinks. I’ve never seen a bubble tea place with such appealing looking and nice tasting tea.

I prefer this bubble tea over the competitors. The toppings are amazing esp lychee and mango jelly. Ive only tried their smoothie (mango, lychee, taro, honeydew) all are delicious and 10/10

Their crème brûlée milk foam topping is the must-try! Don’t think I ever tasted this flavour in other milktea shop Hamilton.

All the staffs is super nice to me, I love the quality of their products and I’ve tried every boba in Hamilton. I crave their drinks like all the time.it’s 10am and I need boba right now.

So good! Ordered the matcha mango Kanter jelly and the sandae with coconut and brown sugar oolong twist. Delicious! If you're looking for a dessert kind of place but drinks, this is gonna hit the spot! They also have nice warm drinks too for those cool nights. Friendly staff! Will come back

Great egg waffles and the bubble tea is excellent especially if you like more mildly sweet tea.

Great selection of drinks. My go too is the Mango Green Tea with bubbles. Very tasty, they make it with more of the mango taste. The aroma of freshly baked waffle just gives you a nice hug. Clean and friendly people will surely be back.

Nice tea! You can get a lot of fancy adjustments, like the creme brulee milk foam. Honestly can't taste the difference that much in the tea. It's pricey but if you like the luxe experience it's worth it to go

Saw the reviews for this place and was in the area so had to stop by. They deserve every 5 star review they have! I've dabbled in quite a bit of bubble tea over the years and this was a top contender. The tapioca is the perfect texture and is delicious. Love that you can choose the sweetness & ice levels for your drink. They have so many options and flavours on their menu, I will definitely be back to try some more. Very clean inside and helpful & friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Taste very good, I recommend medium sugar level, with no ice (gets more tea, and milk), and any drink is very good. Recommend only for sweet teeth people.

I got the Taro coconut milk tea and a bubble waffle. Called in advance to order takeout, and they asked for the ETA to ensure the waffle was fresh when I arrived. Kind workers, delicious drinks and snack!

I'm so happy that we finally hand Gong Cha in Hamilton, and it actually very good, the place just opened so still no table or waiting area but the drink is just perfect.

One of the best boba places around (and I've tried alot)! They have so many different flavors for any mood and taste! Haven't found a drink I didn't like there yet

My favourite bbt place is in Hamilton! Wintermelon is the best! Service is awesome and drinks are always consistent and yummy.

Normally don't review franchise establishments, but the service here is so friendly! They just opened so please go support them. We were very satisfied with our drinks and the bubble waffles hit the spot. We will definitely be coming back:)

Went here Wednesday night at 10: 30 and was so surprised at how busy it was! I was so worried we were going to be interrupting their closing cleanup by coming in so late.but now seeing these other reviews it makes sense why they're so popular!

Service was fantastic and the drinks were amazing, definitely worth the wait. Something to keep in mind though: for people with sensory issues this place can get kind of loud and the sounds we found were a bit overwhelming so plan accordingly

What a great addition to the thriving BBT scene in Hamilton. Their bubble teas tastes completely unique compared to other bubble teas in the area.

My favourite are the Creme Brulee Brown Sugar Smoothie w/ Kanten Jelly (not sure what it is but it is delicious), Matcha Milk Tea with Red Bean and of course the classic Pearl Milk Tea with Tapioca.

AND they have BUBBLE WAFFLES

As a bit of a bubble tea connoisseur, this is going to be my new go to place.
